Korean horses can run after 6 p.m. when foreign horses finish their training. If it's an international race, you're supposed to work out together, but since you're working out late in a state that's already ruined, will you be able to train properly? Even though you go on an expedition with a janitor and spend a lot of money, there is no CCTV in the Mabang. We prepare for the event at a disadvantage, let alone privileges of the home ground. Major King, who won the 2013 Agriculture Minister's Cup, was selected as the third generation best horse in Korea, and went on an expedition to the U.S. in accordance with the Korean Racing Authority's obligation to conduct overseas expeditions.

Compared to the initial 3:4 ratio, the ratio is not proportional. In addition, Seoul is a non-open race, and Busan is an open race. I think we should open all of them and go to an open race. We can coexist only when we abandon our vested rights and integrate the race. The plan to implement horse racing next year is in full swing, and I think the prize money system in Seoul should be fixed first. In the case of Seoul, the prize money is wrong. In the case of this Korea Sprint, the competition ended on September 9 and the prize money did not come out until October 5. As Seoul monopolizes the prize money, Busan has no choice but to go on strike without receiving proper incentives.

First of all, I was very disappointed in many ways in this Korea Sprint competition. I had high expectations because I managed well and was in good condition. I had a strong goal that the "Return Whaling Ship" would win and protect the pride of the Republic of Korea and become a stepping stone to Part 1. There were obstacles and the operation didn't go as planned, but you saw me running tremendously on the last course. If it had been 10 meters longer, you would have won. You have been riding horses since your grandfather's grandfather, and there was a congratulatory speech in Gangseo-gu, Busan. You often rode outside the Nakdong River at the site. Since the time of Ttukseom Racecourse, I have bid for horses and received them.

test008

Wasn't it especially hot last summer? When I was in Jungbok, I prepared 1,100 samgyetang chickens and 2,200 people. I also sponsored 15,000 bottles of water because I heard that I was in desperate need of bottled water. To edify a person is as difficult as to drill a rock. When I meet them in person, they are reading our inner thoughts, and sometimes they act senselessly. However, as the saying goes, "You shouldn't hate people even if you hate them, you know it's hard, but when you socialize together, you understand the truth. I do this because I enjoy myself. Sharing my heart and soul makes me feel better.

TEST008

The horse race seems to be in good condition. The previous race was in a state of lack of sense because it was a return race after a break, and this time, she seems to have regained her condition by finding a normal running cycle. Since running regularly is a horse race, I believe that if the front line collapses, I can expect unexpectedly good results, and I will do my best to race. Was it said that the flower of horse racing is the jockey? Then, what should we call female jockeys who have exceptionally noble and coveted flowers? Seven female jockeys are currently active in Let's Run Park Seoul. Here is the only female jockey who became the fifth female jockey to win 40 games after fierce individual battles in horse racing, where gender handicaps do not exist.

He is also active in society, including the chairman of the Busan Detention Center Correctional Council, the chairman of the Busan Bukbu Police Station Youth Guidance Commission, the chairman of the Korea Youth Leaders Association, the chairman of the Busan branch of the Korea JC Special Association, and the co-chairman of the National Happiness Practice Movement. Having walked on a path for a lifetime, I could feel that he was full of joy, pride, passion, and consideration throughout the interview. At that time, the society was not in an atmosphere that recognized the face-to-face association.

TEST008

It's my first time training, but I feel good about training, but I don't listen to instructions from the trainer, and I think it's hard to get training results due to the evil side of driving, and I don't think the actual results came out well. It's hard to judge accurately because I haven't been in the real game, but if you just look at the feeling of the training, it's a Maple that felt good enough to produce unexpected results if the race goes well. It's a Maple who made his debut, but he still hasn't improved even though he has accumulated experience in racing. His legs are still weak, but his body is generally heavy because he is gaining weight. If he loses weight and his condition improves, he has a chance of development, but he seems to have little room for winning a prize at the moment.

The Jeju Racecourse is a horse made in Jeju, and it is doing its part to preserve natural monuments and provide attractions by racing. With 28 years of history, the Jeju Racecourse should now be a horse race that goes around the world, not just a horse race. There are many countries in the world that race with local specialties. England's Sherland, Shire, and China's Yirima are also racing there. We wish Jeju horses the first year of globalization along with their unique varieties. We hope that you will show a lot of interest in the New Year to the people who race with small horses.

TEST008

You've never told me to quit in front of you. My mother said in the past that when my shoulders were sagging, my father wanted me to quit after taking a nap. I once said very strongly to my father, "Don't be sad if I die while doing this." I wanted to let you know how proud I am of this job. It was in the sense that even though there are so many people who can't do what they want to do, I was so happy that I am living doing what I want to do, so don't worry about it. Instead, my father tells me not to give up in the middle anyway without sincerity. That's why I have never stood up before the finish line in a race. Except for the last time I was suspended.

First, we will strengthen public-private cooperation research to put the original technology for localization of foot-and-mouth disease vaccines into practical use at an early stage, and build a new BL3 facility specializing in the diagnosis of foot-and-mouth disease. In addition, we will promote the development of AI bio-toxic vector vaccines and the certification of avian influenza OIE standard laboratory to establish AI prevention technology. We will strive to develop technology to respond to diseases that are less productive in livestock farms and establish two-way channels with diagnostic institutions nationwide, and build a new quarantine laboratory facility to promote research on honeybee diseases.

test008

We will also strengthen the management of non-vegetative routes by designating and managing items that are feared to be contaminated by pests through risk analysis, and conducting monitoring and surveys at ports such as Busan and Incheon for general containers brought in from areas where red fire ants are feared to enter. In addition, we will continue to make efforts to secure the safety of livestock products in the production stage, such as preparing measures to reduce antibiotics and establishing a consultative body for antibiotic resistance according to the results of monitoring antibiotic resistance in the livestock sector.

TEST008

Even if I ran a single race, I thought I would become a jockey. Of course. At first, I hated the smell of manure. When I entered the bar room for the first time to clean up, the smell of ammonia vibrated. I think it was even more so because up until then, she was just a girl who had never suffered before. Moreover, it was very high when I climbed up the horse. It was scary and I fell a lot. But the interesting thing is that even though I didn't know why, I kept wanting to ride it again even if I fell. From the second grade, it was possible to ride or study according to my choice, but at that time, I had no intention of becoming a jockey, but I said I would ride a horse while studying.

test008

Despite our efforts, the possibility of national disaster-type livestock diseases and high-risk plant pests entering Korea is increasing day by day due to the expansion of international trade and climate change. In addition, due to the improvement of the quality of life, the public's eye level on the safety management of agricultural and livestock products and the level of animal protection and welfare is increasing. Based on the experience and expertise accumulated this year, the Agriculture, Livestock and Quarantine Headquarters will do its best to realize the "one-health public interest value for building a healthy and sustainable agricultural industry foundation.

TEST008

From the assistant teacher to the martial arts class, everyone listens carefully to and actually reflects the stories of me and Choo Yeol who finished their training. As a result, I feel confident and pride in Article 20, which seems to have a good effect on my grades. I can't even say that it's hard in front of Choo Yeol. (Laughs) I also take charge of 9 to 10 heads a day and finish in the top 5 in terms of training, but Choo Yeol, who ranks first, has 13 heads. However, when I train, I am happy because my body is tired only. Of course, I pay more attention to them because they are the ones I will be riding in the end. When you train, you can know the condition of the horse, so you can give advice and get to know each other more through conversations with the family members of the stable.

TEST008

I didn't think anything particularly changed, but when it didn't go well, I thought there was a problem with me and blamed myself a lot. While watching all the races I've been riding, I thought about why every day. I watched and analyzed the senior Chu Yeol from the same music show. I think it didn't go as I wanted because I was less confident. It's the best. And I think that Bae Dae-seon's assistant teacher is very capable of doing that. All the members of the music show care about horses very meticulously. There are a lot of participants, but I'll train one by one and see how much my condition is and how swollen my legs are. If you're not in good condition, we talk a lot about why and get a shot or change the horseshoe.

In addition, strategic export quarantine negotiations with other countries allowed ships to Argentina and India, mushrooms to Brazil, and expanded our export market for agricultural and livestock products by resuming chicken exports to Vietnam and Hong Kong, which were suspended due to AI outbreaks. In addition, it was certified as the first Salmonella OIE Standard Laboratory in Asia, and the world's first commercialization of a simple diagnosis kit for foot-and-mouth disease was selected as the top 100 national R&D excellence, and the Plant Quarantine Nitrogen Filling Disinfection Technology was selected as the top 10 representative technologies to respond to climate change.

Last year, the runner-up at the Breeders' Cup, which is considered the world horse racing festival of the Korean Racing Association's K-Nix selection horse, "Nixgo," was a feat that gave great hope to Korea's stagnant horse racing industry, and I think it was the starting point for the horse society's efforts to bear fruit. We hope that the second and third Nixgo's birth will be returned to production and that the glory of true world championship through domestic horses will unfold as soon as possible, and we hope that the hopeful Golden Pig Year will be a year of great hope, luck, fulfillment of wishes, and a happy year for all of you.

test008

I think the past year has been harsher and more difficult than any other year due to difficulties in sales, such as falling auction winning rates in our production sector, so the expectations and hopes for the new year are different. We hope that the fertility of pigs will facilitate production and the golden pig's energy will lead to higher auction prices and improved successful bid rates, making everyone rich. The spring day when horse racing sales continued to grow is gone, and now it is time to enter a new growth path with clean, fair and exciting horse racing to overcome the decline in horse racing customers and the decline in sales and the production of excellent horses to produce stama.

The Korea Federation of Horse Industry is seeking to export the racetrack system to neighboring Southeast Asian countries that are interested in Korea's system, such as the Philippines, to overcome the limitations of Korea's excellent horse racing model. It is also to find the two meanings of exporting the operating system and creating jobs. In addition, through collaboration with the horse-related organizations, we will proceed with the horse race, which is the general public and finds the meaning of symbiosis, and the meaning of horses, which are the representative companion of animals, following 2018 to further convince the meaning of familiar and shared horses.

Unfortunately, however, it has not yet been aired for general broadcasting due to the limitations of the broadcasting station's perception of horses. This is also the reason why the cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the main body of the horse industry, and the Korean Horse Association is regrettable. The year 2019 is the middle of the second five-year plan to foster the horse industry, and efforts such as youth horseback riding to popularize the horse industry should continue, as well as strengthen their own formal league horse-riding competitions for subsidies and use, and spread public efforts that the whole nation is interested in.

TEST008

I trained for the first time, and for a 6th-grade Mafil, he looks like he has basic skills and feels quite good. If you can show only the skills shown in the training in practice, you can expect good results, but the biggest problem is playing the first race with Mafil. However, as we have fully understood the characteristics of Maple during the training, we believe that we will be able to achieve good results in practical matches. Maple was also expected to win the championship in the previous race, but she was disappointed that she finished second after being caught in the last minute. This time, I prepared to win the championship, and since I think I became the last one due to the previous one, I will take off the coach this time. As the preparation is better than the previous one, I will do my best to win the championship in this race.

test008

While the second five-year plan for fostering the horse industry has been partially successful in two years at the end of 2018, the year of the golden pig has passed and the new year of the year has come again, which has not been able to overcome the limitations of improving awareness of the horse industry as a whole. In 2018, the Korean Federation of Horse Industries tested and implemented various contents to improve awareness of the right horse culture and to test the win-win model of interacting with the general public to spread the base of the horse industry. Through joint events to link the spirit of sharing, coexistence,

TEST008

He is a three-time champion, and he has a good teamwork with a victory and a good third-place performance. In particular, the third-place finisher in the previous race was a better-than-expected performance, which gave him an opportunity to participate in the race with confidence in the future. Although there are some formidable opponents this race, I think they are preparing well and that they will be able to produce good results because they are in good condition. He is not in bad condition and has shown consistency. Now that he has been in the second race, it is difficult to make this assessment, and what he felt during his training is not reliable yet to expect a prize, but he believes that he will be able to escape from his sluggish performance as before.

test008

Since we do not have many such manpower yet, we need harmony rather than sharing. In addition, the equestrian facilities approved by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are not only in charge of athletes, but are operated as the most important facilities for training horses, and I think it should be recognized as the most important sales market for farmers, especially as a seller of horses. Our industry is currently very poor and small in terms of industry. However, it has a very high growth potential in the future and has the potential to be spotlighted as a high-quality public sports leisure by the people.
