Korea's training technology is not keeping up with the trend yet. We must quickly accept advanced technologies in line with the flow of change. Above all, I think the most important thing is to introduce and inform new training technologies and methods in Korea. So, I am interested in that area, and I try to provide school children as much opportunity as possible to experience the changing training methods every day. I think that's what I should do and I should pay attention to. In addition, I think we should not only allow our students to get a job in Korea but also in foreign countries.

During the 2014 Gyeonggi Province Governor's Cup, I dressed up in special clothes and won, so I dressed up in purple again this time to cheer for Pinot Noir. This horse is named after my favorite wine, and I should go for a cup of Pinot Noir with the people who cheered for me today. I didn't expect much, but I think I got a good result because I had consistently experienced racing. The Dong-A Ilbo had a short distance, so I was worried that I might be catching up. I saw that this race has strength because it is a long distance of 2,000M, and I even expected to win the championship. I am happy to win for two consecutive games, and I hope it has brought a little joy to the horse racing fans. Due to the slow initial flow, I decided that the jockey might be able to take the lead and displayed a moving development.

Whether there are a lot of members at the beginning of the association, I think it will increase as more and more events and businesses are carried out. This is because everyone is interested in training horses. The biggest difficulty is that we must lead the divided horse training field together. Currently, trainers are scattered across the country, and there is a sense of disjunction between horse racing and horseback riding, and there is a concern about how to unite them. So in the first year, I will pay great attention to integration and try to come up with a solution.

Contribution Award was confirmed. As I won the grand prize, I had two thoughts. I have not contributed much to the horse industry, but I am grateful for giving me a big award. And on the other hand, I thought that it meant that I should work harder for the development of the horse industry. Thank you. In the second half of last year, the Korean Horse Training Association held a promoter's competition and inaugural general meeting, and recently held an office signboard hanging ceremony in Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do two to three weeks ago.

Future Contribution Award. As an incumbent assistant teacher at Let's Run Park and a professor at Seorabeol University, he is also working hard to cultivate his younger students. In particular, in November last year, he was elected as the first chairman because he was highly praised for his contribution to the establishment of the Korean Horse Training Association. In addition to establishing a role model for training suitable for the domestic situation, he met with Kwon Seung-joo, president of the Korean Horse Training Association, at Let's Run Park and interviewed him.

It is intended to revive the spirit that participation in horse racing betting is for donations. When categorizing the types of social contribution projects, there are three stages: one stage where donations are limited, two stages where volunteering is made along with donations, and three stages: donation and volunteer participation and social value creation. Our Let's Run Foundation is currently in the process of transitioning to the third stage. Based on the Korean Horse Association and related organizations, the Let's Run Foundation will continue its active social contribution program using horses and through talent donation by horse officials. A "better tomorrow with horses" is never a dream. The Let's Run Foundation thinks that a world where words make all people happy is tomorrow. Personally, I think I am extremely lucky to have the opportunity to work as the secretary-general.

Just as men's ambitions are like riding supercars, it is in line to see horseback riders want to ride good horses. There are several automobile companies that mark horses in cars, and some Korean cars in the past had the theme of horses. And as cars are diverse, such as work, sports, and transportation, aren't they the same? There are quite a lot of similarities when you see car manias care about cars, brush horses, and grind them beautifully, just as they decorate them.

At this meeting, a meeting will be held on how to hold a winter youth horse racing camp using the excellent horse racing facilities of the horse industry professional human resources training institution. Professor Jang Seok-am of Dankook University, who is currently the president of the Chungnam Horse Racing Association, has been asked to hold a meeting. It will be able to help each training institution while promoting youth horse racing education by using the excellent horse racing facilities of the horse industry professional human resources training institution.

Previously, the competition course was hidden without being disclosed, but I don't think it is necessary to emphasize the educational purpose of student horseback riding. So, I will match the course completely and make sure that I can run on the same course from the preliminary to the finals. As mentioned earlier, while watching the video of the preliminary round in each region, the leaders of the field can guide them on what areas you are weak in and what areas you need to improve. And it is a part where coaches can judge and advise which sports each player should compete in in in Korea Standard Jumping.

The government should allow legal online, which can also regulate the policy direction of the gambling industry, while easing offline sales regulations to increase competitiveness with illegality by giving it an opportunity to transform into a complex cultural space." As the Internet expands its influence in all areas of life, it is impossible to clearly manage the legal and illegal areas. "The gambling industry should be managed in a more sound direction, and we should continue to race for win-win efforts for joint development through shared growth among gambling industries while preventing indiscriminate spread." Director Kim, who is deeply interested in sports and cultural welfare policy studies, said, "We intend to continue to appeal the position of the horse racing industry to the academic world with various papers to the effect that horse racing sales should be maintained stably for the development of the horse industry, and that should be accompanied by fair regulation by the audit committee."

Lee Jong-eun, former president of the Korea Federation of Student Horses, also attracted and conducted education related to the Hunter event with his own money for student horseback riding, and the current board members of the Korea Federation of Student Horses received education. In order to develop according to the current situation in Korea, the company has held symposiums, conducted tests, and held judging sessions.

While pursuing the four strategic goals, it is transforming into a social contribution company that creates a better world as a citizen of a company that forms a country and society by breaking away from the business of giving benefits. It also launched a representative center for social contribution using the core materials of the company called horses. Here, there are horse riding healing centers and pro bono centers. Another important thing is that it has started to solve youth problems that reflect the situation of the times. There were job creation for 140 people as a youth overseas job search project, and 17 "Let's Run Dream Centers" were opened through collaboration with the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and local governments, winning the Minister of Gender Equality and Family Award for out-of-school youth programs.

Chung Yu-ra incident. If it is held, it will be able to show an upgraded version this year compared to last year. Students selected at the competition will be given an opportunity to observe foreign competitions by utilizing the standing army system. Some associations will provide more opportunities to attend various overseas competitions by assisting them. Rather than focusing benefits on some players, we will try to give benefits to more children. This is why the role of an international director is important. It is because we need to find a lot of quality information for the development of youth horseback riding.

The Let's Run Foundation, which celebrated its second anniversary on March 18, recruited Kim Hak-shin, former head of the Seoul Regional Headquarters, as the general secretary through a public offering at the end of February. Kim Hak-shin, a 59-year-old native of Suncheon, Jeollanam-do, graduated from the Department of Public Administration at Seoul City University and joined the Korean Horse Association in 1986. Since then, he has served as the head of major departments of the Korean Horse Association, including the head of the public relations team, the head of the horse racing cooperation team, the head of the Jeju business department, the head of the planning and coordination team, the head of the Busan and Gyeongnam regional headquarters, and the head of the Seoul regional headquarters, and retired at the retirement age in February this year. Secretary-General Kim was evaluated as an administrative expert with excellent practical experience and administrative ability when he was in office.

Looking at the youth horse riding club competition last year, children gathered from all over the country. There are cases where buses are sold out from Jindo, Jeollanam-do, and they are flying from Jeju. Regardless of money, there are many areas where they are purely used for educational purposes, but it is regrettable that the media focuses too much on some of the negative aspects of horse riding. Imja, Sinan, Jeollanam-do, also talked about the youth horse riding team on the air, but that should come out even more.

The Korean Horse Racing Authority is running a website called "Hosfia," and there may be a way to display the contents we provide through the website. It is a very expensive program, so wouldn't it be nice to have a video VOD service for the horseback riding competition? I think manners come first in all sports. At last year's competition in Gumi, they put up posters saying "Hello first," "Greeting politely," and "Greeting each other," and tried hard to educate each other on manners. At every competition, the board members of the association

First of all, I plan to present the first symposium on topics related to training. And I plan to hold horse massage lectures, which many horse industry workers are very interested in. I think it would be a good idea to have such an opportunity in a situation where people are interested in horse massage, but they do not know how to do it or what it will do. Rather than simply conveying theories, I plan to focus on practical skills that can be done directly. In addition, as horses train, lactic acid accumulates, and they are planning to provide practical education on how this substance works and how it can be applied in the horse industry.

Based on the video content of the competition, we are planning to build an association's website and use social media. We will have many youth matches starting this year. We plan to divide the competitions by region and hold many competitions including qualifying matches for the club league. If the video of the competition is broadcast live here, you will be able to see horseback riding competitions in other regions anywhere in the country. The youth competition to be held in Imja Island, Sinan, South Jeolla Province, can be seen by student horseback riding players in Gangneung,

As I tried to get along with Park Won-oh and Park Jae-hong just because they were close to each other, I found them to be Choi Soon-sil's man. But they are not. I rarely met Park Won-oh, and Park Jae-hong, the coach, because he is a senior and junior in the horse racing world. Since I served as the Korea Federation of Student Riding Associations, I had little contact with him. He said he was close to Park and became a member of the Korea Federation. The Korea Federation of Student Riding Associations has nothing to do with politics.

Previously, there was a budget in consideration of the installation of stands and LED lights required to hold events in other places, but it seems that it was pointed out that it was a lax operation in the process of implementing it. And to some extent, I agree with the lack of management. Most of the student horseback riding association executives work as both a main job, so they are inexperienced in accounting management or meeting progress. I am currently in contact with someone who is familiar with accounting management and has a good understanding of horseback riding.

Horse Racing Association provided services to sports marketing experts to prepare a plan to revitalize the horse-riding competition. I plan to visit sports marketing experts such as Jeong Hee-yoon, a visiting professor at Hanyang University who was in charge of the service business at the time, to get help. If necessary, I plan to show my willingness to take it into consideration. Some of the delegates have pointed out that they spent operating expenses carelessly. It was inevitable because there were several changes in the project last year. Initially, it was planned to hold a youth horse-riding competition in the square in front of Seoul City Hall, but it did not work out.

Although there have been ups and downs, I am grateful to the delegates who trusted me and selected me. I think he acknowledged that he worked hard for student horseback riding for two years last year, so I should work hard. The current problem facing the horseback riding world is the restoration of the image of horse riding, which has been tarnished due to suspicion of horse riding preferential treatment by Jeong Yu-ra.

The Let's Run Foundation is a social contribution foundation established to create a society that fulfills social responsibilities as a public company and lives together by raising funds from donations from the Korean Horse Association and donations from executives and employees. It was established on March 18, 2014. Previously, the Korean Horse Association carried out various donations and social return activities in the social contribution team, but the establishment was promoted due to the need for a more active and professional foundation. The purpose of the foundation is to contribute to revitalizing society as a whole, promoting people's welfare, and enhancing the status of the horse industry by supporting job creation projects, talent development projects, cultural prosperity projects, welfare promotion projects for the vulnerable, and horse industry image improvement projects.
