As the year-end approached and with the closure of Seoul Racecourse Park approaching, the number of horse racing fans who visited the racecourse and off-track betting locations actually increased slightly compared to the previous week, yet the ticketing operations were carried out normally without major disturbances. The Korea Racing Authority and the Betting Ticket Sales Union held a total of 15 main and working-level negotiations starting August 16, during which they negotiated 110 union demands and 78 KRA demands, but failed to narrow their differences. Then, after negotiations continued through mediation by the Central Labor Relations Commission on December 15, the talks ultimately broke down without reaching an agreement, and the Betting Ticket Sales Union eventually filed a strike notification on the 20th.

Changed the whipping. I created something called a “whirlwind whip” that was incredibly powerful and striking. While others hit one strike after another in rapid succession, the whirlwind whip strikes by twisting the arm. Every horse that rode performed well. The grades were good. Popular horses, like popular horses, and unpopular horses, like unpopular horses, all managed to raise their standings to some extent. By showing that he handled things firmly, he rose rapidly and his popularity gradually increased.

They demanded the relocation to the outskirts or closure, but accused the Korea Racing Authority of instead trying to expand it.

Last year, when Power Blade was on the field, there was no clear opponent. At least there was a horse in the same group called “Ottuk-Ottuki,” a short-distance horse. The key moment is the KRA Cup Mile. There was a difference between being able to win and not being able to. At that time, the horse was in very poor condition. Won even in a bad state. This phrase is truly capable. At the Korean Derby, I was certain that as soon as training began, we would win no matter what. The horse was in excellent condition. He debuted in 2005,

But I wasn’t confident. I’m small-framed and have no formal education, so suddenly I remembered something the owner said to me when I used to work part-time at a PC bang. I started looking up the job of a gisu on the internet. I happened to find out about the Boatmen’s Association website. It was around November 2003, and we hurriedly prepared for recruitment in the early part of the following year.At the owner’s recommendation, I didn’t look into it at the time, but later I kept thinking about it and entered as a candidate in the class at a later age.

Jeon Young-hae is from Jeju, like the current chairman. After graduating from Jeju Girls’ High School and the Department of Public Administration at Jeju National University, he joined the Grand National Party through open recruitment and later served as head of public relations for the Jeju provincial party and as deputy spokesperson for the provincial party. In the 2006 local elections, I served as the personal secretary to former Chairman Hyun, who was then running as a Grand National Party candidate for governor of Jeju. Former Chairman Hyun and Jeon Young-hae remarried after their divorce, and there is a 32-year age gap between them.

After one rejection, he accepted the offer and came to the Korea Racing Authority, determined to bring the spirit of innovation he learned in the private sector into the company. He said he had no desire for reappointment, but also judged that it was right to leave while others were applauding. The reason for hastening his retirement was, “I heard that some employees had submitted a smear accusation against the chairman, so I decided there was no need to wait until a successor came,” he said. “I had worked selflessly for three years,

Therefore, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province stated that it is negotiating with the government after submitting a revised opinion to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, requesting an amendment to the Enforcement Rules of the Grassland Act so that rural-style equestrian facilities can be used without obtaining a separate grassland-use permit.Jeju Special Self-Governing Province’s amendment was introduced to ease this, because most equestrian facilities in Jeju are set up on grassland, but obtaining permits for converting grassland is complicated and not easy.Jeju Special Self-Governing Province expects that if these revised opinions are accepted, it will be possible to obtain a permit for equestrian facilities without a prior pasture conversion permit, thereby contributing not only to income growth for horse-breeding farms within Jeju but also for horse-breeding farms nationwide.

It is also worth noting that through the Competency Development Division, the administration has diligently carried out internal training as well, contributing to demonstrating the Rural Development Administration’s capabilities both at home and abroad.

I hope people will think of horseback riding as something that sick children, and all children, can enjoy. Due to several recent incidents, the image of horses and equestrian activities has been deteriorating, but I hope government agencies and organizations promoting the development of the horse industry will continue to provide steady support and organize well.

I’ve heard that the Korea Racing Authority runs support programs, but it’s not easy to find information, and as far as I know, there aren’t many.Through this therapeutic riding program conducted at Samsung Seoul Hospital, I encountered a horse for the first time. Even just at Samsung Seoul Hospital, it takes more than an hour. The financial burden outside of working hours cannot be ignored either. Thanks to the clinical trial, I was able to experience therapeutic riding, but the costs are no small matter. I’m currently undergoing various treatments at a rehabilitation hospital, but therapeutic riding is expensive because it’s not covered by insurance. If rehabilitation treatment is approved by the hospital, the private insurance company can provide benefits, but rehabilitation horseback riding is individualized,

No. Two other children from the Fred Willey Syndrome Patients’ Association also participated. Those children also looked happy. When a friend who was the same age as Yerin first started therapeutic riding, she was afraid of horses, but over time she showed good behavior. The teachers were also very worried at first because of the sudden outbursts, fearing it might be dangerous, but now the number of those incidents has greatly decreased, and rather, a strong bond of trust and closeness has developed with the horses.
