And when I went on a horse, I thought I wanted to try it, so I started riding it every weekend as a hobby. My wife had been an equestrian for several years when I was a student. I've been working very hard over the years, so when I was playing D-class, my wife ran S-class. I'm not currently a player. My daughter is a senior in high school, and she's a dressage training player at the Valios Horseback Riding Club. It was a very short period of time. There was a little bit of dressage at the horse racing course specializing in dressage, and even the stumbling block has to learn the basic dressage. However, it's not a personal favorite sport.

Since the enactment of the Horse Industry Promotion Act, various government policy supports have been provided domestically to foster a horseback riding boom, and local governments have been entering the horseback riding business. Alongside the Korea Equestrian Federation, the Korea Student Equestrian Association, which has steadily laid the foundation for revitalizing elite equestrianism in Korea, has been maintaining an even more transformed image starting this year.Chairman Choi Byung-wook is at the center of the changes in the Student Equestrian Association. Choi Byung-wook, a former equestrian athlete who laid the foundation of the Korea Student Equestrian Association from the ground up, has broken the silence and taken up the presidency again, presenting the Korea Student Equestrian Association with a clear direction: revitalizing youth equestrianism, which serves as the foundational work for the sustained development of not only student equestrianism but also Korean equestrianism.

But he was gentle compared to an ordinary Holsteiner. That was only for people. He was very aggressive towards other horses, especially Sumal. He even threw his front paws up when he ran into him while passing by. He was very nice to people, but he was very rough with horses. Lilibro' was my second horse, which I rode at the same time as 'Seed Chaps'. 'Libro' was definitely a horse with great ability, but it had a slightly lazy side. That's why he tended to cross obstacles well. Personally, it means a lot to me. It was a horse that contributed greatly to earning mileage by participating in various European competitions. He was registered as a reserve horse during the Olympics. Later, he came to Korea and worked.

There are four equestrian-related universities in the Gyeongbuk region: Kyungpook National University, Seorabeol University, Seongdeok University, and Pohang University. They created their own events within their respective regions so that, when participating in competitions, they could attend with only their own transportation costs. To create a festival that Gumi City and the general public can enjoy together, various events with horse-related themes were prepared. First, a guidebook containing tips and precautions for watching the games will be produced and distributed to enhance understanding of the event, and family visitors with young children are also expected to be attracted through activities such as a “Pretty Words” contest and a mini hose photo zone.

First of all, getting a ticket to the Olympics was difficult, but the process of getting a ticket to the Olympics was also difficult. This is because we had to perform well at a number of Grand Prix events rather than performing well in one or two events. Perhaps this is why the athletes training together for the Olympics at the time wondered if advancing to the Olympics could become a reality. The coaches, coaches, and sponsors must have felt the same way at the time. The wall of the world was too high, and Korean horseback riding was far behind him. Going to the Olympics was originally a dream because horseback riding was not only in good condition,

Some went in psychoanalytically and looked at my painting and said, "Libido." After hearing that interpretation, I found it interesting when people asked me why I'm drawing horses later, and they answered me like that. In fact, I was thinking about how to put natural energy into the indoor space and relieve the tension caused by it. You don't deserve to ride a horse called Jeong Yu. It is questionable whether you will feel the mental vitality of a horse even if you ride a horse. Since I've been riding a lot, I think I can feel the fun of riding a horse and know what riding a horse is, but I don't think I'll be impressed and grateful by the horse.

Previously, it was just a cafe, but the walls were opened and widened for a little to display the paintings. I thought that would be more colorful. I simply drew it because I liked the animal, but there are people who attach interpretations to it. I just drew it because I wanted to attract 'wild' and 'the power of nature'. There are many paintings of horses running in the field. It is the same for ancient books and foreign paintings. In particular, oriental painting draws many horses running in the field. However, it was not fun to draw horses running in the same field. Horses are animals that like to run in the field and run well, but there was no tension and nothing much when they were flattened on the painting in one dimension.

We should be able to maintain a minimum life through work activities, but we try to forget about pure literature and not think about it. The Shin Kyung-sook writer scandal is also an extension of this problem. It was not a completely pure literature nor a public one, but it was urgent and caused a division. And few writers are now popular in books. Like in the old days. "A Horse Outside the Door" depicts a horse coming from outside the door facing a woman. Lee Je-ha said the work could contain a message of returning to nature, and it was intended to express a strange feeling when heterogeneous beings face each other due to the appearance of both female and male horses.

Korea's culture is a big problem. People engaged in the cultural sector should be able to live by doing cultural work, but that is not possible. Painters live a normal life by drawing and selling. However, in a transitional capital society, it is difficult. Few artists sell paintings in reality. Popular artists, famous senior artists, and the works of the deceased are sold, but those of young artists are not. Culture is generally difficult. The Moon Jae In government seems to be paying attention to culture, but it still lacks a lot. Even looking at the data on the income level of cultural workers posted on the Internet, the annual income is less than 10 million won.

test008

That's why I started literature. Originally, I wrote poetry in middle school. At that time, there was a magazine called 'academy', and it was the only magazine during the Korean War. Poets were published through 'academy', and they were elected in one or two places. Hwang Dong-gyu and Ma Jong-ki, who are poets, are alumni who were active through 'academy'. As I did this and that for my life, novels became my main focus. But now, people don't read novels, so I don't write them well. People don't read books, so they don't sell and the publishing industry is in recession. When I was young, I used to write with passion and willpower, but the problem is that books are not sold, so they are not helpful to life at all.

test008

Novel manuscript fees are poor, so manuscript fees alone cannot make a living. For such reasons, not only me but also many writers have side jobs, such as attending school to give lectures or serving as an editor of a publishing company. I wrote novels, did this and that, and worked in the movie industry. As I loved movies so much, I started collecting videos, but as it became known, a media company asked me for a "movie column." I had to write a story about what I saw in the movie, but it was much easier than writing a novel. After writing a novel like that, I wrote a movie column for 2-3 years.

October, when autumn leaves start to turn red, is the most emotional time of the year. A collection of poems can be found on the empty side behind the colorful fall scenery. In October, the month of culture, we prepared a project to listen to stories of artists dealing with culture and art works based on horses. First of all, we met Lee Je-ha, a veteran novelist, poet, painter and singer. Unlike other works, he often uses horses, but he uses static words rather than words. I tried to shed new light on the words that he viewed through his creative activities in all areas, including literature and art.

Therefore, I think we will focus on more actively promoting youth equestrian hunter competitions, which have been pursued since former Chairman Jeon’s tenure. In addition, we are actively pursuing ways to link the student equestrian competition not as an event unique to us, but with local festivals so that it can become part of the festival. The Hunter competition was benchmarked from the United States so that youth can enjoy horseback riding. Until now, the equestrian competitions showed little difference in the content between the general division and the youth division. We conducted our own research on the structural modifications of youth equestrian competitions, and in 2013, we even invited an instructor from the United States to hold a student equestrian training workshop. Through this year’s Hunter competition briefing and demonstration matches, we are laying the cornerstone for establishing the foundation of Korea’s standard-type standard apparatus competition.

When he served as the head of the human resources development team in 2008, he introduced the transparent and dynamic public enterprise awards of the Korean Horse Association to the public through interviews with employment-related media, and when he served as the head of the Siheung Cultural Sympathy Center in 2011, he played a first-generation role in actively promoting the social contribution project of the "market sales office" through media interviews such as local newspapers and magazines.

Improving services for horse racing fans is an important project that the Korea Racing Authority has been continuously promoting, but most horse racing fans still express more complaints than satisfaction. From the perspective of the service provider, instead of looking at horse racing fans, they should provide the services horse racing fans want, and that will reduce complaints. At the monthly staff meeting in September, Chairman Hyun Myung-kwan said, “The dream of horse racing customers is to enjoy exciting horse races.” As stated, entering Part II is merely a stepping stone for the satisfaction of horse racing fans, and entering Part II itself should not become the goal. Horse racing should be conducted for horse racing fans.

When asked at this year's parliamentary inspection whether he intends to serve all three years of his term, he replied, "If his term is guaranteed, I will do my best within my term." However, after the parliamentary inspection, Chairman Lee Yang-ho, who was classified as a "gujeonggwon" figure as the government started to reshuffle the heads of public institutions, expressed his resignation, and a public offering for the head of the Korean Horse Association began. For the past year or so, the young CEO and communication king who has practiced the vision of the new government as a personnel in the district office and as a personnel in the district office is said to have broadened a new horizon in the Korean horse industry.

Recently, as the horse racing industry has emerged as an alternative sector to the struggling agriculture and livestock industries, local governments have been promoting racehorse production clusters and the number of farms wishing to newly participate has been increasing. This situation appears to be further encouraging the quantitative expansion, which has now reached its limit, while causing not only a decline in the prices of domestic horses but also a deterioration in quality due to the lack of production and breeding technology among the farms. The proportion of poor-quality farms, which account for a significant number of production farms, is also emerging as a considerable problem. While the Korea Racing Authority is in the process of demanding that production farms demonstrate their own capabilities in the production sector, a considerable number of production farms are in fact unable to respond quickly to this trend.

In addition, Chairman Lee Yang-ho suggested the future direction for the Korean horse industry in a short period of time, including reconsideration of research climate at the Horse Industry Research Institute, hard work to eradicate illegal racing, diversification of social contributions and group support, and support and cooperation that extended to agricultural and rural areas. Of course, there was also "shade." The horse industry expressed concerns over the decision to close the Yongsan Cultural Empathy Center, and it was embarrassing because successive suicides of managers and executives were not directly related.

Chairman Lee Yang-ho, who emphasized internal and external cooperation with the slogan "Let's help unconditionally, let's help infinitely, let's help what we can't help, let's help before calling" at the inauguration ceremony, has been on the site since his inauguration. Ahead of the Lunar New Year's Day, he appeared in person at nearby traditional markets and children's centers for social contribution events for the vulnerable in the region, which continued steadily during his term. With the motto of "Let's take a step ahead, let's look far and do our best" as a work philosophy, he launched the Future Development Strategy Establishment TF to check large-scale investment projects and improve organizational and manpower operations.

After taking the post of chairman of the Korea Racing Authority, which is the head of the horse industry, he drew attention by dispelling concerns about "falling mountains.

We spoke with President Choi Byung-wook about the reasons for the recent hiatus, changes in the association’s policy direction, and its future direction.Since the early days of the Student Equestrian Federation, I had continued to be involved as part of the executive team in related matters. I had been away from the Student Equestrian Association for a while, but my heart was always with the Student Equestrian Association. At the beginning of this year, I was asked by the executive team, which consists of former athletes, to take up the presidency again. I believed that change was necessary not only for the Student Equestrian Association but also for the continued development of equestrianism in Korea. After a considerable period of various discussions with the executive committee of the Student Equestrian Association, we came to the conclusion that promoting youth equestrianism is the most important factor in advancing Korean equestrianism.

TEST008

One of the greatest strengths of hunter competitions is providing young athletes with opportunities to easily engage with equestrian sports and participate frequently in competitions, tailored to their level. It is to broaden the base of awareness. The goal is to create events involving horses to make visitors more interested in equestrian competitions and to increase the overall number of events. In addition to the Hunter competition, various methods were devised to create a wide range of many events, such as club league matches among equestrian clubs and a university student super league. To expand club competitions, various exhibition matches are being held, and along with dressage, consideration is also given to the horse’s aesthetic aspects.

Both the assistant teacher and the horse manager may have complaints, but I hope they will make concessions to each other and make efforts to improve them step by step over time. Ryu Joo-young, who wants to be remembered as a good example of facing each other, hopes something good will happen next year, the sixth year after his debut. When we first encountered each other, he said he was in a position to learn rather than make a profit for five years. As he said, he learned a lot by paying expensive tuition for two to three years when he was not familiar with horses, and now he has his own know-how.

Although it has made rapid progress compared to the past, the domestic horse racing industry is still at the level of underdeveloped countries. There are areas that need to be gradually improved over time, and the improvement of the environment of the horse race is one of them. I hope that the horse race society will also make efforts to improve the environment for the horse race. The horse race will make efforts to change on its own, but it may change faster if the Korean Horse Racing Association, the implementation of the horse race, provides factors to change the environment for the horse race. I don't know if it is still doing it, but it shows many horses directly to many horses.
