There is a training course class at the school. Professor Seungjoo Kwon, who is working as an assistant teacher at Let's Run Park Pukyong, taught me. I learned practical skills in the first grade, so I didn't feel pressured about the difference between the two certificates. I learned general horse riding and race magic in advance at school and prepared for the certificate more easily. The second-class life sports instructor practiced obstacles with Professor Chu Ho-geun because he had an obstacle in his practical subject, so he stayed early or late in the morning before taking the test. In the case of training, I went out early in the morning because it was difficult to do racing magic,

While expanding the KRW 100 taxi to all 82 郡 areas, we will create a transportation model suitable for regional characteristics by diversifying transportation such as taxis and buses and business operation methods. We will introduce a care farm that helps vulnerable groups, such as the disabled, adapt to society through agricultural activities and provides vocational training opportunities so that social agriculture can be activated. We will change the budget and system based on the performance evaluation so that the Moon Jae-in administration's agricultural government goals and national tasks can be faithfully implemented.

Park Bong-cheol, head of the management union, said, "Managers have been participating in additional work after the Ferry Sewol disaster, which was unilaterally announced by the management association, and the increase in working hours due to sunset horse racing. However, implementation of Chuseok horse racing has been customarily closed. They have to go through collective agreement when they work overtime, but they have never consulted at all. Although the organization says it is a one-day horse race, it takes two to three weeks for on-site workers to prepare for the one-day horse racing. It is natural for the organization to come up with an appropriate compensation plan for additional work. We expect the organization to open the negotiation channel at all times and start negotiations for an active resolution."

Crop accident insurance provides new farmers' safety insurance products that ease the rate gap between cities and counties by setting an upper limit on premium rates, and provide enhanced coverage to the level of industrial accident insurance. Through water system connection projects and drainage improvements, we will reduce frequent drought and inundation damage, and we will also implement seismic reinforcement for old repair facilities in preparation for earthquakes. The ongoing negotiations for amendments to the Korea-US FTA will actively respond to the government's position that additional opening to the agricultural sector is impossible.

The emergency committee is reportedly discussing countermeasures against the Seoul Metropolitan Council's move.Meanwhile, as the Seoul Metropolitan Council passed a resolution calling for the suspension of business and the relocation of the Yongsan over-the-counter sales office, there are growing concerns about a full-fledged clash between the horse society and the Seoul Metropolitan Government over the Yongsan over-the-counter sales office. There are also complaints about the political behavior that has highlighted the Yongsan over-the-counter issue as a political issue in the wake of a series of elections. While the opposition committee, which has been consistent with opposition only for opposition, continues to rally in front of the Yongsan over-the-counter sales office, Cho Hee-yeon, superintendent of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, is disappointing by visiting the site and repeating the opposition's claims.

We will prepare a manual for controlling supply and demand throughout the entire production process from sowing to shipping, and increase the reliability of agricultural observation by utilizing advanced devices such as big data and drones. The upper limit of the congratulatory money will be lowered to 50,000 won, but it will be allowed up to 100,000 won when including wreaths. The income gap between urban and rural areas is still large, and agricultural income remains stagnant at the level of 10 million won. It is difficult to find young people in rural areas, with only 1.1% of owners under the age of 40. Farmers' concerns remain over natural disasters and insecurity in supply and demand. The people are demanding fundamental improvements in agricultural safety, livestock diseases and the livestock environment. As the FTA's tariff reduction effect has been in full swing, competition with imported agricultural and livestock products in the domestic market is also intensifying.

The issue of refunding preferential rice payments made in 2016 was resolved smoothly by continuous dialogue with farmers' organizations. The issue of over-the-counter sales offices in Yongsan and Daejeon, which had been in sharp conflict with the local community for a long time, was also decided to be relocated through social compromise. There was also a crisis. Emergency quarantine measures were taken to resolve the situation early when red fire ants were discovered. When an insecticide egg incident occurred, all farms were banned from being shipped immediately after detection, and all unsuitable eggs were discarded by conducting a full inspection. Along with this, we promoted system improvement to prevent recurrence.

First of all, we considered stabilizing rice prices as the first step in restoring trust in the agricultural government, and through close communication with farmers' organizations and relevant ministries, we decided on measures to isolate 720,000 tons of rice from the market, the largest volume in history. Thanks to this, rice prices, which remained at the level 20 years ago, exceeded 150,000 won right after the announcement of the measures, and are continuously on the rise so far. The purchase price of public reserve rice and market quarantine grains from 2017 has also increased by 19% year-on-year, and the purchase price of 52,570 won per 40 kg bag of rice has been completed by the end of last year.

We will secure animal vaccine sovereignty early by advancing pest control vaccine manufacturing technology and establishing an AI antigen bank. In addition, we will contribute to the increase of farm household income by developing vaccines to reduce consumable diseases such as swine flu, which is a major cause of productivity decline in livestock farms, block the inflow by thoroughly monitoring new and mutated diseases that can be introduced from abroad, and actively support the development of stem cell treatments, one of the new growth engines. We will become a national standard outpatient pest research institution by securing expertise in the field of plant quarantine,

In addition, we will advance the management of plant pests by quickly detecting pests that are concerned about exporting countries such as fruit burn disease by utilizing advanced unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned forecasting trap technology, and conducting scientific epidemiological investigations through genetic analysis.

To this end, the quarantine headquarters will focus on setting up four core tasks with the goal of 'One-Health, field-oriented, communication cooperation, future response, consumer-oriented, and science base' and 'FIRST; field, innovation, responsibility, service, and trust' first. We will make all-out efforts to prevent the spread of highly pathogenic avian influenza, which is currently occurring intermittently in duck farms, from spreading and to end it early. We will make preemptive and effective quarantine management through scientific epidemiological analysis based on information and communication technology such as the Internet of Things and big data.

Since the first outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in Gochang, North Jeolla Province, on November 17, additional outbreaks have caused concern to livestock farmers and the people in Yeongam, South Jeolla Province, and Jeongeup, North Jeolla Province. However, with a sense of mission to eradicate it as soon as possible, we have focused on preventing the further spread of the disease and ending it early through precise diagnosis and epidemiological investigations. And as foreign red fire ants were discovered through preliminary observation at the container yard at Gamman Pier in Busan Port on September 28, we mobilized all available personnel to strengthen quarantine and forecasting of major ports.
