Hanul Accounting Corporation said the study found that future horse racing prize money should change from cost-oriented to industrial ecosystem-oriented, and that some regional differences could be applied based on a single increase rate based on a reasonable setting method. According to a review of the responsibility and current level of support for the disaster treatment of racehorses in relation to accident insurance and accident insurance, additional support from the implementer is not essential, and policy support from the implementer is needed because support for the accident treatment of horse racing officials is more urgent. However, Hanul Accounting Corporation said that this service was aimed at establishing a reasonable prize money setting system and disaster insurance setting method, and that it did not include the judgment on the appropriateness of the current prize money and the direction of improvement in the allocation method.

In the course of the research service, each related organization expressed the need to set the prize money in consideration of the purchase and management costs of excess racehorses and to preserve the cost of the increase in the purchase cost of racehorses by expanding the amount of prize money, reflecting the rate of increase or decrease in the purchase cost of racehorses as a prize money setting factor individually, applying the appropriate number of heads by region, analyzing costs in other sectors other than horse racing prize money, preserving a certain amount of prize money, applying the government's labor cost guidelines, and applying the limited amount of prize money.

During his visit to Italy, he saw a private horse riding center and well-equipped horse-riding facilities, and he said it was impressive that the members ride horses for their own sport. You have to give attention and love to horses. In fact, raising horses is more fun than riding horses. If you give them love, they are closer than friends. Horses are the closest pets to people. At one point, when you had a horse, you would wake them up by playing music in the morning. If you are a true lover, you should know that it is important to ride horses while watching their breathing and watching my breathing instead of letting them work hard to death. I talk to a horse and walk for about 30 minutes before riding a horse.

Koo Ja-woon also said he hopes Haman, his hometown, and his hometown, will develop into a specialized city for the horse industry. An extra-riding course in Namgang-myeon will also be established, and it will be used for a sunflower festival visited by 300,000 tourists in July, and an endurance competition will be possible. Whenever he visits the Haman County Horseback Riding Park, he brings not only carrots for horses but also snacks for the employees. This is to express gratitude to the employees for their hard work for the county residents. When asked what is another advantage of the Haman County Horseback Riding Park, he summed it up in one word, "There are no sick horses.

Which was commissioned by the Korea Racing Association for "Research Services on How to Set Up Horse Racing and Disaster Insurance," said it has conducted interviews with executives of the Korea Racing Association and local horse racing-related organizations since June, conducted a second round of opinions from related organizations after the interim report on July 9, and prepared the final report through comparative analysis with overseas horse racing implementation countries, past data analysis and scenario estimation. In its final report, Hanul Accounting Corporation explained how to resolve issues on the current prize money level, how to set the prize money increase rate, and how to respond to exceptions as basic directions for improving the standard for setting horse racing prize money. In addition, three improvement models were proposed on the premise of establishing improvement measures related to accident and accident insurance in relation to racehorse accident insurance.

We are making high-quality products. It may not be the same as European horseback riding products, but it seems that it has risen to a similar level to a certain extent. And I worked hard to set a reasonable price. In fact, considering the fabric and the manufacturing process, it is correct that the price should increase, but I thought, "Do I have to follow the existing customs as a horse-riding fashion business?" So, I tried to set the price so that people who are new to horseback riding might feel reasonable when they buy clothes. According to the current price policy, at first, we will lose money, but over time, I think that all horse-riding people will like phenakova. So, we set it at 50% of the existing price.

By chance, the athlete won the dressage event at the All-Japan Championships, and it became well known to the Japanese horse racing world. It was even more promoted because he did not miss the first place in dressage and achieved excellent results. Then, a proposal was made through an agency that handles horseback riding clothes, and recently, our brand officially entered a shop inside the Crane Horseback Riding in Japan. It's a bittersweet feeling as it is appreciated that Japanese equestrian players recognize and visit us before Korean equestrian players. It's not that Japanese equestrian people don't wear European superior equestrian clothes, but they basically shop reasonably.

When I first rode a horse, I felt it was a really good exercise. As I learned and rode horses in earnest, I fell into the animal of horses. In the past, I thought horseback riding was dangerous because it was about handling horses. Now that I think about it, it's funny. Since I've thought about it in the past, it's natural that the majority of people who don't know think so. But it's safe enough to ride it. And the contents of reports about horses in various media also seem to play a part. This is because the appearance of horses known through the media shows a lot of bad things rather than good things. Most of the negative reports are about the news of falling off while riding a horse or the fact that the horse escaped the ranch and ran down the road.

In fact, it was not an easy environment to speak in, but I accidentally entered the company. I learned horse-riding thanks to the recommendation of Executive Director Park Cheon-seok. After establishing the Penakova Korea subsidiary, I heard that there is a CEO course for riding in Sejong, and during this process, I wanted to do a fashion show while wearing horse-riding fashion clothes for the graduation ceremony, and I asked for help. I was able to sponsor the event due to such close relationship, and when I stopped by to greet the next freshman entrance ceremony, I saw that I was on the list of freshmen. That's how Executive Director Park applied in advance. That's how I started riding in earnest.

The seat quota system (designated seat system) was expanded and reflected annually in November 2014 in accordance with the Prime Minister's Office's plan to consolidate the gambling industry (off-the-shelf sales office), and the general rooms currently in operation will be gradually converted to a seat quota system, in accordance with government guidelines to improve the use environment of over-the-counter sales offices. Meanwhile, horse racing officials point out that the People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy raised the issue that "the horseracing society prohibits credit card payments for horseracing purchases and treats them only with cash, which is contrary to the government's policy and is an impure intention to undermine the horseracing society." The Korea Racing Authority held a meeting with Jangheung County to discuss ways to develop the horse industry and announced its plan to come up with measures to improve support for horse production farmers in Jangheung County.

Executive Director Park worked in the fur and leather sectors, and I was in the transportation sector. I got acquainted with him as he transported a lot of fashion. While going their separate ways, I encountered various difficulties, so I wanted to work together to do something. So, in August 2015, instead of Modniye Dream, there was talk of creating a horse-riding brand that specializes in horseback riding and establishing a company specializing in horse-riding fashion. So, he established Penakova Korea. He took over all rights, including intellectual property rights related to horse-riding, that Modniye Dream had. That's how he established the Penakova Korea subsidiary in August 2015.

It explained that the admission fee for over-the-counter sales was made in July 2011 under Article 5 of the Korean Racing Authority Act, and that the fee was separately charged to customers who wanted to use the member room (2005) or the designated seat (2008). Currently, the legal admission fee for over-the-counter sales offices is 2,000 won. However, as the Korean Racing Authority provides services and implements a designated seat system, various usage fees are charged according to the conditions of each over-the-counter sales office. The Korean Racing Authority said it is faithfully paying 10% of VAT on service fees provided other than admission fees, and that service fees are differentiated according to the occupancy area per person, seat type, release machine and monitor arrangement, interior level, whether additional services (snack, beverage information paper, etc.) are provided or not, and unit price.

There are many reasons why Triple Nine was able to come this far, including good management, but most of all, I think it is because of many horse racing fans who supported Triple Nine. At the end of last year, thanks to the enthusiastic support of horse racing fans, Triple Nine was selected as the annual representative horse for the second consecutive year. I really want to thank horse racing fans. The Dubai World Cup performance was not good, but I think I sent Triple Nine to Dubai well. Like baseball and golf, we should spread around the world with Korean horse racing. I think "Triple Nine" played a little role, just as Park Se-ri appeared when Korean golfers were unable to enter the world stage in the past,

He also called for a strict investigation by the tax authorities, saying, "The horseracing society is explaining that it is paying VAT on facility usage fees separately in addition to VAT equivalent to 2,000 won in admission fees, but it is still suspicious whether it is actually paying appropriate VAT." He also called for a strict investigation, saying that since horseracing bans credit card payments for horseracing purchases and treats all horseracing sales of more than 7.6 trillion won in cash, there are concerns about income evasion or tax evasion. The Korea Racing Authority explained in a press release that "the Korea Racing Authority is faithfully paying additional taxes on admission fees and usage fees" in connection with the allegations raised by the People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy.

Last Sunday, there was a ceremony to deliver the Dubai World Cup merit plaque at Pukyong, Let's Run Park. I jokingly said this there. "Our horses will stay in a good stable like a hotel for 3 to 4 months and then come back to Korea, and I'm worried about whether they will be able to adapt well." Dubai's stable is really hotel-class compared to our stable. First of all, the floor space is large, and air conditioning is installed in each stable. And everything is comfortable. Next to it is an exercise grassland, where eight animals stay, but it is a flat area for a massage. It is unimaginable for us. It is true that Dubai is a rich country. However, even if you can't go that far, the old Masara needs to be improved first.

On the morning of the competition, it rained and stopped, and when I was running the race, it didn't rain. And the word "nani" means the international rating is 113, so he later ran a 2,000-m race in Dubai. I came in fifth place, and I was on the same plane as Masu Yoshida who came back from Dubai. How proud Masu Yoshida is of me while showing me the video. We won the match. To be honest, objectively, it is true that the difference from Japan is remarkable. The difference was huge just by looking at the number of horse racing officials in Dubai. There were about 10 horse racing officials from Korea, but in Japan, there seemed to be about 30 to 40 reporters and about 100 people including the officials.

Now that I think about it, it remains regrettable what it would have been like to play only one game in the Dubai World Cup Carnival. I think I was able to participate in Super Saturday with only one head and one first place difference. Korean horses, including "Triple Nine," usually competed every five to six weeks in Korea. However, in Dubai, they competed every 20 days on average, which is shorter than this. Four races were held in three months: January 19, February 9, March 5, and March 25. The horse was such a nice horse that I didn't get a ticket on the outside, but I thought I might have exhausted my energy.

test008

Perhaps because of that experience, he was not happy to participate in international competitions overseas and was reluctant to participate in a moment. So when I asked what horses would participate in Korea, he said that they would include "Power Blade," "Main Stay," "Department Demention," and "Seoul Bullitt." "Triple Nine" is a Korean representative horse that has been selected as a representative horse for two consecutive years, and I decided to accept the participation because I thought I had to not participate. When my horse runs in an ordinary race, I put everything aside and visit the racetrack. In fact, it is not easy to fly a long distance for 9 to 10 hours at a considerable age.

test008

Although it was regrettable that it was 11th out of 13 horses in the last race, the Godolphin Mile Competition, it is said that it has shown a further improvement in Korean horse racing. And Choi Byung-bu, who faced "Triple Nine" until the final round, kept his promise with horse fans. To see the four competitions in which "Triple Nine" competed in person, I met Choi Byung-bu, who showed his affection by traveling back and forth to Dubai four times. I think that "Triple Nine"'s advance to the final round of the Dubai World Cup was meaningful in confirming the level of domestic horse. The footprint of "Triple Nine," a representative horse of Korea,

In addition, there is also a desire for Korean horseback riders to access a lot of books about horses. Rather than just doing something to win the prize, I think the message of horse welfare and respect for life has been recognized through books and blogs by gaining sympathy and favor from readers. I am glad that the importance of communication with horses and animals seems to be gaining sympathy and getting a little closer to people's hearts and thoughts than before, rather than overpowering them by force. I hope there will be less and less misunderstanding between horses and people in the future. I hope that horseback riding is understood as an in-my-body sport that horses

Retired racehorses should be provided with appropriate protection and a safe environment to build trust with each other while understanding their anxious psychological conditions. However, I don't think that even retired horses that have been trained as riders are suitable for beginners who are new to horseback riding. I hope that the upper and lower levels of horseback riding will handle it. In Hong Kong, 30 to 50 horses are discharged every month, but when racehorses entering the racetrack are retired, the horses usually give up their rights to the horses. When the horse is bought by the horse owner, he or she will receive the cost to send it back after being discharged, and then return it to the place where the horse was brought if he or she wants.

test008

Usually, when you wake up in the morning, you feed them, clean the stables, and check your temperature, pulse, and breathing to know the condition of the horse. Then, you do solo grooming, dig hooves, and then move to a working machine or warm up and work out together. If you sweat, you take a bath and fill up the hay mesh. Then, I leave them grazing here and there. It is a routine, even though it is flexible every time. When I first went to the Korean horserace, I was surprised by the cone. In foreign horse ranches, even beginners learn without the cone, and adults learn how to stand tall at first. Some horse rinks in Korea are divided into corn or steel pipes. I thought it would be a dangerous environment if a rider falls down.

The 50-year-old warehouse was also repaired and has been used until now, and a new stable was built on the other hand in case the weather gets cold or bad. A space for horses to be treated, a trade mill for exercise, and accommodation for students and guests visiting this place have also been made. Most of the space in the rink is literally for horses. Since I don't always stay in Jocheon, Jeju, I can't give horses every exercise. I bought trade wheat that can exercise up to six at a time in preparation for the volatile weather, which is the amount of work that one manager can do. This was also considered because exercising in the wrong way could lead to bad habits for horses.

Every year, scholarships were provided to students in need through government offices. When I lived in Noryangjin in the past, I gave scholarships of 100,000 won to 30 students every year. At that time, 100,000 won was not a small amount of money. Since the late 1980s, I have been taking my children with me to volunteer. Perhaps because of the impact, my children are still not stingy in making donations. One time, I went to volunteer with my oldest daughter to support her. After my parents passed away and I was a student living with my grandmother, but after my grandmother passed away, I had nowhere to go. Then the oldest daughter said,
