Director Kim Jin-gap, who has been in charge of Jeju Race Resource Management at Let's Run Park Jeju since 2014, has also been making hard efforts as a hands-on worker in charge of developing related policies and manuals, persuading farmers, and taking the lead in education. On May 7, he met Kim Jin-gap, the head of Jeju's Gyeongju Resource Management Department at Let's Run Park, and heard the progress, including the systematic development process of Jeju horses for racing. In the case of Thoroughbred, the horse racing society has invested a lot of money in producing and training it from the beginning before it became a racehorse.

Attention is drawn to the move to attract over-the-counter sales centers in two cities in Chungcheongbuk-do, where racetracks or over-the-counter sales centers related to horse racing have not been installed at all. Cheongju City and Chungju City, which represent North Chungcheong Province, have recently been actively moving to attract over-the-counter sales centers. Cheongju City has been steadily seeking to attract over-the-counter sales centers for many years already, and the Chungbuk Association of Disabled People (Chairman Nam Sang-rae), which has been pushing to attract over-the-counter sales centers this year, officially expressed on the 30th (Thursday) that it is pushing for a project to set up over-the-counter sales centers in Cheongju's light and shade tower, and said it plans to submit an application to the horse society by the end of next month.

Jeon Sung-won, the current head of the win-win marketing division, and Kim Jin-gap, the head of the Jeju Regional Headquarters when the agreement was passed for the win-win development of the horse industry, are still communicating with farmers in a responsible manner on this important issue, and are constantly developing and applying related policies to the field. At a special zone meeting held in Jeju in June last year, Jeon Sung-won, the head of the win-win marketing division, called for the central government's attention and set a direction with Jeju Special Self-Governing Province to foster Hallama,

When the successful candidates for the supervisor's new license were announced, the management union delivered the teaching assistant and the certificate of approval and return of the qualifications to the Horse Association, and began a collective action to participate in the training without wearing an assistant's hat cover from early morning training on the 22nd (Wednesday). In addition, in March, the government set a disciplinary policy for members who violated the resolution of the general meeting of the management union and took the supervisory new license test, and decided to expel four people who passed the supervisory license test first through the reward and punishment committee on the 19th (Sun) and sent them to the general meeting on the 25th (Saturday). In addition, the government has decided to punish 14 candidates for the supervisory license test over the next two or three times and punish those who do not return their teaching assistant and assistant approval certificates.

At that time, he thought he should help his father's job. I could never imagine that he would do anything else while traveling to the U.S. during my trip to the U.S. in 2015. It was impressive to see the glorious moment when the three-horse race, American Peroa, was born in 37 years in the U.S. It is time to start making love red. The U.S. auction in November this year will import three seed mares of excellent descent. The goal is to produce their own racehorses and make them perform well. The other is to make a ranch, a horse theme park like Northern Hall's Park in Japan, and make it a famous tourist attraction.

TEST008

Yes, I know that the issue of horse meat eating and popularization is important for the development of the horse industry. I have a dream to create the world's largest franchise by increasing the number of Genesis Group chains, including BBQ Chicken, to 50,000 by 2020. As a new food service industry, I am also interested in the horse meat business. Chairman Song Kang-ho gave me advice and encouragement in this area. Let's take an example. Rehabilitation horseback riding, which has recently been in the spotlight, is an essential sector not only for the popularization of horseback riding but also for the health of children with disabilities. However, if each individual does it independently, it is inevitably difficult in many ways. I think there is a high possibility if a specific association or organization encourages each other to participate and benchmarks the business know-how of a company together.

From my third year of university to my graduation, I took horse riding classes conducted by the Korean Horse Association. I completed the 'University Student Horse Industry Technology Training Course' and the 'Ranch Management Course' conducted by the Korean Horse Association. During my vacation, I briefly helped with my work at a horse riding course on Jeju Island and learned horse riding. At the Jeju Race Horse Yield, I learned a lot about race horses, including their ancestry and development process. I mainly studied them through the Internet. There are not many data on horses in Korea

TEST008

This is because I am confident that the horse industry is the center and hope of Korea's new growth industry in the 21st century. It is time to reconsider and have hope for the words, culture, and industry that our people, descendants of the great horseback riding people, have forgotten. I think horses and chickens are the closest animals to our family. In particular, no animal is as pure and emotional as horses. There are no animals as good as horses for saving children's emotions and developing humanities literacy. It is necessary to promote rehabilitation horses that are difficult to access and to expand the base of horseback riding, which was considered only a sport of the upper class, so that children can grow up with dreams. I think there is a vision in the food service industry by leading the social contribution that gives hope to children through horses and chickens.

Good training will create good racehorses, which will eventually strengthen the competitiveness of the horse racing community. After all, we are the beneficiaries. It is an investment. It is currently preparing for a mid- to long-term project, but it has not been confirmed. It will be confirmed by the end of this month or next month. There is some massage space near Jeju in Let's Run Park. It's not a racehorse, but a place where outside horses come in, so you can use the place and the main road to receive training. As the second stage, Let's Run Farm is good.

After graduating from Chosun University's Department of Trade, he joined Miwon (now Daesang), served as the head of the franchise business division, and at the age of 40, he became an entrepreneur and established the BBQ franchise headquarters Genesis with a capital of 500 million won. A person who overcame the difficulties of the foreign exchange crisis and achieved the success of the industry as the largest restaurant franchise in Korea. A person who won the "May 16 National Award for Industrial" in May for his contributions to the creation of a Korean-style franchise system, implementing consumer satisfaction management, and African relief activities. It is Yoon Hong-geun, chairman of Genesis BBQ.

My father faced me and told me to study horses. At that time, I was studying livestock management, distribution, and economics at Konkuk University, and I thought I should ride horses to study horses. While riding horses, I began to communicate directly with horses. As I touched horses myself, I fell into the charm of horses without realizing it. I always read books and videos related to horses, and I looked for various educational programs to dream of raising horses. After graduating from university, I joined the Jeju Ranch as a contractor by chance. While working, I learned and learned a lot about horses.

Horseback riding is now politically intertwined due to a series of events. Horseback riding, who have worked silently so far, may be the victims of the Choi Soon-sil scandal. I hope that Daemyung Group's "Mayon A Horse" is a competition where all horse-riding people and the public participate and enjoy it. In addition, we ask for your support and encouragement in this regard, whether it is the government or the sports association. Daemyung Group, which does not spare investment in horseback riding, is playing a role in driving the development of Korean horseback riding in name and reality.

test008

Of course, it is a sport. Equestrian is an official Olympic sport. The recent problem with Jeong Yu-ra was also negative about political involvement. It is unfortunate that horseback riding is viewed negatively. Some people even add the modifier 'Olympia Horse Show' of Korea, and how they want the 'Mayon-a-horse' to be recognized by the public. Now, the 'Mayon-a-horse' is continuing to develop, and the future 'Mayon-a-horse' will play a role in creating the popularization of horseback riding. I have confidence in this, too. However, I don't know how long it will take.

test008

Therefore, I think we need to change the drifting project into a virtuous cycle structure that can encompass everything, including the trading market. In particular, it is judged that the establishment of a large horse racing stadium is the most important. A horse racing stadium must be available to hold horse racing events for a long time there, and through the competition, everything such as domestic horse production, sales, feed, and janggu can be sold and activated. I think that way, the business can be unified. In addition, it would be nice if more of these 'Mayon horses' and international competitions were held.

test008

Last year, it was held at the lawn rink, and this year, it was held at the Sonopelice Equestrian Club. It is true that the Sonopelice Equestrian Club was not able to provide the best environment for horses due to inconveniences such as the practice rink last year. This year, the team played in a dedicated stadium so that horses could play in their best condition. The grass was not pretty and stylish, but the competition was held at a dedicated stadium, and the competition was focused and compact, which received good reviews from foreign players. Horse Auction' is a policy project of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. In line with this, the auction part was added.

test008

Daemyung Group also feels sorry for the fact that horse-riding students think of it as a means of going to college. However, Daemyung is trying not only to expand the base for horse-riding, but also not to lose the original intention of 'Mayon-a-horse'. It plans to continue to develop sports and cultural encounters without being shaken by any draft.Kim Hong-chul, who served as the coach of the national equestrian team, did not leave the scene throughout the three days when the "Mayon A Horse/2017 Daemyung Cup CSI3*" was held. Prior to the obstacle competition,

Mayon-a-horse" learned the advanced trends of Europe, the home of horseback riding, and tried to make a competition comparable to that, and as a result, it has established itself as the current "Mayon-a-horse." A special stadium was set up on natural grass and cultural contents that the public was interested in were incorporated into it. Compared to baseball, which has risen as a representative sport in Korea, the popularization of horseback riding may sound a little distant. However, the audience's response and gaze from the scene during the last two competitions were convinced that the popularization of horseback riding was not far away,

test008

Until now, Korean horseback riding was Mongolian style, and many people enjoyed endurance sports by riding horses, but it is believed that dressage and obstacles will be spotlighted in the future. Simply put, it will change from "beol horse" to "horsehorses." There are not many dressage horses in Korea right now. And there are no people who can teach dressage. I thought this is the strategy for the future and started learning dressage. About five years ago in Korea, there were many concerns about whether I should use Thoroughbred or import horses. And the players said no to Thoroughbred.

Korean horsemen have many wishes. They attended the event to convey the wishes of several racers, including a substantial reduction in murderous taxes of more than 50 percent among the world's 49 professional horse racing stations and the revival of Internet betting. The two main purposes of the signing by racers, mainly in Busan, were the revival of Internet betting and the reduction of taxes related to horse racing. I came here on behalf of the racers and the executive members of the Korea Professional Association. I also wanted to clearly convey the contents and our wishes.

test008

Many people, including horse racing fans, signed on, and I hope that the next government will make horse racing a leisure time with the will of those who signed on. Above all, I look forward to the day when I can resolve the negative image of horse racing and enjoy it as a leisure. I agree with the idea that taxes are heavy on the horse racing industry. I came to attend the event thinking that reducing heavy taxes would increase the benefits of horse racing customers and develop the horse racing industry. It should be said that there are a lot. The horse racing community should also put a lot of effort into it, but the people who run the country should be interested in it.

test008

This is not the case. Horse racing is a sport that can be enjoyed as a leisure. The reason for this occasion today is to improve the negative image that people perceive as gambling, even though horse racing can be fully enjoyed as a leisure. In addition, it is to create a forum for public debate about tax issues that are disadvantageous to our horse racing fans and the reintroduction of online ticket sales. I quit the online ticket sale in 2009, but I thought that such a public debate would be necessary to implement the online ticket sale again.

test008

Consequently, it is becoming a burden to convert Hallama into a horseback riding. However, I will continue to help. In the case of Jeju Island, a site in the Chukjinwon and a training center for horseback riding will soon be established in Seogwipo. If these facilities are utilized well, it seems that Hallama can settle down as a horseback riding. Due to the habit of running, it is highly risky to turn a horse into a horseback riding. The number of Hallama running races keeps decreasing. It can be produced as a horseback riding and replaced with a horse riding from the beginning.

test008

When preparing for the agreement, he said that if you train the horseshoe for about six months, you can ride the basic horse. Just because you use it as a horseback riding, you don't expect the riders to ride it, but you can ride it comfortably. Six months is enough. Six months can also be a long one. If you focus on the process, I think three to four months will be possible. As for the horseshoe for the Hanramas, the price increases from 4 million won to 5 million won per horse. If you train them for three to four months, the price will increase to 89 million won. This is the value of horses that have been trained.

For poorly equipped farmers, the Jeju Horse Producers Association has secured a certain amount of provincial funds and operates the Seongeup Sewageo. The facility is being renovated. A mid- to long-term roadmap has been established, but infrastructure must be provided for the entry criteria to be implemented according to the process. Of course, it is not just about building infrastructure and painting. The provincial horse racing society and associations are working hard in different fields.
Customers participating in the Thoroughbred horse race are fixed, so sales are constant,

test008

You don't invest much time. You don't know what's wrong with training alone. The four pilot farms gather once a month to educate, give opinions, and correct mistakes. Since last year, the provincial government, the Jeju Horse Producers Association, and the Korea Horse Association have gathered to carry out the project. It was in its early stages, but the special zone funds were not sufficiently supported by persuading the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to go up to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. The government secured 400 million won in state funds and 400 million won in provincial funds through other routes,
