Graduates who have learned such a process and manual at school perform the process professionally. For example, after graduation, a student who has gone through the training process signs a contract with 15 farms and visits periodically, and trains the horses according to their needs and process. Instead of failing to join the racetrack or staying for a long time to pay for consignment management, the plan is to pay them a training fee so that horses can be used. We are working well with the school and proceeding together.

test008

After some time passes through this process, a horse that has been trained according to the manual comes out. It tracks the data and compares horses that have been trained at pilot farms with other horses according to their age. It will track and announce how early the race will take place and how good their performance will be after the race. Knowing that it will be effective at other farms, it is expected to spread quickly. In connection with Jeju Hanra University, which co-produced the standard manual, four pilot farms were selected, and training is being conducted once a month and the manual is being refined.

test008

Rather than just doing it at the racetrack or simply announcing it, they are visiting farms that are large in the east and west regions in person to demonstrate. They are showing actual training. As a result, a lot of nearby farmers attended. The effectiveness of the standard manual might be questioned. Therefore, we designated a demonstration farm. Four farms with facilities and motivation were designated among the producers. Twenty-four animals were selected from four farms and they are actually training them according to the manual. Jeju Hanra University, which produced the training manual,

If you trained horses that were never trained before and trained them together during the racehorse training process, you can now focus on training the racehorse and participating in the race. The overall level will be very high. From 2018 to 2023, 100% of the horses that passed the driving inspection will be allowed in. The road map was drawn in this way. I got approval and promulgated it, and last year, I gave a briefing session to managers, assistant teachers, technicians, and riders. Last year, I made a standard manual. There is a way to nurture and train. It was produced on CD with the actual training.

test008

Last year, a roadmap was drawn from the mid- to long-term race resource management plan to strengthen the competitiveness of Jeju horse racing. Horses that have not been trained and whose level of training has not been evaluated at all come directly into the racehorse. It takes about 90 days from here to start the training and go to the race. We cannot keep taking this system. Step by step, some of the horses that have finished the starting test at first are allowed in. In the next step, only horses that have passed the 100% start test are allowed in. In the next step,

Second, we drew a mid- to long-term roadmap to prevent the end of creating and distributing manuals. Just as the university entrance examination system determines study patterns, it is important to set conditions and directions for joining a racehorse. Although it cannot be done immediately as if it would take at least five years for the curriculum to be promulgated, the conditions for joining a racehorse will begin by giving signals to production farmers and their opponents on how to prepare for it in stages in the future.

With the signing of an industrial development agreement at the end of February 2016, the obstacles to going to Jeju Horse Racing were resolved. I couldn't take the Jeju Horse Racing the way it is now. I had to provide products that I didn't feel ashamed of to my customers.First of all, we prepared a 'school system' that systematically conducts the production process. Last year, first of all, we reviewed good research data on how to produce Thoroughbred and foster before and after. There are many data related to Thoroughbred in foreign countries and Korea, but none of them were Jeju horses.

test008

On the other hand, Jeju Horse Racing Authority has never made such efforts. The general public's perception of Jeju Horse Racing Authority and even the employees' perception is that "Jeju Horse Racing Authority can just run with it." Like Thoroughbred, the process of production, training, and fostering is not systematic, but at some point, they are put into the race just because they are old. As they enter the race without training, their professionalism declines and there are many accidents. Horses also run at a lower level. The quality of the race is severely different from that of horses with good abilities.

Director Kim Jin-gap, who has been in charge of Jeju Race Resource Management at Let's Run Park Jeju since 2014, has also been making hard efforts as a hands-on worker in charge of developing related policies and manuals, persuading farmers, and taking the lead in education. On May 7, he met Kim Jin-gap, the head of Jeju's Gyeongju Resource Management Department at Let's Run Park, and heard the progress, including the systematic development process of Jeju horses for racing. In the case of Thoroughbred, the horse racing society has invested a lot of money in producing and training it from the beginning before it became a racehorse.

Jeon Sung-won, the current head of the win-win marketing division, and Kim Jin-gap, the head of the Jeju Regional Headquarters when the agreement was passed for the win-win development of the horse industry, are still communicating with farmers in a responsible manner on this important issue, and are constantly developing and applying related policies to the field. At a special zone meeting held in Jeju in June last year, Jeon Sung-won, the head of the win-win marketing division, called for the central government's attention and set a direction with Jeju Special Self-Governing Province to foster Hallama,

At that time, he thought he should help his father's job. I could never imagine that he would do anything else while traveling to the U.S. during my trip to the U.S. in 2015. It was impressive to see the glorious moment when the three-horse race, American Peroa, was born in 37 years in the U.S. It is time to start making love red. The U.S. auction in November this year will import three seed mares of excellent descent. The goal is to produce their own racehorses and make them perform well. The other is to make a ranch, a horse theme park like Northern Hall's Park in Japan, and make it a famous tourist attraction.

From my third year of university to my graduation, I took horse riding classes conducted by the Korean Horse Association. I completed the 'University Student Horse Industry Technology Training Course' and the 'Ranch Management Course' conducted by the Korean Horse Association. During my vacation, I briefly helped with my work at a horse riding course on Jeju Island and learned horse riding. At the Jeju Race Horse Yield, I learned a lot about race horses, including their ancestry and development process. I mainly studied them through the Internet. There are not many data on horses in Korea

Good training will create good racehorses, which will eventually strengthen the competitiveness of the horse racing community. After all, we are the beneficiaries. It is an investment. It is currently preparing for a mid- to long-term project, but it has not been confirmed. It will be confirmed by the end of this month or next month. There is some massage space near Jeju in Let's Run Park. It's not a racehorse, but a place where outside horses come in, so you can use the place and the main road to receive training. As the second stage, Let's Run Farm is good.

My father faced me and told me to study horses. At that time, I was studying livestock management, distribution, and economics at Konkuk University, and I thought I should ride horses to study horses. While riding horses, I began to communicate directly with horses. As I touched horses myself, I fell into the charm of horses without realizing it. I always read books and videos related to horses, and I looked for various educational programs to dream of raising horses. After graduating from university, I joined the Jeju Ranch as a contractor by chance. While working, I learned and learned a lot about horses.

Horseback riding is now politically intertwined due to a series of events. Horseback riding, who have worked silently so far, may be the victims of the Choi Soon-sil scandal. I hope that Daemyung Group's "Mayon A Horse" is a competition where all horse-riding people and the public participate and enjoy it. In addition, we ask for your support and encouragement in this regard, whether it is the government or the sports association. Daemyung Group, which does not spare investment in horseback riding, is playing a role in driving the development of Korean horseback riding in name and reality.

test008

Of course, it is a sport. Equestrian is an official Olympic sport. The recent problem with Jeong Yu-ra was also negative about political involvement. It is unfortunate that horseback riding is viewed negatively. Some people even add the modifier 'Olympia Horse Show' of Korea, and how they want the 'Mayon-a-horse' to be recognized by the public. Now, the 'Mayon-a-horse' is continuing to develop, and the future 'Mayon-a-horse' will play a role in creating the popularization of horseback riding. I have confidence in this, too. However, I don't know how long it will take.

test008

Therefore, I think we need to change the drifting project into a virtuous cycle structure that can encompass everything, including the trading market. In particular, it is judged that the establishment of a large horse racing stadium is the most important. A horse racing stadium must be available to hold horse racing events for a long time there, and through the competition, everything such as domestic horse production, sales, feed, and janggu can be sold and activated. I think that way, the business can be unified. In addition, it would be nice if more of these 'Mayon horses' and international competitions were held.

test008

Last year, it was held at the lawn rink, and this year, it was held at the Sonopelice Equestrian Club. It is true that the Sonopelice Equestrian Club was not able to provide the best environment for horses due to inconveniences such as the practice rink last year. This year, the team played in a dedicated stadium so that horses could play in their best condition. The grass was not pretty and stylish, but the competition was held at a dedicated stadium, and the competition was focused and compact, which received good reviews from foreign players. Horse Auction' is a policy project of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. In line with this, the auction part was added.

Daemyung Group also feels sorry for the fact that horse-riding students think of it as a means of going to college. However, Daemyung is trying not only to expand the base for horse-riding, but also not to lose the original intention of 'Mayon-a-horse'. It plans to continue to develop sports and cultural encounters without being shaken by any draft.Kim Hong-chul, who served as the coach of the national equestrian team, did not leave the scene throughout the three days when the "Mayon A Horse/2017 Daemyung Cup CSI3*" was held. Prior to the obstacle competition,

Mayon-a-horse" learned the advanced trends of Europe, the home of horseback riding, and tried to make a competition comparable to that, and as a result, it has established itself as the current "Mayon-a-horse." A special stadium was set up on natural grass and cultural contents that the public was interested in were incorporated into it. Compared to baseball, which has risen as a representative sport in Korea, the popularization of horseback riding may sound a little distant. However, the audience's response and gaze from the scene during the last two competitions were convinced that the popularization of horseback riding was not far away,

Some went in psychoanalytically and looked at my painting and said, "Libido." After hearing that interpretation, I found it interesting when people asked me why I'm drawing horses later, and they answered me like that. In fact, I was thinking about how to put natural energy into the indoor space and relieve the tension caused by it. You don't deserve to ride a horse called Jeong Yu. It is questionable whether you will feel the mental vitality of a horse even if you ride a horse. Since I've been riding a lot, I think I can feel the fun of riding a horse and know what riding a horse is, but I don't think I'll be impressed and grateful by the horse.

test008

Previously, it was just a cafe, but the walls were opened and widened for a little to display the paintings. I thought that would be more colorful. I simply drew it because I liked the animal, but there are people who attach interpretations to it. I just drew it because I wanted to attract 'wild' and 'the power of nature'. There are many paintings of horses running in the field. It is the same for ancient books and foreign paintings. In particular, oriental painting draws many horses running in the field. However, it was not fun to draw horses running in the same field. Horses are animals that like to run in the field and run well, but there was no tension and nothing much when they were flattened on the painting in one dimension.

Novel manuscript fees are poor, so manuscript fees alone cannot make a living. For such reasons, not only me but also many writers have side jobs, such as attending school to give lectures or serving as an editor of a publishing company. I wrote novels, did this and that, and worked in the movie industry. As I loved movies so much, I started collecting videos, but as it became known, a media company asked me for a "movie column." I had to write a story about what I saw in the movie, but it was much easier than writing a novel. After writing a novel like that, I wrote a movie column for 2-3 years.

When asked at this year's parliamentary inspection whether he intends to serve all three years of his term, he replied, "If his term is guaranteed, I will do my best within my term." However, after the parliamentary inspection, Chairman Lee Yang-ho, who was classified as a "gujeonggwon" figure as the government started to reshuffle the heads of public institutions, expressed his resignation, and a public offering for the head of the Korean Horse Association began. For the past year or so, the young CEO and communication king who has practiced the vision of the new government as a personnel in the district office and as a personnel in the district office is said to have broadened a new horizon in the Korean horse industry.

Chairman Lee Yang-ho, who emphasized internal and external cooperation with the slogan "Let's help unconditionally, let's help infinitely, let's help what we can't help, let's help before calling" at the inauguration ceremony, has been on the site since his inauguration. Ahead of the Lunar New Year's Day, he appeared in person at nearby traditional markets and children's centers for social contribution events for the vulnerable in the region, which continued steadily during his term. With the motto of "Let's take a step ahead, let's look far and do our best" as a work philosophy, he launched the Future Development Strategy Establishment TF to check large-scale investment projects and improve organizational and manpower operations.
