As someone who raises horses and from the perspective of the president of the Producers Association, I would like to offer my congratulations as well as some words of advice.First, in racing media, “media” means mediation or relay. It is a companion that has shared history with us humans. We have pioneered history and expanded the sites of history by running together with people. Even though the automobile came to replace horses, we humans could not erase the history of being with horses. I could not let the horse go into the back alley of history.

However, there are still many challenges for the domestic horse industry to make a leap forward and develop.The government is making various efforts to expand the base of the horse industry, including horse breeding, promoting leisure sports, training skilled professionals, and manufacturing related products. Alongside these government efforts, the interest and cooperation of industry, local governments, and related organizations are extremely important. If we put our heads together and work hard,

The content and fields conveyed during that time are likely diverse and boundless. I am confident that these things, together, are fully serving as a compass in shaping Korea’s language culture and leading the language industry.It is said that our country's horse industry is currently facing various difficulties. Although there have been many difficulties at the production farms due to the horse racing innovation plan, they are making efforts to keep pace accordingly by increasing investments and efforts in improving stallions and improving the quality of racehorses. The Korea Racing Authority introduced a betting ticket reservation system on May 18, 2007. At the time, reservations became available not only through the internet and ARS but also via mobile devices and unmanned ticket vending machines, but the races available for reservation were limited to Bukyeong races on Fridays, and Seomul Racecourse Park races on Saturdays and Sundays, while cross-race reservations were not offered.

The Korea Racing Authority recently officially requested the National Tax Service to issue an official interpretation regarding the introduction of a “book rental reservation system.” This is to make it more convenient for horse racing fans to purchase betting tickets in advance for races scheduled on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, when the races are not held on Thursdays.The problematic part was the tax section. A 2,000 won admission fee is charged upon entering the racetrack and off-track betting locations. Among them are a 1,300 won individual consumption tax and a 300 won education tax, so as a horse racing fan, I pay a 1,300 won tax.The Korea Racing Authority requested the National Tax Service to issue an official interpretation on whether admission fees should be charged even when actual horse racing does not take place and people simply visit racecourses and off-track betting centers to purchase betting tickets.
