On Sept. 11, the Korea Cup, the first Asian international invitational race to ride a Korean racetrack, will be held at Let's Run Park Seoul. The Korean Racing Authority's ambition is to make this race, in which eight countries from around the world including Korea, participate, a global festival for people. "Vision 127," the world's largest multi-vision racetrack, will be showcased to coincide with the Korea Cup race. Measuring 127.2 meters wide and 13.6 meters long, it is about 10 meters longer than the screen of Dubai's 110-meter wide racetrack. Vision 127 is a huge attraction in itself.Winnie World, the world's first and only role-playing horse theme park, which has been ambitiously prepared by the Korea Racing Authority and Chairman Ji Sung-kwan, will open in September.

After being forced to run at his own expense of 120 million won, he became speechless. After retiring at the age of four, he had to use the seed horse for breeding, but when he came to Korea, he didn't even see the light of the seed horse because it was not verified. In the event of an overseas expedition, the system needs to be improved, such as not only retiring from the horseradish society, but also managing it additionally and putting it into free breeding. If a good horse horse comes out, isn't that true domestic horse production? Otherwise, who would go on an overseas expedition at the risk of high cost? Ten years have passed since his initial term ended.

Korean horses can run after 6 p.m. when foreign horses finish their training. If it's an international race, you're supposed to work out together, but since you're working out late in a state that's already ruined, will you be able to train properly? Even though you go on an expedition with a janitor and spend a lot of money, there is no CCTV in the Mabang. We prepare for the event at a disadvantage, let alone privileges of the home ground. Major King, who won the 2013 Agriculture Minister's Cup, was selected as the third generation best horse in Korea, and went on an expedition to the U.S. in accordance with the Korean Racing Authority's obligation to conduct overseas expeditions.

Compared to the initial 3:4 ratio, the ratio is not proportional. In addition, Seoul is a non-open race, and Busan is an open race. I think we should open all of them and go to an open race. We can coexist only when we abandon our vested rights and integrate the race. The plan to implement horse racing next year is in full swing, and I think the prize money system in Seoul should be fixed first. In the case of Seoul, the prize money is wrong. In the case of this Korea Sprint, the competition ended on September 9 and the prize money did not come out until October 5. As Seoul monopolizes the prize money, Busan has no choice but to go on strike without receiving proper incentives.

First of all, I was very disappointed in many ways in this Korea Sprint competition. I had high expectations because I managed well and was in good condition. I had a strong goal that the "Return Whaling Ship" would win and protect the pride of the Republic of Korea and become a stepping stone to Part 1. There were obstacles and the operation didn't go as planned, but you saw me running tremendously on the last course. If it had been 10 meters longer, you would have won. You have been riding horses since your grandfather's grandfather, and there was a congratulatory speech in Gangseo-gu, Busan. You often rode outside the Nakdong River at the site. Since the time of Ttukseom Racecourse, I have bid for horses and received them.

Wasn't it especially hot last summer? When I was in Jungbok, I prepared 1,100 samgyetang chickens and 2,200 people. I also sponsored 15,000 bottles of water because I heard that I was in desperate need of bottled water. To edify a person is as difficult as to drill a rock. When I meet them in person, they are reading our inner thoughts, and sometimes they act senselessly. However, as the saying goes, "You shouldn't hate people even if you hate them, you know it's hard, but when you socialize together, you understand the truth. I do this because I enjoy myself. Sharing my heart and soul makes me feel better.

He is also active in society, including the chairman of the Busan Detention Center Correctional Council, the chairman of the Busan Bukbu Police Station Youth Guidance Commission, the chairman of the Korea Youth Leaders Association, the chairman of the Busan branch of the Korea JC Special Association, and the co-chairman of the National Happiness Practice Movement. Having walked on a path for a lifetime, I could feel that he was full of joy, pride, passion, and consideration throughout the interview. At that time, the society was not in an atmosphere that recognized the face-to-face association.

The Jeju Racecourse is a horse made in Jeju, and it is doing its part to preserve natural monuments and provide attractions by racing. With 28 years of history, the Jeju Racecourse should now be a horse race that goes around the world, not just a horse race. There are many countries in the world that race with local specialties. England's Sherland, Shire, and China's Yirima are also racing there. We wish Jeju horses the first year of globalization along with their unique varieties. We hope that you will show a lot of interest in the New Year to the people who race with small horses.

Hyun said that over the past three years, the Korean Racing Authority has been strengthening communication with customers by launching a new brand called Let's Run Park instead of the Racecourse and transforming the existing over-the-counter sales office into a cultural empathy center where diverse cultures coexist. In addition, the company has transformed the racetrack from a simple betting space to a fun place where families and couples can come and enjoy without burden by opening an "amazing place" with various experience facilities and convenience facilities in the city's spectators hall building and holding annual events and cultural events. In addition, he stressed that he is successfully pursuing internal innovation by introducing competition principles in management and organizational management.

First, we will strengthen public-private cooperation research to put the original technology for localization of foot-and-mouth disease vaccines into practical use at an early stage, and build a new BL3 facility specializing in the diagnosis of foot-and-mouth disease. In addition, we will promote the development of AI bio-toxic vector vaccines and the certification of avian influenza OIE standard laboratory to establish AI prevention technology. We will strive to develop technology to respond to diseases that are less productive in livestock farms and establish two-way channels with diagnostic institutions nationwide, and build a new quarantine laboratory facility to promote research on honeybee diseases.

A hillside is usually made up of a 4 percent slope, but when using a treadmill, you can set it at 10 percent and let the horse race. If you use a treadmill, it is only a treadmill, so you should use a higher slope than ordinary hillside. However, a treadmill can improve cardiopulmonary functions, but it is not as good as other effects such as running abilities. In order to gain the ability to run, you have to let them run yourself. If you think about it, good horses are also capable of running. Japan has a racehorse called Mihonobrubon. Mihonobrubon was an aptitude for short-distance, but it mainly used hills to develop endurance and thus won the title at the Japanese Grand Prix. If you look at the video of the Grand Prix, Mihonobrubon started out as a good player and went straight to the finals. Horses that jump out just need to develop endurance.

We will also strengthen the management of non-vegetative routes by designating and managing items that are feared to be contaminated by pests through risk analysis, and conducting monitoring and surveys at ports such as Busan and Incheon for general containers brought in from areas where red fire ants are feared to enter. In addition, we will continue to make efforts to secure the safety of livestock products in the production stage, such as preparing measures to reduce antibiotics and establishing a consultative body for antibiotic resistance according to the results of monitoring antibiotic resistance in the livestock sector.

Despite our efforts, the possibility of national disaster-type livestock diseases and high-risk plant pests entering Korea is increasing day by day due to the expansion of international trade and climate change. In addition, due to the improvement of the quality of life, the public's eye level on the safety management of agricultural and livestock products and the level of animal protection and welfare is increasing. Based on the experience and expertise accumulated this year, the Agriculture, Livestock and Quarantine Headquarters will do its best to realize the "one-health public interest value for building a healthy and sustainable agricultural industry foundation.

In addition, strategic export quarantine negotiations with other countries allowed ships to Argentina and India, mushrooms to Brazil, and expanded our export market for agricultural and livestock products by resuming chicken exports to Vietnam and Hong Kong, which were suspended due to AI outbreaks. In addition, it was certified as the first Salmonella OIE Standard Laboratory in Asia, and the world's first commercialization of a simple diagnosis kit for foot-and-mouth disease was selected as the top 100 national R&D excellence, and the Plant Quarantine Nitrogen Filling Disinfection Technology was selected as the top 10 representative technologies to respond to climate change.

The same goes for racehorses. It runs uphill and improves cardiopulmonary functions, allowing stable breathing. Going up on the hind legs reduces the risk of injury. You can also correct your posture. When racehorses try to run with their heads up, but they teach on the hillside, they naturally lower their heads. Also, the hillside is very important, enabling interval training. Thank you for talking a lot about the importance of hillside. I plan to introduce the hillside in Pukyong in the future. However, it takes time to make it. I know you said in the past that even treadmills can have a hillside effect, but how can you use treadmills to achieve a similar effect to hillside.

Last year, the runner-up at the Breeders' Cup, which is considered the world horse racing festival of the Korean Racing Association's K-Nix selection horse, "Nixgo," was a feat that gave great hope to Korea's stagnant horse racing industry, and I think it was the starting point for the horse society's efforts to bear fruit. We hope that the second and third Nixgo's birth will be returned to production and that the glory of true world championship through domestic horses will unfold as soon as possible, and we hope that the hopeful Golden Pig Year will be a year of great hope, luck, fulfillment of wishes, and a happy year for all of you.

I think the past year has been harsher and more difficult than any other year due to difficulties in sales, such as falling auction winning rates in our production sector, so the expectations and hopes for the new year are different. We hope that the fertility of pigs will facilitate production and the golden pig's energy will lead to higher auction prices and improved successful bid rates, making everyone rich. The spring day when horse racing sales continued to grow is gone, and now it is time to enter a new growth path with clean, fair and exciting horse racing to overcome the decline in horse racing customers and the decline in sales and the production of excellent horses to produce stama.

The Korea Federation of Horse Industry is seeking to export the racetrack system to neighboring Southeast Asian countries that are interested in Korea's system, such as the Philippines, to overcome the limitations of Korea's excellent horse racing model. It is also to find the two meanings of exporting the operating system and creating jobs. In addition, through collaboration with the horse-related organizations, we will proceed with the horse race, which is the general public and finds the meaning of symbiosis, and the meaning of horses, which are the representative companion of animals, following 2018 to further convince the meaning of familiar and shared horses.

TEST008

Whether or not to participate in the Jeju Special Provincial Governor's Cup will be decided by comprehensively considering the condition of the horse. I am still young, so I will not overdo it until this year. I will manage the creation more diligently so that I can show a better appearance in a bigger race. The visit to the Hiraga Ranch was met with enthusiastic responses from massage officials, including assistant teachers. Despite the difficult content, Pukyong officials tried to learn by asking a lot of questions to introduce a new teaching method. After doing strong training, they asked a lot of questions such as how and how much rest they needed to take. If horse racing officials understand the principles of the athletic physiology of racehorses, they can scientifically understand what changes will occur when training racehorses.

Unfortunately, however, it has not yet been aired for general broadcasting due to the limitations of the broadcasting station's perception of horses. This is also the reason why the cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the main body of the horse industry, and the Korean Horse Association is regrettable. The year 2019 is the middle of the second five-year plan to foster the horse industry, and efforts such as youth horseback riding to popularize the horse industry should continue, as well as strengthen their own formal league horse-riding competitions for subsidies and use, and spread public efforts that the whole nation is interested in.

While the second five-year plan for fostering the horse industry has been partially successful in two years at the end of 2018, the year of the golden pig has passed and the new year of the year has come again, which has not been able to overcome the limitations of improving awareness of the horse industry as a whole. In 2018, the Korean Federation of Horse Industries tested and implemented various contents to improve awareness of the right horse culture and to test the win-win model of interacting with the general public to spread the base of the horse industry. Through joint events to link the spirit of sharing, coexistence,
