Structural changes are needed so that horseback riding can be easily disseminated. In addition, customer service seems important. In any field, it is difficult to succeed without improving customer service. In addition, the equestrian center also needs to make an effort to find a breakthrough on its own. Most riding arenas receive support related to student riding. I’ve even heard that if this support is cut off, most equestrian centers will go under. Support cannot continue indefinitely, and equestrian operators themselves must build their own strength.

In response, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety stated, "A portion of lottery revenues that had previously been transferred to various funds will be converted into local taxes, and related administrative tasks will also be transferred to local governments, so this is not related to costs," adding, "There is no factor that would lead to an increase in the price of lottery tickets."The Saenuri Party participated in proposing the bill with Representative Cho, Kang Ki-yoon, Kwon Eun-hee, Kim Sang-hoon, Kim Jang-sil, Yoon Jae-ok, Lee Wan-young, Lee Jae-young, and Jeong Yong-gi, while the New Politics Alliance for Democracy participated with Representatives Kim Young-rok, Yoo Seong-yeop, and Yoon Hu-duk.The Korea Racing Authority stated that the reason for the horse racing prevalence’s such steep decline was due to infrastructure improvement efforts such as the establishment of a new beginner couple zone and resolving overcrowding outside the racetrack.

Ponies are usually bred and then sold in many places like experience farms. The one we bred from Hallamarang and Warmblood is so good that we’re not selling it and are using it ourselves right now. It’s a very good thing, so I have no intention of selling. Halla horses are being sold in large numbers at the riding stable. Our riding club is located outdoors, so we sometimes see excavators or dump trucks, but perhaps because we’re used to it, our horses aren’t startled. Before the 2018 regular general meeting

It seems they’ve built up a keen eye for horses, know-how in managing them, and know-how in producing them. Thanks to my parents working in livestock farming since I was a child, I was able to grow up seeing a lot of it, which was a great help, and I even raised and sold horses myself. Soon there will be a baby born too. So far, I have given birth to 10 babies. Is it. We produce more than three each year. Among them are some that are crossbred between Warmblood and Hanlama, as well as Shuttlelands, Miniatures, and others.

Since I was a child, my father ran a farm raising livestock such as deer, pigs, and goats, so I had no hesitation in raising animals, and horseback riding, which I learned as an elective in college, became my connection.Seeing that I learned horseback riding as quickly as the other kids, the riding instructor even praised me. And by the time I was riding for the third time, the instructor even said, “Would you consider helping me work at the riding stable?”While preparing for the university graduation presentation,

During extremely hot or cold seasons, we also hold major discount events, and we try to provide services tailored to customers, such as handing out delicious snacks like ice cream or drinks to young children who visit the riding club. Since they are young entrepreneurs and around the same age as the parents, it seems they are able to talk and communicate comfortably. As I was thinking about what to do before graduating from university, I came up with the idea of a children’s horseback riding program using ponies.

With the government deciding to crack down on off-track betting outlets, the horse racing industry—which heavily depends on off-track sales—is bound to face a full-scale contraction, making it urgent to improve the Korea Racing Authority’s revenue structure. The government has decided to promote a plan to conduct a prior impact assessment and hold prior consultations with residents when establishing or relocating off-track betting centers in the future. In addition, regarding the Yongsan off-track sales office, which has been the subject of ongoing conflict, they decided to continue holding thorough discussions with local residents about the results of the pilot operation evaluation and other matters, aiming for an official opening within the year.

My wife had no connection to words. We met through an introduction, and by going on dates and hanging out together, my wife naturally became familiar with the language as well. I bought three horses, and the two of us went out together and went on a lot of dates, and that’s how it ended up coming to this point. While going on horseback dates, I gave the horses a ride to the kids, and seeing how they behaved was enjoyable for both of us, and those things continued. I am grateful to my wife.

Producers argue that if integrated production bases are established, domestically bred racehorses will be shunned by buyers and the production infrastructure will collapse. They are particularly criticizing the Korea Racing Authority for pushing through the matter unilaterally without any measures addressing differences in race performance or the producers of domestic horses. The Korea Thoroughbred Breeders Association (President Oh Young-bok) held an emergency general meeting on the 19th and, with 63 out of 64 attendees voting in favor, resolved to oppose the Korea Racing Authority’s innovation plan and respond strongly. In addition, the Korea Thoroughbred Breeders Association signed an agreement with the Inland Thoroughbred Breeders Association (Chairman Jang Yong-seok) to launch the “Korea Thoroughbred Breeders Development Measures Promotion Committee” on the same day.

However, from an objective and common-sense perspective, the current strike situation is described as the KCTU’s“almost unreasonable demands bordering on tantrums” and a “bulldozer-style stubborn struggle,” which is “playing the role of a bad mother-in-law worsening the situation,” they stated. In particular, he said it would have been better if, as Kim Byung-hong, the party leader, who stressed the fight to raise the refund rate, had at least emphasized one of the demands of customers and fans,

He lamented the situation where no horse racing official is advocating for an increase in the refund rate, and even though everyone is stepping up to lead the push for a higher refund rate, it remains unclear whether it will actually change, yet they are only pushing their own demands. He argued that the one task is to “persuade and fight the National Assembly and the government so that the domestic horse racing refund rate, which can be called the worst in the world at 73%, can be raised to at least the Japanese level of 80%.

The Korea Racing Authority had originally planned to finalize and announce the horse racing innovation plan in November, but it is facing difficulties as related organizations, including producers, have shown strong opposition. The Korea Racing Authority is in a difficult position, as Chairman Hyun Myung-kwan is demanding a strong push to enter Part II, making it impossible to easily abandon the innovation plan. Producers cannot stand by and watch the already obvious contraction of the domestic horse production base, so the growing pains surrounding the push for an integrated origin and racing system do not seem likely to subside anytime soon.As opposition from horse racing officials grew stronger, the Korea Racing Authority presented a compromise plan in November. The adjustment plan proposes that, in the case of integrated mountainous areas, integration will proceed by year starting from the higher-level counties, while other counties will separate domestic and foreign production.

However, as the Korea Racing Authority proceeded with a damages lawsuit, the provisional injunction and provisional seizure against the opposing party were to remain in effect until the judgment was finalized.Just ten months after conducting its regular New Year personnel reshuffle in February this year, it issued another large-scale personnel appointment. This swift personnel reshuffle at the Korea Racing Authority was an early move ahead of the personnel changes scheduled for early next year, carried out simultaneously with the organizational restructuring in support of Chairman Hyun Myung-kwan’s push for the Korea Racing Authority’s creative innovation. Before the regular personnel reshuffle, the Korea Racing Authority had already announced department head appointments on the 21st, and through these appointments it is clear that the Authority has undergone a more streamlined organizational restructuring than before.
