I think I’m still too young to manage a small group. I’m at an age where I should be learning through experience, but managing it myself presents many difficulties. There is a lack of knowledge and experience in personnel management and government policy necessary for running a ranch. I thought I knew a fair amount of speech and had studied a lot, but raising it myself turned out to be different from what I had imagined.
