Born in 1928 in Letterken, Donegol, South Island, Father McGrinch arrived in Busan at the age of 25 in 1953 after receiving a new service in 1951. After moving to Suncheon, he served as an aide to Suncheon Cathedral for five months and came to Jeju in 1954 as a missionary of the St. Golom Outpost Missionary Church and took the post at the Hallim Public Office of Central Headquarters. Father McGrinch, who witnessed the reality of Jeju, which was struggling with poverty due to the Jeju April 3 incident and the Korean War, took the lead in modernization by laying the foundation for cattle farming and establishing social welfare facilities.

Chung Myung-chae, the new representative, served as a transition member of President Roh Moo Hyun's presidency and secretary for farming and fishing villages in the Blue House, and served as the 5th president of the Korea University of Agriculture and Fisheries and as a representative of the Korea Rural Welfare Forum. He took office as the chairman of the Rural Hope Foundation with the KRA in March and has a special relationship with the horse industry, so he is considered a key figure who will combine our agricultural and rural communities with the horse industry. At the time of his career as the vice president of the Korea Rural Economic Research Institute, he attended the "Discussion on Improving the Horse Racing Tax System for the Development

Although the current situation in the agricultural industry is a crisis, since agriculture is a life industry, "groundbreaking policies and national support are needed to revive our life industry and maintain stable farm income and rural communities." Referring to the need to change the philosophy of agricultural policy and introduce an innovation system, he said, "The people should highlight the justification of government support, citing the need for a price in efforts to strengthen the public interest function of farmers," adding, "It is a time when the role of the National Agricultural Forum as well as farmers' organizations and civic groups is expected.

CEO Kim Byung-hong said, "If the horse racing refund rate is raised, the issue that the union claims can be implemented," and added, "I hope that the union will leave the work to the union, and the KCTU will actively engage in a struggle to raise the refund rate." In addition, he said that the increase in the refund rate is "the only way the KCTU can really help the union," and that "I think we should know that there is a big pie that will go to the managers." Lastly, when looking at the situation from the perspective of horse racing fans and customers, most of whom earn less than 2 million won a month, he said, "I don't think we should pay off the customers' poor pockets and meet the greed of assistant teachers and managers,

Since last year, officials of the KCTU have been stationed at the Gyeongnam Race Park in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province, and they know that it has affected many people, adding that the KCTU, a high-ranking group representing the union, did not lead the strike, but said, "At this point, there is only one thing that a KCTU official should do."No horse official insisted on raising the refund rate, and lamented the situation in which everyone only made their case even though it was unclear whether it would change even if everyone stepped up and took the lead in raising the refund rate,

First of all, CEO Kim Byung-hong said about the indefinite strike by the Busan Gyeongnam Racing Park branch of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions and the Busan Gyeongnam Horse Racing Authority, saying, "Don't instigate people for your own benefit by encouraging people who have done their best in their duties, such as managers, facilities, and beautification." Regarding the strike, he said, "Even if it is the right of the KCTU, you should know that horse racing is a completely different industry from other manufacturing and service industries," stressing that focusing only on income distribution rather than competition, leaving behind the fairness of horse racing through free competition, does not go well with the horse racing system.

The selection match will be held in a three-round manner over three days, including May 31st, June 2nd, and 4th. I have participated in the Incheon Asian Games and know how it feels, so I want to try again. I will do my best as much as I have come with a lot of help, and I hope I can return to Belgium with a smile. I really hope that Korean horseback riding will develop in the future, and for it to develop, we need a Korean horse rider who attracts attention and shines in Europe. I hope that player becomes me, and I am confident that I will work that hard. That's how I want to hear that Korean athletes can ride horses so well in Europe.

test008

Europe is a completely different horseback riding system from Korea and is the birthplace of horseback riding, so I am here and active. Since I was young, I thought that I should ride well in Korea and advance to Europe later. I think they treated me well to work hard. After studying, I have tried so hard that I can only ride horses and ride horses again. I represented Korea at the Asaan Games in Incheon and went out to Europe, and I realized again that I have a long way to go. I think he recognized me in the process. Since horseback riding is a sport that takes a long time to meet expectations, the gold medalist in equestrian event at the Rio Olympics is 53, so I will try my best to meet the expectations.

Guess Korea sponsored in-kind so that I could exercise comfortably. In Europe, the horse industry plays an industrial role so that there is a saying that cash circulates because of horses. There is a circular structure, such as producing and training young horses and then selling them, or buying and growing and reselling them as young horses. In addition, there are cases where players with good horses participate in competitions and produce excellent records and sell them at high prices. It cannot be said uniformly, and it varies greatly. It is like a stock. When horses are young, they buy relatively cheap, grow and sell them again, and as this process is repeated, farmers also make some profit.

test008

However, the horses that played during the 2014 Asian Games are not circulating and they are saying as they are. If companies and others apply, I think horses will be circulated and a better riding environment and horse-riding culture will be created. Of course. It is an important point, but it is somewhat difficult for the players if the association is not operating normally. In my case, I am working out in Europe, so the exact date of the selection match was important. For the selection match, I had to come to Korea from Europe, but it was difficult to get in shape because I was undecided, and I set a date to go to Korea almost this time. It's because you can't go to tomorrow, and you have to go through a quarantine.

He is working out in Belgium, Europe. He is coached by coach Leaven Divos, who was a Belgian champion. I have been with Coach Leven since I was young, and I have received a lot of help. He also helped me a lot physically and mentally until I came to Korea and got a horse for the selection match. It is not common. Obviously, it was not an easy case. In my case, I had to travel from Europe to Korea, and the cost of transporting horses was not easy. An air container is required to transport horses, and it costs more than 40 million won for a round trip. I came to Korea with a lot of help, but I will work hard with the mindset that I will be selected. I started my career in Europe right after the 2014 Incheon Asian Games,

The typical examples are exercise endoscopy and health check-ups. Horses are making various efforts for horses in addition to treatment and treatment. The exercise endoscope is a device that only Let's Run Park Seoul has, and a horse is equipped with a device to find the affected area while exercising. Using this, missing the affected area can be reduced by 20% compared to when the horse is stopped. The health examination is a system introduced in March this year for newly purchased horses or horses with signs of health problems. A health examination allows horses to prevent diseases in advance, just like humans. For example, the typical horses that people face are worried about are horses that don't gain weight and horses that don't have the balance of their hooves.

TEST008

This is because if the contaminated culture enters the injured area when there is contamination during culture, it can grow the disease further. The quality of the stem cells in 1 mm is more important than anything else. The ultimate goal is to enable stem cells to be linked to commercial purposes. One of the diseases that horse officials are most concerned about is tendonitis. In general, horse officials believe that tendonitis in racehorses is the end of their lives as racehorses in the future. It is also true that horse officials argue about the opportunity cost as it takes a long time to return to normal. Research has shown that it is difficult not to develop tendinitis due to the nature of racehorses, but horses administered with stem cells rarely have injuries.

Additionally, it was discovered that the rehabilitation period was reduced from 208 days to 192 days on average, and the return rate to Gyeongju increased from 80% to 91%. Even after receiving the treatment, Super Dream, which actually received allogeneic treatment for bone fragment fracture, posted a good record, ranking first in Gyeongju. In Korea, the application of stem cells to animals, including horses, is still insignificant. We are currently developing a three-year plan by 2017 and monitoring it with the aim of demonstrating the effectiveness. Currently, they do not receive millions of won in stem cell cultivation costs to provide them with a low price, and they only receive the first dose of two procedures. Stem cells are not considered urgent, especially because quality is the most important thing.

Meanwhile, President Moon Jae In paid tribute to Father McGrinch in a condolence message sent to him, saying, "The deceased came as a ray of hope to Jeju Island, which was devastated by the April 3 incident and the Korean War." President Moon said, "He wanted to shake off Jeju's poverty by establishing a Sung Isidol Ranch, and established welfare facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes and kindergartens, and credit cooperatives to become friends for the poor and underprivileged," adding, "The blue-eyed Irish priest took care of and healed Jeju's pain and deeply engraved God's love and peace in the hearts of our people.

The way to repay fans' support is to always change and develop without stagnation," said the Korean flag bearer. We are cheering for the records he will set this season. The research released this time is about applying stem cells to horse bone fractures. Horse fracture is a common disease among horses, and is a frequent case during clinical surveys of stem cells in racehorses in a joint study conducted in 2013 under an MOU with the quarantine headquarters. According to the research conducted so far, the control group using only artificial joint fluid costs 9.02 million won, while the control group using both artificial joint fluid and stem cells costs 17 million won.

This year, he was able to enjoy the honor of winning 100 games in the season, thanks to his monthly average of 10 wins. No one in the Pukyong jockey category ever recorded 100 wins in this season. Last year, Yoo Hyun-myung, the jockey of the season, had 99 wins in the season, raising expectations, but unfortunately failed to pass the threshold by a single victory. With more than two months left in the season, each of the wins that Cho will build is expected to remain as a new record of wealth. What's left is the season's most wins. Kim Yong-geun, who is currently ranked second with 87 wins this season, is pressing Cho with five wins a week. However, it will not be easy to close the gap because Cho is also running on his best-ever rise.

If you look at the memo presented by Representative Jin, which Park wrote at the scene where he/she met with members of the Korean Racing Authority at the time, the words such as "1,000 won per resident signature" and "Story of the store" are written. In addition, Representative Jin said, "Park received 2.1 million won from the Korean Racing Authority after receiving the approval of 2,100 local residents, and paid 2.1 million won in total by paying more than the actual number after entrusting Park with the production of an opening screen containing the contents in favor of the video racetrack." Representative Jin asked the Intelligence Crime Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency to investigate, saying, "The Korean Racing Authority embezzled and misused public funds while attempting to manipulate public opinion with public funds, and committed additional embezzlement by depositing excessive costs and diverting them into cash."
