Rural promotion officials will approach farmers and the public with such dog friendliness, listen to the voices of the field and practice them. We will continue to innovate the way we work to establish an organizational culture that values the field and customers. We will strengthen communication with the field by thinking from the perspective of farmers and the public and reflecting the voices of consumers from the planning stage of the project. This year, the Winter Olympics, a global festival, will be held in Pyeongchang, Korea. In preparation for the Olympics, we will actively support it to be recorded as the most successful Olympics in which farmers and the people participate together by more thoroughly preventing livestock diseases such as AI

In particular, in preparation for the full implementation of the pesticide permitted substance list management system, we will expand the registration of pesticides ex officio and actively promote pesticide safety use education to produce safe crops and prevent damage to farmers. To this end, we will develop precision growth management software by combining smart farm technology standardization, big data, and artificial intelligence with agriculture, and foster more than 100 smart agricultural experts every year to create a smart agricultural ecosystem. In order to actively foster the seed industry and agricultural biotechnology to enhance the competitiveness of the bio industry and to address concerns about GMOs,

We will expand the base for proper rice production and production of field crops through the development of technology for mechanizing field crops using rice paddies, and promote rice consumption by promoting processing industries such as the development of varieties and processed foods exclusively for rice flour. We will develop varieties and cultivation technologies that can adapt to climate change such as drought and heat waves at all times, introduce tropical and subtropical crops to foster them as new income crops, and strive to develop rapid control technologies against diseases and pests. We will protect the people's healthy table by establishing a safe food production and supply system such as eco-friendly ecological agriculture and safety management of agricultural materials.

Again this year, Korea's agriculture and rural communities are facing major changes and challenges, including expansion of market opening, climate change, and aging population, including FTAs. The huge wave of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which brings about innovative changes in the national system, society and life as a whole, is also coming in. However, these changes and challenges can be new opportunities depending on how we accept and utilize them. As with the old idiom meaning to ride the wind and overcome the waves, we should not shrink and prepare for the future even more boldly.

On July 27, Cho Hee-yeon, superintendent of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, visited a rally on the opposite side of the Yongsan OTC and insisted that the Yongsan OTC should be brought back to square one. Superintendent Cho, who visited Sungsim Girls' Middle and High School around 11 p.m. and moved to the Yongsan OTC on foot with students, insisted to the opposing rally, "The Yongsan OTC should be reviewed from a public interest perspective and a community perspective," and added, "The closure of the Yongsan OTC may cause employment problems and financial losses, but if the Seoul Metropolitan Council and the National Assembly put their heads together and hold serious discussions, we will be able to reach an agreement." Superintendent Cho also said, "I hope the society will start discussing to turn it to the origin," and added, "The regulation of Yongsan OTC is a legitimate regulation and a good regulation."

Officials of the horse industry are already working hard that much. We present the contents of the standardized instruction plan for use in the pilot school. For the operation of the pilot school, it is necessary to develop a standardized instruction plan that the teacher in charge can teach. In addition, standardized instruction plans are also important as they serve as the basis for teachers to confidently educate students. Currently, each horse riding course where the school horse riding experience is conducted has a different instruction plan, and the more the base of horse riding is expanded in the future, the more likely confusion will occur.

In the ruling, the Seoul Western District Court ruled that the court "cited" all matters of the injunction on prohibition, including business obstruction, submitted by the Korean Racing Authority. The court decided to pay 500,000 won each for the nine officials of the opposition committee if they interfere with the access and passage of the executives and customers of the Korean Racing Authority who want to enter the building as well as the Yongsan Gijang Offshore Sales Office. In addition, they were required to pay the same amount when they interfered with the business by ordering others. The court pointed out in a ruling, "Although they claim that the opening of the off-the-shelf sales office itself is illegal, they claim that the opening of the off-the-shelf sales office will infringe on their environmental rights, housing rights, and learning rights, and fail to provide any explanation for the claim of legal defects."

Dirtbread, used as a racehorse, is a horse designed to run fast by fate. The key to transforming race veterans into horseback riding is a training method that converts them from sprint horses to safe horses. Train them to move the center of gravity from the front to the back. Specific training methods can be learned through training, whether it is rough or rough. Of course, the horse used in professional sports in Japan is the European wormblood. A wormblood is a very different quality and level of horse from a race-retired horse used in daily sports. However, wormblood is difficult to popularize because of its limited number and high price. In order to popularize horseback riding,

As a fan who enjoys horseback riding, I am glad to see the opening of the over-the-counter sales office in Yongsan close to my home," said Kim, head of the public relations department at the nursing hospital. "I understand the stance of those who oppose horse racing because people have a bad perception of it. However, I don't think it is the logic of the free-for-all. We should take a step back from the standpoint to understand and sincerely engage in dialogue, along with recognizing more serious and realistic issues about the over-the-counter sales office in Yongsan. Also, although it is a vacation, we hope students will not be mobilized to the assembly hall. The behavior of activists and teachers at Sungsim Girls' Middle and High School trying to publicize their claims by taking students hostage is so unsightly.

He also said that the person who leads the opposition committee is fighting against the free democratic order, and that the left-wing group that ignores laws and systems should disappear. In the second statement, the Parents' Association announced that it would inform the society of the illegal left-wing joint action and the reality of the residents' committee and file a complaint against politicians who politicize through the video race track.Earlier on August 12, the National Parents' Association for Cham Education said in a statement, "Stop the business of video gambling that threatens student safety and educational environment immediately," and claimed, "We are thoroughly ignoring the public nature of protecting the environment around the school by focusing only on the profits of operating video gambling."

The horse racing society, which is struggling to preserve horse racing sales due to various unfavorable factors this year, is insisting on the justification of Chuseok horse racing, and the management union knows the necessity of implementing additional horse racing, but is playing a difficult tug-of-war as it demands an increased labor base. It is true that managers who have become commonplace to go to work at dawn have poor working conditions due to the long-term implementation of Noeul horse racing and preservation racing. On the other hand, it is also true that everyone knows that Chuseok horse racing will be implemented by announcing the implementation plan in advance at the beginning of the year.

Park Bong-cheol, head of the management union, said, "Managers have been participating in additional work after the Ferry Sewol disaster, which was unilaterally announced by the management association, and the increase in working hours due to sunset horse racing. However, implementation of Chuseok horse racing has been customarily closed. They have to go through collective agreement when they work overtime, but they have never consulted at all. Although the organization says it is a one-day horse race, it takes two to three weeks for on-site workers to prepare for the one-day horse racing. It is natural for the organization to come up with an appropriate compensation plan for additional work. We expect the organization to open the negotiation channel at all times and start negotiations for an active resolution."

The emergency committee is reportedly discussing countermeasures against the Seoul Metropolitan Council's move.Meanwhile, as the Seoul Metropolitan Council passed a resolution calling for the suspension of business and the relocation of the Yongsan over-the-counter sales office, there are growing concerns about a full-fledged clash between the horse society and the Seoul Metropolitan Government over the Yongsan over-the-counter sales office. There are also complaints about the political behavior that has highlighted the Yongsan over-the-counter issue as a political issue in the wake of a series of elections. While the opposition committee, which has been consistent with opposition only for opposition, continues to rally in front of the Yongsan over-the-counter sales office, Cho Hee-yeon, superintendent of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, is disappointing by visiting the site and repeating the opposition's claims.

He also added, "The National Assembly should put safety measures in place to revise the School Health Act to measure students' commuting distance at a visible distance rather than a simple straight distance from harmful facilities." Meanwhile, the Seoul Metropolitan Council also passed a resolution calling for the enactment of a special law on the Ferry Sewol to find out the truth of the Ferry Sewol disaster, a resolution to form a special committee on parliamentary reform of the Seoul Metropolitan Council to restore the image and trust of the city council, which has fallen due to a series of scandals by current and former lawmakers, and a proposal to urge local firefighters to switch to national positions. The Seoul Metropolitan Council's passage of a resolution on the over-the-counter sale of Yongsan is not expected to have any legal effect and will not have much impact on the current situation.

When Superintendent Cho Hee-yeon arrived near the over-the-counter sales office in Yongsan, members of the nearby merchant association asked Superintendent Cho to "We are going to starve to death," "I have a son and daughter, but it has no big impact," and "Please listen to us," and a fierce physical fight broke out for an instant as the opposing rally interfered with it. Opposition protesters criticized the horse society, saying, "It is a person hired by the horse society," and "They even bother to interfere while doing it." Residents and horse racing fans who visited the Yongsan over-the-counter sales office and watched Superintendent Cho Hee-yeon's visit expressed disappointment, saying, "It is a loss of equity for a person who is the biggest director of education administration to hear only the opposition's position."

As the Yongsan Police Station launched an investigation into 17 opposition committee officials accused of obstructing the operation of the Yongsan OTC, which began its pilot opening at the end of June, opposition parties are expected to reduce political intervention in Yongsan OTC as opposition parties such as the New Politics Alliance for Democracy, which were criticized for intervening in the controversy over the Yongsan OTC, suffered a crushing defeat in the July 30 by-elections, which is expected to lead to a reduction in political intervention in the issue related to the Yongsan OTC. Yongsan Police Station conducted an investigation into 17 opposition committee members accused of obstruction of business and violation of the assembly and demonstration law on July 28 and 31.

People think 'riding is expensive'. There are a lot of people who want to ride horses around, but they can't easily access it because they think it costs a lot of money. Also, because of the prejudice that "horses are dirty," most of the horse riding grounds are outside the country, so transportation is inconvenient. I hope that people's perception of horses will change and become popular as soon as possible because I can't do anything about these parts. Lee Yu-ri passed four certificates unconditionally even on a day when she didn't want to ride a horse with the mindset of "Let's work hard for a year and pass." She says she wants to become an instructor who doubles as a rehabilitation horse and horseback riding after studying more in the United States.

I think the problem at Yongsan Garrison could be an opportunity to look back on the path that Korean horseracing has taken. As the company focused on sales, the failure to properly address the negative impact of the over-the-counter sales on the local community must have been the cause of this incident. As a resident of Yongsan, I hope that we can find a smooth solution as soon as possible." A resident who opposes the relocation said, "Who would want to live in an area where gambling is rampant?" He was not afraid to treat horse racing fans as if they were a criminal. A court ruled that if the company interferes with the Yongsan Garrison, 500,000 won (approx. The court ruled in favor of the Korean horseracing society over the Yongsan Garrison, which has been in conflict with local residents.

First of all, I'm going to get a job at a general horse racing center and improve my skills. In Korea, rehabilitation horses are not known much and there is too little information. After studying more in the United States, I want to become an instructor who doubles as a rehabilitation horse riding and horseback riding. I'm looking for a job because I'm currently working. In reality, there are limited jobs related to horseback riding in Korea. Horse racing includes assistant teachers, jockeys, and horse managers, and horseback riding is divided into horse riding instructors, rehabilitation horse operators, and horse managers.

However, the opposition committee is strongly opposed to the test operation, saying that it will not hold any dialogue before closing the over-the-counter sales office in Yongsan, saying that the pilot operation is merely a "trick" to change the situation and that the KMA is seriously violating educational conditions and residential environment with its formal legitimacy logic. The Let's Run cc dissolution issue has emerged as a national issue because civic groups leading the opposition party are constantly trying to make issues, and opposition politicians are not willing to respond to their voices and solve the essence of the problem, but rather put their interests first. Concerns are rising over the issue as the left-right confrontation between progressives and conservatives unfolds over the Let's Run cc dissolution issue.

After going home and going to the hospital for three weeks, I went to school the day before I took the test and practiced only once with my colleagues. And I passed. I think I was lucky. When I took the practical test, I could take the test in Jama, so I took the horse from school and rode it. It would have been difficult if I had been assigned a new horse, but it was a familiar and comfortable horse that I used to ride every day at school, so I gained confidence and reduced the burden of the test. For this reason, the practical test score turned out well. You can't choose one of the most memorable words. I like this and that. I have a lot of good memories, learning this and that from this horse.

Students come to take rehabilitation horse riding classes every Wednesday, and at the beginning of the semester, they applied for volunteers and gained a lot of experience by volunteering next to them. In the second semester of the first year, I prepared a demonstration test for the second rehabilitation horse riding class. At that time, Professor Park Geum-ran and Instructor Song Yeon-hee kindly explained and demonstrated next to me, helping me to do the class myself. As such, the intimacy with the students receiving rehabilitation horse was increased, and the burden of the class decreased, and the worries and tensions about the test decreased.
