In fact, there is a "funny" rumor about the "Hallama Trash" in some parts of the field about the "Hallama Trash," but it has never given up the neutral status and role of the media. I have been in constant contact with the Jeju Horse Producers Association and production farmers for a long time, but there is also a problem that I could not write articles by repeating only one-sided claims that were emotional. It was difficult to write articles because I was not aware of the importance of informing the difficulties of the field or even promoting important events of the association. An agreement was passed for the win-win development of the horse industry and Jeju horse industry, which had been working on issues for the development and co-prosperity of the horse industry, and there was a request for interest in Jeju horse by key figures.

On May 15, 2000, the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Livestock Promotion Agency was designated as a registration authority for Jeju Horse, but the issue of unclear ancestry of basic registered horses emerged and the improper process of registration management was also revealed. There is also the problem of monopolizing the prize money for the Jeju Horse Racing Competition, represented by Dream Rock, which is still talked about. The era of geographical error ended on February 17 this year. The Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, the Korean Horse Association, the Jeju Horse Producers Association, and the Korean Horse Association reached an agreement on the win-win development of the Jeju Horse Industry. Kim Sang-chul, former president of the Jeju Horse Producers Association, and Kim Sang-pil, president of the Korean Horse Producers Association, ended the long-standing debate over interests in the development of the Jeju horse industry.

A civil servant who works with concern for his country...A nation standing at the head of a hundred chukgandu...We need a public official from the rescue country who works as a fixer for unlimited responsibility, self-sacrifice," he said, adding that he hopes Admiral Yi Sun-shin will be used as a model for public officials who have fulfilled their responsibilities, not just war heroes. Meanwhile, former Minister Jang Tae-pyeong, who took office as the 33rd president of the Korean Horse Association in November 2011, resigned suddenly about a year before the expiration of his term. During his term in office, he led the Korean Horse Association stably and received relatively good reviews in the management evaluation of public institutions, but he expressed his resignation to not burden the process of innovation in the sports field.

If I thought about it complacently, I thought it might be hard to win the last three-way race. I will thoroughly prepare for the rest of the year to achieve the great feat of "the first three-way victory in the Seoul-Busan Gyeongnam Open Race." In an article published on May 3, former Minister Jang Tae-pyeong recalled Admiral Yi Sun-shin's birthday and reflected on his achievements. In particular, he said it is important to stay up all night agonizing over Admiral Yi's sense of responsibility, saying that he saved the country and find a strategy to kill him. In particular, he stressed that public officials should take all the responsibility, even though the decision-making of politicians and public officials who jumped on the opposition from farmers was "shameful" in relation to the government's push for rice tariffs.

The last gateway, the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Minister's boat, is twice as difficult for the preceding horses to run away from their competitors throughout the race, and although I don't know if it will rain at that time, considering the nature of the 2,000M distance, I plan to build up my strength and carry out the race comfortably rather than doing good deeds. The sudden rain today may adversely affect the development of the race from the beginning. The fact that the Powerblade and the speed of the outer racehorses were relatively faster than the inner racehorses also had a lot of influence on the good deeds. I met with assistant teacher Kim Young-kwan and have won many grand prizes in the last two years. As a jockey, the joy is indescribable. Through this race, we can see that the competitors' skills have improved considerably.

TEST008

It was a race that was more burdensome than any other grand race, as all horse racing information papers were predicting the victory of the Power Blade. I even thought in advance what kind of expression to show if the Power Blade missed the championship. It rained and I couldn't let go of the tension of the 3-year-old Mara, which was not completed yet. Kim Yong-geun was able to win the championship because he did a good job as planned. I would like to say thank you to the Mabang family and the rider Kim Yong-geun for taking good care of the horse. At the time of Media Day, I jokingly said that I don't trust the rider Kim Yong-geun 100%, but I will prepare well with the rider Kim Yong-geun in the future.

While expanding the KRW 100 taxi to all 82 郡 areas, we will create a transportation model suitable for regional characteristics by diversifying transportation such as taxis and buses and business operation methods. We will introduce a care farm that helps vulnerable groups, such as the disabled, adapt to society through agricultural activities and provides vocational training opportunities so that social agriculture can be activated. We will change the budget and system based on performance evaluation so that the Moon Jae-in administration's agricultural government goals and national tasks can be faithfully implemented.

Agricultural accident insurance will ease the rate gap between cities and counties by setting an upper limit on the premium rate, and distribute new farmers' safety insurance products with enhanced coverage to the level of industrial accident insurance. We will reduce frequent drought and inundation damage through water system connection projects and drainage improvements, and also implement earthquake-resistant reinforcement for old repair facilities in preparation for earthquakes. The ongoing negotiations on the revision of the Korea-US FTA will actively respond to the government's position that additional opening to the agricultural sector is impossible.

Now, it is an important time for our agriculture to move forward into the future by overcoming this reality and establishing the foundation of agriculture. The agricultural administration of the Moon Jae In government is a people-centered agricultural administration that values the income and quality of life of farmers and the health and safety of the people. It is an innovative farming industry that seeks job creation and growth through creative destruction of existing practices. It is a sustainable farming industry that strengthens the sustainability of the agri-food industry, the environment, and the public interest value of agriculture and rural communities. It is a field-oriented reform farming industry that listens to the voices

Enforcement Decree of the anti-graft act. The upper limit for gift expenses for agricultural and fishery products and processed products has been raised from 50,000 won to 100,000 won. The upper limit for congratulatory events will be lowered to 50,000 won, but up to 100,000 won will be allowed when including wreaths. From this Lunar New Year's holiday, sales of agricultural and livestock products will expand, which will help ease difficulties in farming and fishing villages. I would like to thank the people for their generous understanding of the purpose of the revision of the anti-graft act. The income gap between urban and rural areas is still large,

Gokseong County Office, who changed his reputation after devoting himself to quarantine work on December 23, and express my condolences to the bereaved families. In support of the deceased, we will make Korea safe from livestock diseases. First of all, we have decided on a plan to stabilize rice prices as the first step in restoring trust in the agricultural government, and after close communication with farmers' organizations and relevant ministries, we have decided on measures to quarantine 720,000 tons of rice from the market, which is a record-high volume. Thanks to this, rice prices, which remained at the level 20 years ago, have exceeded 150,000 won right after the announcement of the measure,

For high-risk reproductive plants, we will come up with measures to allow imports after lowering the risk of pests in the other country, and we will conduct efficient quarantine by re-evaluating the risk of imported plants by inflow path and item and strengthening the management of items with high risk of pests. In addition, in order to strengthen the safety management of livestock products in the production stage, we will expand the verification of livestock safety management certification standards for farms, slaughterhouses, and milk farms to ensure internal stability, and further strengthen the distribution history management of pork in addition to imported beef.

Despite a number of difficult conditions last year, the quarantine headquarters produced excellent results based on the expertise and know-how accumulated so far. As a case in point, the company achieved the feat of advancing the development of the original technology for foot-and-mouth disease vaccine by one year earlier than originally planned, laying the foundation for the "redemption vaccine sovereignty." In addition, it contributed to the early end of foot-and-mouth disease by developing the world's first serotype simple antigen diagnostic kit for three types of foot-and-mouth disease.

Rural development officials will approach farmers and the public with such dog friendliness, listen carefully to the voices of the field and practice them. We will continue to innovate our way of working to establish an organizational culture that values the field and customers. We will strengthen communication with the field by thinking from the perspective of farmers and the public and reflecting the voices of consumers from the planning stage of the project. This year, the Winter Olympics, a global festival, will be held in Pyeongchang, Korea. We will actively support the event to be recorded as the most successful Olympics in which farmers and the public participate

We will protect the healthy table of the people by establishing a safe food production and supply system such as eco-friendly ecological agriculture and safety management of agricultural materials. In particular, in preparation for the full implementation of the pesticide permitted substance list management system, we will expand the registration of pesticides ex officio and actively promote pesticide safety use education to produce safe crops and prevent damage to farmers. We will lead the innovative growth of our agriculture by spreading Korean smart farms that can improve productivity and quality and reduce labor.
