TEST008

The behavior of the activist adults and the teachers of Seongsim Girls’ Middle and High School, who are trying to spread their own agenda by holding students hostage, is utterly disgraceful. I think the problem with the Yongsan off-track betting facility could serve as an opportunity to reflect on the path Korean horse racing has taken so far. In the end, focusing on sales, the failure to properly address the negative impact that off-track sales outlets have on local communities likely caused this situation. As a Yongsan resident, I hope a smooth resolution can be found quickly,” he said. One resident who opposed the previous opening said, “Who would want to live in an area swarming with gamblers because of a gambling hall?” He did not hesitate to make remarks that treated horse racing fans like lawbreakers.

The Korea Racing Authority ultimately pushed ahead with the four-month pilot operation, saying that if the problems the opposition side cited occurred, they would even shut it down. However, the opposition committee is firmly opposing the pilot operation, calling it nothing more than a “trick” to change the political narrative, and arguing that the Korea Racing Authority is seriously infringing on educational conditions and living environments under the guise of formal legality, stating that they will not engage in any dialogue until the Yongsan off-track betting center is closed first. The issue of the Let’s Run CCC Yongsan became a nationwide issue because the civic groups leading the opposition side have been constantly trying to turn it into a political issue, and at the same time, opposition politicians have echoed their voices without showing any real will to address the core of the problem, prioritizing their own interests instead, thereby escalating the issue.

TEST008

Korea Racing Authority Chairman Hyun Myung-kwan said, “It is very encouraging that the pilot operation of the Yongsan off-track betting facility has been recognized as legitimate by judicial authorities. Through the pilot operation of the Yongsan branch, we will make every effort to break away from old practices and use it as a milestone for branch innovation.”As a fan who usually enjoys horse racing, I could only see the problem of portraying horse racing fans as gamblers and potential criminals as something serious. I think labeling horse racing fans as criminals is an even bigger crime and an abuse of power by a pressure group.Horse racing is an important industry that the state should promote. It should not be understood merely as betting, nor should the petty behavior of a tiny minority of fans be blown out of proportion.

Nick Skelton became the oldest gold medalist at the Rio Olympics at the age of 60. I also want to take good care of my health and live a long career. Of course, I will attend. We saw each other and greeted each other even on the morning of the match, but when we arrived at the stadium, we rushed to the news that an accident had occurred. It made no sense to me, and I gave up the rest of the match. I really didn't want to ride a horse at that time, and it's still a heartbreaking memory. In particular, the late Kim Hyung-chil was always nice to my juniors, and many people liked his human side. I miss him a lot.

And when I went on a horse, I thought I wanted to try it, so I started riding it every weekend as a hobby. My wife had been an equestrian for several years when I was a student. I've been working very hard over the years, so when I was playing D-class, my wife ran S-class. I'm not currently a player. My daughter is a senior in high school, and she's a dressage training player at the Valios Horseback Riding Club. It was a very short period of time. There was a little bit of dressage at the horse racing course specializing in dressage, and even the stumbling block has to learn the basic dressage. However, it's not a personal favorite sport.

But he was gentle compared to an ordinary Holsteiner. That was only for people. He was very aggressive towards other horses, especially Sumal. He even threw his front paws up when he ran into him while passing by. He was very nice to people, but he was very rough with horses. Lilibro' was my second horse, which I rode at the same time as 'Seed Chaps'. 'Libro' was definitely a horse with great ability, but it had a slightly lazy side. That's why he tended to cross obstacles well. Personally, it means a lot to me. It was a horse that contributed greatly to earning mileage by participating in various European competitions. He was registered as a reserve horse during the Olympics. Later, he came to Korea and worked.

test008

First of all, getting a ticket to the Olympics was difficult, but the process of getting a ticket to the Olympics was also difficult. This is because we had to perform well at a number of Grand Prix events rather than performing well in one or two events. Perhaps this is why the athletes training together for the Olympics at the time wondered if advancing to the Olympics could become a reality. The coaches, coaches, and sponsors must have felt the same way at the time. The wall of the world was too high, and Korean horseback riding was far behind him. Going to the Olympics was originally a dream because horseback riding was not only in good condition,

Some went in psychoanalytically and looked at my painting and said, "Libido." After hearing that interpretation, I found it interesting when people asked me why I'm drawing horses later, and they answered me like that. In fact, I was thinking about how to put natural energy into the indoor space and relieve the tension caused by it. You don't deserve to ride a horse called Jeong Yu. It is questionable whether you will feel the mental vitality of a horse even if you ride a horse. Since I've been riding a lot, I think I can feel the fun of riding a horse and know what riding a horse is, but I don't think I'll be impressed and grateful by the horse.

A Korea Racing Authority official said, “In a country governed by the rule of law, the judicial body, the most credible institution, has made a reasonable decision,” adding, “In accordance with the court’s final ruling, we will do our utmost to ensure the pilot program is implemented as planned to promptly resolve the deepening conflict.”After the court issued a ruling upholding the injunction request to prohibit business interference, the opposition committee stated, “The targets we intend to criticize through the rally are not the customers of the Korea Racing Authority site who pushed ahead with operations without consulting the residents,” adding, “We will continue the rally demanding the withdrawal of the store’s opening as long as it does not interfere with the Korea Racing Authority’s business.”

Previously, it was just a cafe, but the walls were opened and widened for a little to display the paintings. I thought that would be more colorful. I simply drew it because I liked the animal, but there are people who attach interpretations to it. I just drew it because I wanted to attract 'wild' and 'the power of nature'. There are many paintings of horses running in the field. It is the same for ancient books and foreign paintings. In particular, oriental painting draws many horses running in the field. However, it was not fun to draw horses running in the same field. Horses are animals that like to run in the field and run well, but there was no tension and nothing much when they were flattened on the painting in one dimension.

We should be able to maintain a minimum life through work activities, but we try to forget about pure literature and not think about it. The Shin Kyung-sook writer scandal is also an extension of this problem. It was not a completely pure literature nor a public one, but it was urgent and caused a division. And few writers are now popular in books. Like in the old days. "A Horse Outside the Door" depicts a horse coming from outside the door facing a woman. Lee Je-ha said the work could contain a message of returning to nature, and it was intended to express a strange feeling when heterogeneous beings face each other due to the appearance of both female and male horses.

Let’s Run CCC Yongsan is a project in which the Korea Racing Authority invested 120 billion won to build a building and attempted to relocate and open it through legal procedures, in accordance with its three-year plan to innovate off-track betting facilities. However, due to strong opposition from some residents and civic groups, it was unable to open last year, suffering huge losses, and after years of consecutive failures in the off-track betting business, it was forced into a last-ditch stronghold from which it could no longer retreat, putting the Korea Racing Authority’s very foundation at risk if the Yongsan off-track betting center were to close.

Korea's culture is a big problem. People engaged in the cultural sector should be able to live by doing cultural work, but that is not possible. Painters live a normal life by drawing and selling. However, in a transitional capital society, it is difficult. Few artists sell paintings in reality. Popular artists, famous senior artists, and the works of the deceased are sold, but those of young artists are not. Culture is generally difficult. The Moon Jae In government seems to be paying attention to culture, but it still lacks a lot. Even looking at the data on the income level of cultural workers posted on the Internet, the annual income is less than 10 million won.

That's why I started literature. Originally, I wrote poetry in middle school. At that time, there was a magazine called 'academy', and it was the only magazine during the Korean War. Poets were published through 'academy', and they were elected in one or two places. Hwang Dong-gyu and Ma Jong-ki, who are poets, are alumni who were active through 'academy'. As I did this and that for my life, novels became my main focus. But now, people don't read novels, so I don't write them well. People don't read books, so they don't sell and the publishing industry is in recession. When I was young, I used to write with passion and willpower, but the problem is that books are not sold, so they are not helpful to life at all.

Novel manuscript fees are poor, so manuscript fees alone cannot make a living. For such reasons, not only me but also many writers have side jobs, such as attending school to give lectures or serving as an editor of a publishing company. I wrote novels, did this and that, and worked in the movie industry. As I loved movies so much, I started collecting videos, but as it became known, a media company asked me for a "movie column." I had to write a story about what I saw in the movie, but it was much easier than writing a novel. After writing a novel like that, I wrote a movie column for 2-3 years.

In this ruling, the Seoul Western District Court decided to “admit” all the matters in the provisional injunction application submitted by the Korea Racing Authority regarding the prohibition of acts such as business interference. The court decided to pay 500,000 won per instance to each of the nine members of the opposition committee for any acts that would obstruct access to or passage through the Yongsan off-track betting facility building and its land, as well as the entry of Korea Racing Authority executives, employees, and customers. It was also stipulated that the same amount be paid when they have other people obstruct business. The court pointed out in its judgment, “Although they claim that the establishment of the off-track sales office itself is illegal, they have only argued that opening the off-track sales office would infringe upon their environmental rights, housing rights, and right to learn, and have failed to provide any evidence to support the claim of legal defects.”

October, when autumn leaves start to turn red, is the most emotional time of the year. A collection of poems can be found on the empty side behind the colorful fall scenery. In October, the month of culture, we prepared a project to listen to stories of artists dealing with culture and art works based on horses. First of all, we met Lee Je-ha, a veteran novelist, poet, painter and singer. Unlike other works, he often uses horses, but he uses static words rather than words. I tried to shed new light on the words that he viewed through his creative activities in all areas, including literature and art.

Horse Association by communicating with the media and the public while promoting the human resources development team, the head of the cultural empathy center, and the new business project. When he served as the head of the human resources development team in 2008, he introduced the transparent and dynamic public enterprise awards of the Korean Horse Association to the public through interviews with employment-related media, and when he served as the head of the Siheung Cultural Sympathy Center in 2011, he played a first-generation role in actively promoting the social contribution project of the "market sales office" through media interviews such as local newspapers and magazines.

When asked at this year's parliamentary inspection whether he intends to serve all three years of his term, he replied, "If his term is guaranteed, I will do my best within my term." However, after the parliamentary inspection, Chairman Lee Yang-ho, who was classified as a "gujeonggwon" figure as the government started to reshuffle the heads of public institutions, expressed his resignation, and a public offering for the head of the Korean Horse Association began. For the past year or so, the young CEO and communication king who has practiced the vision of the new government as a personnel in the district office and as a personnel in the district office is said to have broadened a new horizon in the Korean horse industry.

In addition, Chairman Lee Yang-ho suggested the future direction for the Korean horse industry in a short period of time, including reconsideration of research climate at the Horse Industry Research Institute, hard work to eradicate illegal racing, diversification of social contributions and group support, and support and cooperation that extended to agricultural and rural areas. Of course, there was also "shade." The horse industry expressed concerns over the decision to close the Yongsan Cultural Empathy Center, and it was embarrassing because successive suicides of managers and executives were not directly related.

Chairman Lee Yang-ho, who emphasized internal and external cooperation with the slogan "Let's help unconditionally, let's help infinitely, let's help what we can't help, let's help before calling" at the inauguration ceremony, has been on the site since his inauguration. Ahead of the Lunar New Year's Day, he appeared in person at nearby traditional markets and children's centers for social contribution events for the vulnerable in the region, which continued steadily during his term. With the motto of "Let's take a step ahead, let's look far and do our best" as a work philosophy, he launched the Future Development Strategy Establishment TF to check large-scale investment projects and improve organizational and manpower operations.

It further ruled, “Protests in a peaceful manner are permitted, but occupying a building or a site exceeds freedom of expression.”It also stated in the decision that, considering the fact that the association has expressed its intention to continue the illegal acts even after the court’s “recommendation for settlement” in July, and that the association has suffered significant business losses as a result, the need for preservation is recognized. The court’s ruling to grant the provisional injunction is being accepted as a matter of course. After the court in July had already notified both the Korea Racing Authority and the opposing party of a settlement recommendation ordering them to resolve the issue through mutual consultation, the Korea Racing Authority agreed to accept it, whereas the opposing party insisted on the closure unconditionally and filed an objection, so it was naturally the case that the injunction application was granted.
