Jin Gyeom, a jockey, has also been attracting attention for his flower looks since his debut in 2015,

In Korea, the application of stem cells to animals, including horses, is still insignificant. We are currently developing a three-year plan by 2017 and monitoring it with the aim of demonstrating the effectiveness. Currently, they do not receive millions of won in stem cell cultivation costs to provide them with a low price, and they only receive the first dose of two procedures. If you don't know them, there are riders who are as popular as BTS in the racecourse. They are called "horsehair boys" rather than "BTS" among the officials, but unlike their appearance, they are gaining popularity by riding heavy racehorses 10 times their own and running rough around the state. Among the Maltan Boys, the most remarkable performance was Lee Hyun-jong, the rider at Let's Run Park Seoul. He even held a fan signing event in 2016, achieving 40 wins in the shortest period since his debut as the best rookie in Seoul, and unfortunately, female fans are looking forward to his discharge from the military last year.

Representative Park Wan-joo pointed out that the same criteria for imposing farmland conservation charges on "agricultural promotion areas" and "farmland outside the agricultural promotion areas" are being applied. "The Agricultural Promotion Area" is an area designated by the city or provincial governor to efficiently use and preserve farmland, and although it restricts the use of land that is not directly related to agricultural production or farmland improvement, the standard for imposing farmland conservation charges inside and outside the agricultural promotion area is applied equally at 30/100 of the individual official land price, which is contrary to the original purpose of the system to curb the exclusive use of high-quality farmland.

This year, he was able to enjoy the honor of winning 100 games in the season, thanks to his monthly average of 10 wins. No one in the Pukyong jockey category ever recorded 100 wins in this season. Last year, Yoo Hyun-myung, the jockey of the season, had 99 wins in the season, raising expectations, but unfortunately failed to pass the threshold by a single victory. With more than two months left in the season, each of the wins that Cho will build is expected to remain as a new record of wealth. What's left is the season's most wins. Kim Yong-geun, who is currently ranked second with 87 wins this season, is pressing Cho with five wins a week. However, it will not be easy to close the gap because Cho is also running on his best-ever rise.

His philosophy was firm. Moreover, he is so plain and plain that there is no objection. Philosophy is the result of thinking through a collection of long experiences and facts. It has been 28 years since he rode horseback. The stories that South Gyeongsang Province CEO Park usually advocated stem from his belief that we should lead the shadow of the Korean horseback riding world to a brighter place. First of all, we need to make it easier to understand horses. Industry is important, but in order for horseback riding to become a sport, the play culture must first settle and then sublimate. It should be a pyramid-style virtuous cycle, but we are the opposite. If horseback riding gives pleasure to the public as a play culture, they can gain psychological satisfaction and find health. In addition, people should participate in society through horseback riding, and individuals should be given motivation to realize themselves.
