The restoration of a pre-WWII Thornton Pickard reflex camera

Thornton Pickard were at the forefront of Roller-blind shutter design and the Focal Plane shutter of this particular camera is covered by British Patent 6238.

This 1912 Patent is an improved shutter compared to earlier Ruby Reflex cameras
which used an earlier focal plane shutters Patented in 1906 by Whitehead.
