Although the current situation in the agricultural industry is a crisis, since agriculture is a life industry, "groundbreaking policies and national support are needed to revive our life industry and maintain stable farm income and rural communities." Referring to the need to change the philosophy of agricultural policy and introduce an innovation system, he said, "The people should highlight the justification of government support, citing the need for a price in efforts to strengthen the public interest function of farmers," adding, "It is a time when the role of the National Agricultural Forum as well as farmers' organizations and civic groups is expected.

CEO Kim Byung-hong said, "If the horse racing refund rate is raised, the issue that the union claims can be implemented," and added, "I hope that the union will leave the work to the union, and the KCTU will actively engage in a struggle to raise the refund rate." In addition, he said that the increase in the refund rate is "the only way the KCTU can really help the union," and that "I think we should know that there is a big pie that will go to the managers." Lastly, when looking at the situation from the perspective of horse racing fans and customers, most of whom earn less than 2 million won a month, he said, "I don't think we should pay off the customers' poor pockets and meet the greed of assistant teachers and managers,

Since last year, officials of the KCTU have been stationed at the Gyeongnam Race Park in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province, and they know that it has affected many people, adding that the KCTU, a high-ranking group representing the union, did not lead the strike, but said, "At this point, there is only one thing that a KCTU official should do."No horse official insisted on raising the refund rate, and lamented the situation in which everyone only made their case even though it was unclear whether it would change even if everyone stepped up and took the lead in raising the refund rate,

First of all, CEO Kim Byung-hong said about the indefinite strike by the Busan Gyeongnam Racing Park branch of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions and the Busan Gyeongnam Horse Racing Authority, saying, "Don't instigate people for your own benefit by encouraging people who have done their best in their duties, such as managers, facilities, and beautification." Regarding the strike, he said, "Even if it is the right of the KCTU, you should know that horse racing is a completely different industry from other manufacturing and service industries," stressing that focusing only on income distribution rather than competition, leaving behind the fairness of horse racing through free competition, does not go well with the horse racing system.

The selection match will be held in a three-round manner over three days, including May 31st, June 2nd, and 4th. I have participated in the Incheon Asian Games and know how it feels, so I want to try again. I will do my best as much as I have come with a lot of help, and I hope I can return to Belgium with a smile. I really hope that Korean horseback riding will develop in the future, and for it to develop, we need a Korean horse rider who attracts attention and shines in Europe. I hope that player becomes me, and I am confident that I will work that hard. That's how I want to hear that Korean athletes can ride horses so well in Europe.

test008

Europe is a completely different horseback riding system from Korea and is the birthplace of horseback riding, so I am here and active. Since I was young, I thought that I should ride well in Korea and advance to Europe later. I think they treated me well to work hard. After studying, I have tried so hard that I can only ride horses and ride horses again. I represented Korea at the Asaan Games in Incheon and went out to Europe, and I realized again that I have a long way to go. I think he recognized me in the process. Since horseback riding is a sport that takes a long time to meet expectations, the gold medalist in equestrian event at the Rio Olympics is 53, so I will try my best to meet the expectations.

test008

Guess Korea sponsored in-kind so that I could exercise comfortably. In Europe, the horse industry plays an industrial role so that there is a saying that cash circulates because of horses. There is a circular structure, such as producing and training young horses and then selling them, or buying and growing and reselling them as young horses. In addition, there are cases where players with good horses participate in competitions and produce excellent records and sell them at high prices. It cannot be said uniformly, and it varies greatly. It is like a stock. When horses are young, they buy relatively cheap, grow and sell them again, and as this process is repeated, farmers also make some profit.

test008

However, the horses that played during the 2014 Asian Games are not circulating and they are saying as they are. If companies and others apply, I think horses will be circulated and a better riding environment and horse-riding culture will be created. Of course. It is an important point, but it is somewhat difficult for the players if the association is not operating normally. In my case, I am working out in Europe, so the exact date of the selection match was important. For the selection match, I had to come to Korea from Europe, but it was difficult to get in shape because I was undecided, and I set a date to go to Korea almost this time. It's because you can't go to tomorrow, and you have to go through a quarantine.

test008

He is working out in Belgium, Europe. He is coached by coach Leaven Divos, who was a Belgian champion. I have been with Coach Leven since I was young, and I have received a lot of help. He also helped me a lot physically and mentally until I came to Korea and got a horse for the selection match. It is not common. Obviously, it was not an easy case. In my case, I had to travel from Europe to Korea, and the cost of transporting horses was not easy. An air container is required to transport horses, and it costs more than 40 million won for a round trip. I came to Korea with a lot of help, but I will work hard with the mindset that I will be selected. I started my career in Europe right after the 2014 Incheon Asian Games,

The Commission of Integrated Surveillance of the gambling industry held the 83rd general meeting of the Commission of Integrated Surveillance of the gambling industry in the conference room on the fourth floor of the government building on February 23 and decided to reconsider the recommendation, which calls for "the basic policy of implementing electronic cards in the sports betting industry and the expansion of implementation in 2015." It is based on the judgment that further consultations are needed as there is a lot of controversy. The Audit and Inspection Committee was originally scheduled to vote on the policy of implementing electronic cards, but it was reported that lawmakers failed to reach a decision as they raised concerns about side effects such as human rights violations, related industrial crises, and lack of tax revenue.

test008

My wife had no relationship with horses. I met her through an introduction, and as we went on a date and hung out together, my wife naturally became familiar with horses. I bought three horses and went on a lot of dates together, but that's what I've come to this far. I gave my children a ride on a horse date, and seeing them was good for each other, and those things continued. I'm grateful to my wife. I hope that the couple will work hard together and will be of great help in revitalizing youth horse riding, and they also have a desire to become role models for youth horse riding clubs in Korea. In the future, I want to open a chain named after our horse riding club.

TEST008

In fact, I didn't even dream of the chairman because there were senior faces like Giraffe. Instead, as an executive of the Faces Association, I helped him find rights and interests. Meanwhile, last year's events on the horse racing innovation plan broke out on an annual basis, and I felt that this should not be the case. There should be one strong voice, but it rarely progressed, and I thought someone should make sacrifices for the people facing it. Meanwhile, a young person around me suggested the chairman's position, saying, "Shouldn't we take a more dynamic and active attitude while running from an important position of service?" I refused several times, but watching the situation turn, I was angry. I dared to jump in with the idea of having a shot. I'm confident in running with my feet.

test008

Our horse-riding ground does not even receive student horse-riding support, but it is running well. It is because I played hard. What I felt in the field was that it is an area that has enough potential if I work hard. I started the business with three horses at the beginning, but now it is 23, including medium-sized horses. Explain the process of growing from the beginning to the present. We really ran with our bodies. There were times when it rained 50,000 won a day, and there were times when it rained a lot. There were times when I burned a lot, 500,000 won, but he said he was happy at the same time. The reason I started like that was recognized for my efforts,

test008

He was thinking about it vaguely, but he started to go out because he got contact from a camping site or a school, but now his activities have expanded. There are calls from schools for the disabled asking if they can ride rehabilitation horses, and inquiries asking if they can ride experience horse riding at vocational schools. He also contacted me from Seoul, which is more than 60 kilometers away, which was embarrassing because it was far away, but he also went out more for social contribution than profit. Profit is important, but I think horse racing companies themselves need to lower the barriers to awareness of horseback riding and make efforts to reach out to the public.

TEST008

Currently, perception of the horse race has fallen to the bottom. It is a reality that not only the outside but also the horse race fans inside are being criticized. In fact, the horse race society is very limited in what can be done as a government agency. The government only regards our horse racing community as a means of collecting tax revenues, and is unable to provide other support or policies. Despite the unfair refund rate, horse racing fans have nothing to complain about. I think it is our face that can do this. Customer-friendly and production-friendly face-to-face association. It should be the first step for the social existence value of the two sides, and it is believed that the opinions of the two sides gain enormous power only when they join forces with them. Currently, the media is somewhat blocked, but in the information age, we have the Internet.

TEST008

Although it is said that the gap between Korea and Japan is 50 years old, there is no guarantee that in 50 years, we will be able to keep up with the current level of Japan. This is because the market itself is different. Japan, which has numerous central and local racetracks, and Korea, which has only three racetracks, have a different structure itself. I think we should recognize these inconvenient truths and design a new model of our country based on these conditions. This year is the 23rd year since we met when the individual face-to-face system was launched. I have experienced a lot while watching all the twists and turns of horse racing. There have been many twists, but the reason I have faced each other so far is because I am fascinated by horse racing. Do you remember the wonderful horse that a cowboy rode in the western movie as a child? When I see a horse that grew up with my touch and attention running in a race, I feel the joy of my child winning first place at the sports day.

TEST008

If the rivals' willingness to purchase decreases in the future, it will be difficult from the start of horse racing development. You should be able to afford the prize money first. There is a clear reason for this, and even though Korea has a production market, it is very poor for the opponents. In the case of foreign countries, even if there is a slight shortage of prize money, if only one proper champion racehorse comes out, it will be fully compensated through production reflux. Naturally, the motivation for investment is created. However, it is true that it is difficult to continue face-to-face jobs in a lame-style way like in Korea. I don't think one thing can be solved by working hard. Even if we all join forces, the overall industry will not be reversed. For example, this is true in the production industry.

test008

It seems that he has accumulated an eye for horses, how to manage their specifications, and know-how in producing them. Thanks to my parents' involvement in the livestock industry since childhood, seeing and growing a lot of them helped me greatly, and I raised and sold horses myself. Soon after, they gave birth to babies. So far, 10 Ising have been born. Every year, it produces more than three. Some of them have bred wormblood and Hallama, and there are various kinds such as shutland ponies and miniatures. Pony is produced and sold a lot like an experience farm. The one born by crossing Hallama and Warmblood is really good, so we don't sell it. It's a very nice horse, so I'm not willing to sell it.

test008

Since I was young, my father has no qualms about raising animals, including deer, pigs, and goats, so I had no qualms about raising animals, and the horse-riding I learned as an elective in college became a connection. The horse-riding instructor praised me when I learned horse-riding the same way, but when I saw that I had learned it faster than other friends. And at the time of my third stint, the instructor even asked me if I would like to help him work in the horse-riding field. While preparing for the university graduation presentation, I thought of the pony horse-riding business in small words at the children's level, and after graduation, I started the business in earnest after going through the preparation process.

test008

As word of mouth went out among parents, inquiries were made one after another, and if demands for the horseback riding program were gathered at a certain scale, it led to group inquiries from kindergartens or schools. In addition, it contributed not only to word of mouth, but also to publicity through SNS and parenting communities. It seems that useful information related to parenting and education was indirectly promoted because there was a culture of sharing among parents. In order to meet these interests and expectations, events are often held. We are trying to find services tailored to consumers by offering large discounts during the hot or cold season,

TEST008

Our country's face is by no means honorable like the United Kingdom, and even so, it is well circulated like the United States, and economic guarantees are not supported. Horse racing begins with the face-to-face buying horses, but in the current situation, it returns to a system that is not satisfactory at all except for some, and the interest decreases. As a result, a number of people are quitting face-to-face. The horse racing society neglects this situation, which is seen as a crisis for horse racing. How can it be possible to supply and demand horse racing when the faces are less motivated to purchase? Since 2005, the speed of replacement for face-to-face has become too fast. They leave before they understand what is fun and why it is an event worth paying attention to while living face to face.

TEST008

I always wanted to set up a forum for conversation between people and draw consensus on issues. To use this crisis as an opportunity to turn around, I boldly expressed my will to run. I think the chairman of the association is not a place to exercise authority, but a place to serve. Rather than leading with leadership, my goal is to find and connect glue for the unity of the whole. I think the glue is horse racing. No matter how old they are, if they do not have common interests, they will quickly feel awkward and awkward. However, if there is a common denominator, even the person you just met will quickly open up and hold hands. We have a common interest: horse racing. If we only realize the fun of horse racing, I think we can fully communicate even if it does not lead to golf or other external directions.

TEST008

Against this backdrop, the full adoption of electronic cards by the Audit Committee is not only an excessive regulation on legal businesses but can also be a serious factor in encouraging the expansion of the illegal gambling market. Controversy is also brewing over infringement of user rights and consumer rights."According to the electronic card implementation plan, sensitive biometric information called the user's designated vein (finger tip vein) will be collected, which can lead to concerns about personal information exposure and avoidance of users who recognize it as fingerprinting," a related industry official said. "Although the government said it is trying to cultivate the underground economy, the illegal gambling market is increasing tremendously, and social problems such as tax revenue leakage and gambling addiction are becoming serious," he said. "It is not right to regulate only the law, leaving out the illegality."

Gisaeng Kwon Seok-won also boasts such outstanding appearance that he was offered an idol group, and he also drives many fans to the racetrack with good performance after his debut. Attention is focusing on whether he will be able to rejuvenate his condition after being discharged from the military last year and demonstrate the true value of his nickname "Captain Kwon." Lee Hyo-sik of Let's Run Park Busan is famous for his appearance that resembles RM of BTS. Unlike his youthful appearance, he has already taken off his rookie t-shirt and won the title of Pukyong Rookie of the Year in 2016, and has been in the top 10 of multiple wins. Jin Gyeom, a jockey, has also been attracting attention for his flower looks since his debut in 2015,
