Even though it wasn’t a part state, I think the juniors worked very hard and feel proud that, after going through Part 3 and becoming a Part 2 state, the status of Korean horse racing was elevated.What’s disappointing is that the horse racing industry itself has no connection to general society and has few related industries, so here I am an expert, but if I quit, there will be nothing left for me to do. Rehabilitation horseback riding needs to be promoted, but there are limitations, which is regrettable. Also, in my view, it is appropriate to introduce health insurance for therapeutic riding. Physical therapy is allowed, and it makes no sense that horseback riding rehabilitation through verbal instruction is not covered by health insurance. While preparing my master’s thesis, I learned for the first time that Italy has health insurance, but it is unfortunate that it is not yet available under our circumstances.

Gradually, at first, some of the horses that have completed the departure inspection are allowed in. The next step is to allow only horses that have passed the 100% departure inspection to enter. As the next step, some that passed the driving inspection come in, and then only horses that passed 100% come in. As far as I know, it first began between 2011 and 2012, and if the first five years were spent creating 500 equestrian venues and training specialized equestrian personnel as part of the initial project, it seems that the five-year plan for the future development of equestrianism is currently at a standstill.Therefore, I think we need to transform the drifting project into a virtuous cycle structure that can encompass everything, including the sales market.
