We will also strengthen the management of non-vegetative routes by designating and managing items that are feared to be contaminated by pests through risk analysis, and conducting monitoring and surveys at ports such as Busan and Incheon for general containers brought in from areas where red fire ants are feared to enter. In addition, we will continue to make efforts to secure the safety of livestock products in the production stage, such as preparing measures to reduce antibiotics and establishing a consultative body for antibiotic resistance according to the results of monitoring antibiotic resistance in the livestock sector.

Despite our efforts, the possibility of national disaster-type livestock diseases and high-risk plant pests entering Korea is increasing day by day due to the expansion of international trade and climate change. In addition, due to the improvement of the quality of life, the public's eye level on the safety management of agricultural and livestock products and the level of animal protection and welfare is increasing. Based on the experience and expertise accumulated this year, the Agriculture, Livestock and Quarantine Headquarters will do its best to realize the "one-health public interest value for building a healthy and sustainable agricultural industry foundation.

In addition, strategic export quarantine negotiations with other countries allowed ships to Argentina and India, mushrooms to Brazil, and expanded our export market for agricultural and livestock products by resuming chicken exports to Vietnam and Hong Kong, which were suspended due to AI outbreaks. In addition, it was certified as the first Salmonella OIE Standard Laboratory in Asia, and the world's first commercialization of a simple diagnosis kit for foot-and-mouth disease was selected as the top 100 national R&D excellence, and the Plant Quarantine Nitrogen Filling Disinfection Technology was selected as the top 10 representative technologies to respond to climate change.

Many massage officials asked what it would be good to do after exercising strongly until glycogen recovered. It can be an opportunity to pay attention to the meaning of training and what changes occur by teaching racehorses. Introducing exercise physiology does not immediately improve a racehorse's ability. However, if you study the motor physiology of racehorses, you can shed some doubt about why you are practicing this and concentrate on making strong horses because you can provide scientific evidence for your teaching. Cardiopulmonary function improves when teaching mainly on the hill. When children who are athletic finish running, their breathing quickly returns to normal, just like we do when we finish a running competition, but those who are not athletic are very overwhelmed.

Last year, the runner-up at the Breeders' Cup, which is considered the world horse racing festival of the Korean Racing Association's K-Nix selection horse, "Nixgo," was a feat that gave great hope to Korea's stagnant horse racing industry, and I think it was the starting point for the horse society's efforts to bear fruit. We hope that the second and third Nixgo's birth will be returned to production and that the glory of true world championship through domestic horses will unfold as soon as possible, and we hope that the hopeful Golden Pig Year will be a year of great hope, luck, fulfillment of wishes, and a happy year for all of you.

The introduction of exercise physiology does not immediately improve racehorses, but it can provide a scientific basis for why a massage parlor is giving such training to racehorses. The exercise physiology of racehorses provides scientific arguments on their intuition. During the visit, Hiraga Ranch said the importance of hill-based exercise is improved. Using the hill-based exercise system improves cardiopulmonary functions, enables interval training and reduces the risk of injury." Martha said that during the visit, they were able to learn specific and scientific training methods. Hiraga Ranch explained the structure diagram of the ranch's production of energy substances (ATP). Hiraga Ranch said mitochondrial activities are important when exercising.

I think the past year has been harsher and more difficult than any other year due to difficulties in sales, such as falling auction winning rates in our production sector, so the expectations and hopes for the new year are different. We hope that the fertility of pigs will facilitate production and the golden pig's energy will lead to higher auction prices and improved successful bid rates, making everyone rich. The spring day when horse racing sales continued to grow is gone, and now it is time to enter a new growth path with clean, fair and exciting horse racing to overcome the decline in horse racing customers and the decline in sales and the production of excellent horses to produce stama.

The Korea Federation of Horse Industry is seeking to export the racetrack system to neighboring Southeast Asian countries that are interested in Korea's system, such as the Philippines, to overcome the limitations of Korea's excellent horse racing model. It is also to find the two meanings of exporting the operating system and creating jobs. In addition, through collaboration with the horse-related organizations, we will proceed with the horse race, which is the general public and finds the meaning of symbiosis, and the meaning of horses, which are the representative companion of animals, following 2018 to further convince the meaning of familiar and shared horses.

Unfortunately, however, it has not yet been aired for general broadcasting due to the limitations of the broadcasting station's perception of horses. This is also the reason why the cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the main body of the horse industry, and the Korean Horse Association is regrettable. The year 2019 is the middle of the second five-year plan to foster the horse industry, and efforts such as youth horseback riding to popularize the horse industry should continue, as well as strengthen their own formal league horse-riding competitions for subsidies and use, and spread public efforts that the whole nation is interested in.

TEST008

Whether or not to participate in the Jeju Special Provincial Governor's Cup will be decided by comprehensively considering the condition of the horse. I am still young, so I will not overdo it until this year. I will manage the creation more diligently so that I can show a better appearance in a bigger race. The visit to the Hiraga Ranch was met with enthusiastic responses from massage officials, including assistant teachers. Despite the difficult content, Pukyong officials tried to learn by asking a lot of questions to introduce a new teaching method. After doing strong training, they asked a lot of questions such as how and how much rest they needed to take. If horse racing officials understand the principles of the athletic physiology of racehorses, they can scientifically understand what changes will occur when training racehorses.

While the second five-year plan for fostering the horse industry has been partially successful in two years at the end of 2018, the year of the golden pig has passed and the new year of the year has come again, which has not been able to overcome the limitations of improving awareness of the horse industry as a whole. In 2018, the Korean Federation of Horse Industries tested and implemented various contents to improve awareness of the right horse culture and to test the win-win model of interacting with the general public to spread the base of the horse industry. Through joint events to link the spirit of sharing, coexistence,

TEST008

I worried a lot even before the race until I crossed the finish line. He looked distracted during training ahead of the competition, but I think he focused well at the moment during the race. When Chang-se was in the lead, his performance was better, so I ordered rider Lee Chan-ho to take the lead. Even if it was a bit overwhelming in the beginning, he told me to take the lead. I was very nervous as I seemed to be overtaken with 100 meters to go before the finish line. However, Changse seems to have been able to withstand it because of his strong will to not lose if a horse is next to him. Actually, today's condition was not the best. Lee Chan-ho is the right flag bearer for Changse. He has the habit of leaning inward after four corners, but since Lee Chan-ho is a left-handed rider, he was able to cover his weaknesses well. Changse is still three years old, and he is very young.

TEST008

Although I participated with the goal of winning the championship, I was worried that it would not be an easy race because there were many strong opponents ahead of the competition. I would like to thank all the horse racing players, including Teacher Park Jae-woo, who had a hard time winning the championship under difficult conditions. Teacher Park recommended me to meet 'Changse', and when I went to meet him at the ranch, I was very happy to see 'Changse' lead the way at the front of the group. I extended two fingers at the awards ceremony, and one thumb was raised at the Sports Seoul Cup. Personal greed allows you to spread out all five fingers. Thank you to the horse racing fans who always support 'Changse'. I think there was a victory today because there were horse racing fans who didn't forget to support me.

Since we do not have many such manpower yet, we need harmony rather than sharing. In addition, the equestrian facilities approved by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are not only in charge of athletes, but are operated as the most important facilities for training horses, and I think it should be recognized as the most important sales market for farmers, especially as a seller of horses. Our industry is currently very poor and small in terms of industry. However, it has a very high growth potential in the future and has the potential to be spotlighted as a high-quality public sports leisure by the people.

test008

Recognizing that reckless competition among these industries rather hinders growth, we need to induce a campaign of harmony and co-prosperity. In addition, public relations should also be carried out to overcome the negative image of horseback riding. Horseback riding facilities are for everyone, and most horse-riding facilities are not just horse-riding businesses for consumers, but are also horse-producing, nurturing, and training institutions. The main purpose and activities are the same wherever the approval authority is. It is necessary for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs to embrace the horse-riding facilities without separating them.

TEST008

When you decide on an issue or have an issue, you should gather representatives who are representative of each region and listen to them. Even if the opinion is not adopted, isn't it reasonable to try to hear it? The horseback riding support project is for the whole people. I know that the horseback riding support project has been established for about four to five years. Until now, it was a project that local people could not easily encounter. Since the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas have a large number of horseback riding populations, I admit that they receive more support than other regions. However, isn't the province Korea? I think at least 1/n should be allocated. I personally visited the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and asked for support for local regions including Chungbuk, saying that the horseback riding support project is for the whole people and not for specific regions.

test008

However, it has high growth potential in the future and has the potential to be spotlighted as a high-quality public sports leisure. In particular, it has been proven in advanced countries of the horse industry that livestock farming is a new alternative livestock industry that has high growth potential and a high vision for added value. Now is the time to take a breath for two steps forward, and the government needs to think about ways to take the second step forward rather than quantitative growth. It is a very important time to shake off the image damaged by the horse racing corruption and join forces to become a true sports sport.

TEST008

The inability to distinguish between public and private matters is the reason why development is slow. As I said earlier, it is most important to keep the principles. If you speak with your own mind, you have no power in your words. Unless the other person is a fool, you can see if he or she has his own feelings. I say everything I have to say anywhere in the central government or local government. Not because of this, but because of this, I can confidently say that it is wrong. These words can only be honestly said by one person. A selfless person should be the head of the organization. Only then can we go beyond the development of the horse industry to advanced countries. It is not only in the horse industry but also in all fields. Efforts to communicate are also needed. Even though they cannot represent the opinions of all members, limited people are arguing among themselves.

TEST008

The same goes for instructors' labor costs. If you try to give them less and make them work a lot because the situation is difficult, they can't stand it and leave. Of course, there are instructors who are not basic. I have experienced several such instructors. After teaching for a long time, I often come if I want to use it, and disappear without saying anything. As an operator, there was no countermeasure. Still, I endured well without playing tricks. A true wife and son married her daughter-in-law among the instructors and became a daughter-in-law. Since the family runs the horse-riding course together, the horse-riding business has been more stable since then. Today is not the only day for horseback riding. Even if you lose money today, you need to operate the horse-riding course based on the standard of the rider, thinking that tomorrow will be a plus.

test008

Equestrian facilities are all horse-use facilities, and most horse-riding facilities are not just horse-use facilities for consumers, but are also horse-producing, nurturing, and training institutions. The main purpose and activities are the same wherever the approval authority is. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs needs to embrace the horse-riding facilities without separating them. This is a time when professional manpower is very scarce, and it is an important time for the horse industry. Since the skill of training horses is not a simple skill, farmers who simply produce horses cannot solve this part alone. Since we do not have many such manpower yet, we need harmony rather than sharing.

test008

I believe it is a desirable idea to build a policy control tower for each local government through the center. The policy control of the production, fostering, and training of horses, which are livestock, is necessary to create an efficient management system in which horse riding facilities and farmers can quickly share information and receive what they need through regional cooperatives that have already established branches. Recognizing that reckless competition among these industries rather hinders growth, we need to induce a campaign of harmony and co-prosperity. In addition, public relations should be carried out to overcome the negative image of horseback riding.

test008

In order for the agendas presented through the discussion to be applied to actual industries, it is necessary to analyze successful advanced overseas cases and ask for help from overseas experts if necessary. Looking at the successful case of France that we benchmarked, the central government led the way to control the industry collectively during the transition period, separate operation of specialized agencies under its jurisdiction, and establishment of various policies for each sector have achieved the results of rebuilding the entire industry. In particular, we systematized children's education to increase future consumption demand, and as a result, we succeeded in establishing a very satisfactory riding industry.

TEST008

Now I thought I could not even start a meat business. I asked my son, who was in a meat-eating business, if he wanted to run a horse-riding business. The son also said he would try whether he thought there was a vision for the horse-riding business rather than the meat-riding business. Then, he asked me to get a horse-riding instructor's license. So, after my son obtained a horse-riding instructor's license, I started the horse-riding business in earnest in 2007. We operate the system based on what the riders want, not my standards. As a business operator, it is natural to generate revenue. Even though it is a little difficult, it is important to stick to the rules. It is even more vicious if you exclude this and that because it is difficult now. The more difficult it is, the more principles we should follow and try to have perfect facilities.

TEST008

In the case of off-site sales offices, the Board of Supervisors of the Industrial Organization of Korea restricts the number of off-site sales to 32 or less under the total amount system," Hyun said. "From the perspective of the Korean horseracing community, off-site sales offices, which account for 70 percent of sales, are important, but since they are grouped by numbers, we tried to operate them as large as possible in the city center, and there are difficulties that cause damage to those around us." Let's not say anything, I started the horseback riding without knowing anything about the winner. Having been engaged in the livestock industry for a long time, I made my first son lean on me. Then, the FTA with the U.S. was concluded.
