Horse racing is a meandering industry rather than the joy of horse racing itself, and its negative image has been solidified by the public as it has a strong image of gambling addiction. It is a matter of constant concern, but with a sound horse racing industry, it is very difficult to create a horse racing industry that the whole people can enjoy together with sound sports. The Act on the Promotion of the Horse Industry was enacted in 2011 and the first five-year comprehensive plan was established in 2012 to be completed last year. Up to now, the first comprehensive plan has been largely established and carried out based on four solutions: the creation of a foundation for the horse industry, the promotion of related industries such as strengthening competitiveness, the expansion of demand for horse racing, and the establishment of a foundation for sustainable development.

The purpose of the association is pure. It includes visiting employees during family events. The association has been established for a long time, but it has not been registered as a non-profit corporation. From former ministers and former lawmakers to former chairmen, vice-chairmen, auditors, directors, and employees, all kinds of people are members. It covers all experts, including ruling, judgment, veterinary, livestock, ordering, and horseback riding instructors. This is a manpower with expertise that will remain even if they go abroad and run a racetrack. Often, offers come from abroad, but we also have to find ways to utilize retired professionals. Members also volunteer for rehabilitation riding. I am the first vice chairman to serve as chairman.
