In addition, Vice Minister Yeo also suggested the possibility and direction for the horse industry to grow into a core of the creative convergence industry linked to leisure, sports and tourism, not the primary and secondary industries.Naoki Koike, chairman of the Japan Horse Racing International Exchange Association, who made his first theme presentation, suggested the direction of the development of the horse industry in Yeongcheon under the theme of "Internationalization Strategy for the Growth of the Korean Horse Racing Industry." He said that the era has come when the Asian country leads the world's horse racing industry, and said, "If Korea and Japan, which have their own horse racing systems, cooperate, we will be able to lead the global horse racing market."

Recognizing that reckless competition among these industries rather hinders growth, we need to induce a campaign of harmony and co-prosperity. In addition, public relations should also be carried out to overcome the negative image of horseback riding. Horseback riding facilities are for everyone, and most horse-riding facilities are not just horse-riding businesses for consumers, but are also horse-producing, nurturing, and training institutions. The main purpose and activities are the same wherever the approval authority is. It is necessary for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs to embrace the horse-riding facilities without separating them.

However, it has high growth potential in the future and has the potential to be spotlighted as a high-quality public sports leisure. In particular, it has been proven in advanced countries of the horse industry that livestock farming is a new alternative livestock industry that has high growth potential and a high vision for added value. Now is the time to take a breath for two steps forward, and the government needs to think about ways to take the second step forward rather than quantitative growth. It is a very important time to shake off the image damaged by the horse racing corruption and join forces to become a true sports sport.

Equestrian facilities are all horse-use facilities, and most horse-riding facilities are not just horse-use facilities for consumers, but are also horse-producing, nurturing, and training institutions. The main purpose and activities are the same wherever the approval authority is. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs needs to embrace the horse-riding facilities without separating them. This is a time when professional manpower is very scarce, and it is an important time for the horse industry. Since the skill of training horses is not a simple skill, farmers who simply produce horses cannot solve this part alone. Since we do not have many such manpower yet, we need harmony rather than sharing.

I believe it is a desirable idea to build a policy control tower for each local government through the center. The policy control of the production, fostering, and training of horses, which are livestock, is necessary to create an efficient management system in which horse riding facilities and farmers can quickly share information and receive what they need through regional cooperatives that have already established branches. Recognizing that reckless competition among these industries rather hinders growth, we need to induce a campaign of harmony and co-prosperity. In addition, public relations should be carried out to overcome the negative image of horseback riding.

TEST008

As the Korean horse racing industry continues to decline, the horse industry diagnoses that the Korean horse racing industry has already fallen into a deep quagmire. Last year, the society conducted drainage efforts, including expanding the number of horse racing days and the number of races to the maximum extent to slow down the decline in sales, but in the end failed to calm down the falling sales. In particular, efforts were made to preserve sales by pushing for public holidays at the risk of friction with related organizations, but negative growth had to be accepted as a reality as it failed to preserve sales.

In 1999, we have been conducting horse riding classes for community service, and we have been working together to develop the horse riding industry. The newly completed comprehensive horse riding town has also been prepared for five years. I am a lucky man. I am just grateful that all this has been accomplished. Good things will happen to you, readers, if you continue to do so without giving up on the horse industry. In the complaint, the organizations claimed, "In the process of being approved for the relocation of the video racetrack, they submitted a false application to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry stating that "the area around the former place is a general commercial area, and there is no possibility of civil complaints, and the distance to the nearest school, Sungsim Girls' Middle School, is about 350m, which is not the area that is not subject to the relative purification zone under the School Health Act."

In order for the agendas presented through the discussion to be applied to actual industries, it is necessary to analyze successful advanced overseas cases and ask for help from overseas experts if necessary. Looking at the successful case of France that we benchmarked, the central government led the way to control the industry collectively during the transition period, separate operation of specialized agencies under its jurisdiction, and establishment of various policies for each sector have achieved the results of rebuilding the entire industry. In particular, we systematized children's education to increase future consumption demand, and as a result, we succeeded in establishing a very satisfactory riding industry.

It was built on a 60,000-pyeong school ranch with a floor space of 30,000 pyeong. Currently, it has 52 stalls and is working on various facilities to consider horses. As a luxury equestrian stadium, it will be able to play a big role in hosting various equestrian events in Jeju. We will also introduce facilities using experience data centers and sculptures to create a surrounding environment, a precious equestrian stadium where anyone can visit, and Jeju's landmarks. In particular, I have high expectations for the president of Jeju National University, as he has a clear vision for the horse industry and is generous with his support. The 95th National Sports Festival Equestrian Games, which will be held from October 28 to November 3, will also take place here. We will do our best to make the competition a memorable one with every effort to prepare for safety.

Since the enactment of the Industrial Promotion Act at the end of 2011, the horse industry has grown rapidly due to the efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, but has gone through a transitional period in recent years. I think this time is not a recession but a period of leap forward. As we believe that the period of leap forward will soon enter the maturity period, we believe that what we need most is the training of professional manpower before going to the stage of stabilization. Industrial training through specialized institutions is essential so that professional manpower with basic education can be directly put into the actual industry.

Now that I'm three years old, I'm wondering if I should run next year at the horserace. If not, I'm thinking about how it would be to retire and become a seed horse and crossbreed with the 'Triple Nine'. It's a volatile idea because it's a plan. I've only been seeing each other for 10 years now, but I think it's wrong to buy a seed horse from a foreign country at a high price so that the horses of a specific boomer can monopolize the race. I think it would be better to raise a horse like 'Triple Nine' in a policy manner in the horserace community. It's an unrealistic story, but I sometimes think about whether it would be okay to donate 'Triple Nine' to the horse community.

test008

There are many differences from 'Triple Nine', but I think the future of 'Malibu Sun' is also good and I'm thinking about following it. There used to be a mare called 'Dolphin Lady' and it became a mare after retirement. There were only three male horses crossed with 'Ecton Park', and the last one was 'Four Nines', 'Black Arrow' and the last one was 'Forever Young'. I did a driving test yesterday, and I don't know how it will be going forward. The Blue Flag, which is in the second division, is a very expensive horse that has studied in the U.S. for a year and participated in all major mare races, but my grades are not good yet. I did well in general racing.

Currently, there is a recreational tea in Jangsu, but Gujeolitis needs to be treated more, and there is a problem with the seed bone, so it needs to be treated. Other than that, there is nothing too bad. For a 6-year-old, he is still in very good condition. I want him to stop retiring because he is 6, but I don't think so. Since I have time, I will give him enough rest until next spring and talk to his assistant teacher Kim Young-kwan about his future while checking his condition. The decision will be made around March next year. There is a saying called 'Blue Chipper,' followed by 'Malibu Sun.' Last year, 'Blue Chipper' won first place in his debut and went to the Gyeongnam Provincial Ilbo Cup as the second race, but his performance was not good. I think I got a little hurt then.

When I sent it to the animal hospital, I heard that there was a cellulitis, so I did PRP procedure. I took a rest for more than two months by sending him to Jangsu Ranch to take a rest. On October 7, there was a KRA Classic race. Some say that the runner-up was beaten by the "Cheongdam Axe," and after the procedure, he sent it out to check his condition ahead of the presidential race on November 4. At that time, he complained to Lim, "Don't think about winning first place, run as if you're taking a driving test without thinking about your ranking, and you'll be in big trouble if you get hurt." Still, I came in second place, had confidence, and I was confident that we would win if I went out to the presidential race.

Last year, the period was short and there were few visitors to the event on weekends. While promoting this year's project, the Jeju Horse Festival with the International Horse Industry Expo 2014 will be held in Jeju City, The Hotel, Let's Run Park and Jeju. We have prepared a variety of programs, including inviting officials from the horse industry in Turkmenistan, Australia, and Japan, conducting a grand race, and holding an international symposium. We also invite Japanese experts to bring attention to citizens through rehabilitation riding experiences. We also display industrial products such as mayu and horse meat cloth, and we expect more than 20,000 visitors.

Following the feat of advancing to the final of the Dubai World Cup last year, he won his fourth consecutive victory this year, and the 37th Grand Prix on December 9, achieving all his goals as a racehorse. It was possible because behind "Triple Nine," which set an unprecedented record, there was Choi Byung-bu, who respected and cared for horses and people. "The reason why Triple Nine was able to come this far is the interest and support of the fans and customers," he said, first of all, thanking the fans. After three consecutive presidential victories, he won four consecutive gold medals this year and won a star in 40 runs, but words do not express his feelings. Triple Nine has been healthy until today because of the support of all the people and fans who care about Triple Nine.

After being forced to run at his own expense of 120 million won, he became speechless. After retiring at the age of four, he had to use the seed horse for breeding, but when he came to Korea, he didn't even see the light of the seed horse because it was not verified. In the event of an overseas expedition, the system needs to be improved, such as not only retiring from the horseradish society, but also managing it additionally and putting it into free breeding. If a good horse horse comes out, isn't that true domestic horse production? Otherwise, who would go on an overseas expedition at the risk of high cost? Ten years have passed since his initial term ended.

test008

Korean horses can run after 6 p.m. when foreign horses finish their training. If it's an international race, you're supposed to work out together, but since you're working out late in a state that's already ruined, will you be able to train properly? Even though you go on an expedition with a janitor and spend a lot of money, there is no CCTV in the Mabang. We prepare for the event at a disadvantage, let alone privileges of the home ground. Major King, who won the 2013 Agriculture Minister's Cup, was selected as the third generation best horse in Korea, and went on an expedition to the U.S. in accordance with the Korean Racing Authority's obligation to conduct overseas expeditions.

Compared to the initial 3:4 ratio, the ratio is not proportional. In addition, Seoul is a non-open race, and Busan is an open race. I think we should open all of them and go to an open race. We can coexist only when we abandon our vested rights and integrate the race. The plan to implement horse racing next year is in full swing, and I think the prize money system in Seoul should be fixed first. In the case of Seoul, the prize money is wrong. In the case of this Korea Sprint, the competition ended on September 9 and the prize money did not come out until October 5. As Seoul monopolizes the prize money, Busan has no choice but to go on strike without receiving proper incentives.

According to the Horse Industry Promotion Act, it is the special zone promotion team that inspects, preoccupies, and evaluates what needs to be done in Jeju Island, which has been designated as a special zone this year. It plays a role in evaluating and deciding whether projects related to the special zone are proceeding smoothly according to the plan. In particular, I am a person in the academic world and am in charge of examining and evaluating the expansion of educational infrastructure and its necessity. The first members of the promotion team, which will be active until December this year, need a promotion team because they need to evaluate the ongoing project within this year. Focusing on consulting policies and visiting and evaluating the site, we are working to ensure that Jeju Island, the first special industrial zone at the end of the year, can become a model for the special zone.

The purchase cap for male and female horses, which had been set at $30,000, will be abolished, while restrictions on the trading market will also be abolished. In the case of mares, the introduction of foreign race horses is also planned to be allowed. The introduction of male and female horses to compete will be allowed around 2018. Meanwhile, the Korean Horse Association plans to allow only 25% of the total number of foreign horses to be introduced in order to solve the difficulties of domestic horse production farmers due to the abolition of the upper limit on the introduction of foreign horses. In other words, the government will abolish the upper limit for the introduction of foreign horses and thoroughly restrict the operation of foreign horses to prevent them from turning a blind eye to domestic horses that are lagging behind due to the implementation of the integrated mountain racing and the introduction of the rating system.
