The Korea Racing Authority is a public corporation, but I think it should be privatized. I think it will be a qualitative and quantitative development only when it comes to large corporations or private-led businesses. I want to buy a good horse and become an opponent who wins the three-way race. It would be even better if they produce their own horses and win the championship. I hope that starting next year, I will be able to run a recreational center to train horses with poor performance on the racetrack and perform well.

test008

But for now, I don't know what I can do and how I can help. I think trainers need to acquire advanced training skills in the future. Instead of sticking to the old skills learned from our seniors, I think we can leap to an advanced horse country as soon as possible only by inviting instructors from the horse society or the trainer's association to learn new technologies. It has been a few years since the law was announced, but there is not much that can be done because the law is still not completed. I think the development of the horse industry will accelerate only when the unfinished law is completed as soon as possible instead of leaving it as it is.

TEST008

It is argued that applying separately between domestic and foreign horses is an abnormal competition, but this is a difficult argument to understand given the fact that domestic and foreign horses have been racing separately over the past 20 years. This is because the horse community has admitted that it has run races that have registered abnormally over the past 20 years. Claims that fairness in racing has been undermined also lose its persuasive power. Just because only Honam athletes participated in one track and field competition and Yeongnam athletes in one competition in the same week cannot claim that fairness in racing has been lost. This is because registration and fairness in racing are different issues.

Since we met each other, I have been connected to horses. One of my high school classmates, a friend whose wife's family runs a racehorse production ranch on Jeju Island, said one day that they were recruiting for a horse at Let's Run Park Pukyong. The friend said, "You are qualified, so register," so we met each other without knowing what it was. That's how I started my career, and in February this year, I majored in horse genetics in graduate school and earned my master's degree. I run a jemagi in Changwon, and I am building a tentatively named Marand racehorse recreation facility, a horse riding course,

TEST008

On Jan. 31, the Korean Horse Association announced that it would cancel three integrated races for domestic and foreign horses scheduled for Feb. 7 and 8. This is contrary to the position that the Korean Horse Association has declared internally and externally that no horse racing should be suspended no matter what, and applied for an injunction against obstruction of horse racing to prevent the rival association's refusal to participate through an injunction against obstruction of horse racing. Horse racing is established when the implementation body sets the conditions and prize money for the race, and the opponents apply for their horses to compete in the race. In accordance with this principle, the Korean Horse Association announced 23 race plans on Feb. 7 and 8, and designated three of them as so-called mountain integrated races.

You can't run a trainer and a horse coach at the same time. The horses are currently being trained by the two men, but I believe that in the future, as in foreign countries, the two men will have to conduct basic tailoring and training at their own ranch or training center.Additionally, I believe that the master must be aware of the traits of his horse so that he can choose the right assistant and trainer. For instance, consider entrusting a master to a master who prefers good deeds and precocious horses. Even a famous horse will be treated as a foul horse. The difference in status between a master and a trainer is simply the difference

Most of them, no matter how good their performance is in general races, would be their wish to go up to the podium. By the time I decided that I should give up on my path to face each other a few more times, heba had no relationship with me, and now he has won the KNN Cup and the Gyeongnam Provincial Governor's Cup last year and became the top mare. For your information, heba means "youth goddess" and when Article 33 opened, it was built to mean "try it." Under the current Korean horse racing system, there is little correlation between face to face and trainer.

When taking the Gyeongju magic test, the horse and order are drawn first and then assigned to the test. Teacher Kwon Seung-joo and I were assigned the same horse, and I was assigned immediately after Mr. Kwon. So I thought it would be helpful to watch Mr. Kwon take the practical test, so I looked closely and saw that the length of Mr. Kwon's stirrup was too long. I was trying to increase the length of my stirrup by about two spaces, but I thought I didn't need to increase it because Mr. Kwon was long, so I was on the rise, but unfortunately,

In addition, the emergency committee said that 70% of the opponents expressed their opposition to the horse racing innovation plan, but that they would run separately according to their own will, explaining that the entire opposition is not refusing to vote. The emergency committee said in a press release on the 28th that it immediately stopped the implementation of the horse racing innovation plan, which was improvised as a wartime administration, and urged the horse racing community to re-establish a reasonable horse racing innovation plan through dialogue.

From the beginning of the opening of Let's Run Park in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province, I started to connect with horses. I knew that the horse-related qualification system would be implemented by the Horse Industry Promotion Act,so I tried from the first inning, but I failed each time.In fact,I was going to give up the test this time.I was embarrassed because I failed every time, and the horse racing officials asked me why I was taking the trainer's test. They said that even if the written test is possible, it is absolutely not possible in practical practice.

test008

After the incident, I started to pay more attention to safety. I look back on the dangerous behaviors I did unconsciously, and emphasize the importance of safety to my juniors every time. At that time, the riding center covered all the expenses incurred at the hospital. I would like to express my gratitude to the chairman, representative, and instructors of the horse racing center who asked me if I needed anything as if I was uncomfortable or not. I usually think that saving a lot of animals increases consideration for people. It is also very helpful emotionally.

TEST008

As the Korea Racing Authority and the Pukyong Racing Authority have agreed to implement the horse racing innovation plan, fans are paying attention to the Seoul Racing Authority. The Seoul Racing Authority's emergency committee (Chairman Cheon Byeong-deuk) has decided to respond to the horse racing innovation plan with a strategy of separately participating in the implementation of integrated mountain racing. The Seoul Racing Authority said, "The new emergency committee of the Seoul Racing Authority released a statement and held a press conference on the emergency committee's position on the horse racing innovation plan at the conference room on the sixth floor of Happyville, Seoul, at Let's Run Park on Saturday. The emergency committee expressed its position that it had never talked about suspending horse racing, and said it would run separate mountain races to protest the implementation of integrated mountain racing."

Our school has warm blood needed to prepare for the practical training of certification, an indoor racetrack where you can exercise without a hitch, and horses for rehabilitation riding at any time. Students experience and conduct the positions of volunteers, leaders, and leaders in rehabilitation horseback riding, and also provide auxiliary instructors for the general public's experience horse riding. Another pride is the environment in which you can sharpen your practical skills before going on to society and prepare for the certification at all.

First, Professor Park Geum-ran, dean of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is engaged in various activities related to rehabilitation horseback riding. While serving as an academic director at the Korean Rehabilitation Horseback Riding Association, he teaches creative theories and practical skills necessary for classes as overseas training related to rehabilitation horseback riding. Professor Choo Ho-geun is currently working as a judge in the horse-riding world. He is still playing as a player. He teaches us the overall elements related to horseback riding in class and allows us to experience it. Above all, he is a warm mentor.

Each group delivered the list of runners and reaffirmed that the assistant teacher association's position was neutral, while also urging even those who submitted the power of attorney to vote after reconfirming their participation by phone. We also agreed to make a decision at the discretion of each assistant teacher if we can't reach them.Voting for Seoul race began in the first week of February at 10 a.m. at a polling place located on the first floor of a doping test center in the Seoul Race Park. Voting was conducted for 20 races (11 races on Saturday and 9 races on Sunday), excluding three races in grades 1 and 2, which were announced by the Korea Racing Authority.

test008

If you had special know-how in preparing for qualifications, you prepared to get used to the test and test site by preparing notes and practical skills for all certificates related to horses. In addition, I went to the training center recommended by the professors every vacation and increased my practical experience, thinking that I was the owner of the horse riding center. It seems that I learned more interesting and memorable for the rest of my life because I studied horse-related laws and horse health management. Above all, I would like to thank professors Choo Ho-geun for allowing me to experience this,

test008

During the interview, I met Professor Park Geum-ran and Professor Choo Ho-geun, and thought that I could fulfill my dream, so I decided to enter the school. I remember being very tired of preparing for the certificate that had continued for two years. When preparing for writing, I had to constantly prepare course practice and overall practical skills for horses whenever I had time to prepare for practical skills, even if I was persistently attached to my desk. The process was difficult, but the process of preparing for it with professors, colleagues, seniors, and juniors at school became a pleasant memory.

Now, Samsung is supporting the association, not for big competitions, but Samsung has to do that. If Samsung does not do it, our horse racing industry will be difficult. Whether Samsung and Hanwha paid 1.5 billion won or 1.6 billion won a year for the association, whatever they did for the players, there are parts that were helpful to the players. Horse racing is an event that is not supported by the government, so unless a company gives a sponsor, they cannot compete and participate in the Olympics. Until now, the chairman was in charge of the Korean

Until now, the chairman was in charge of the Korean Horse Racing Authority, Hanwha, and Samsung. The association was able to run the association and hold matches because they continued to provide funds there. It might be said that 1.5 billion won is a small amount, but if you pay for it every year, the company should be considerable. The Korean Horse Racing Authority says it is a company related to horses. Samsung and Hanwha supported the company because their predecessors liked horse riding. It will not be easy to be the chairman of the Equestrian Federation in another company that has no connection to horses.

Students who go to college but compete in the competition will have the dream of trying out for the next Asian Games and take classes and exercise at the same time. Samsung provided various support starting from off-season training to prepare for the Olympics. Thanks to Samsung's spending and support for the development of horseback riding, we were able to participate in the Olympics and Asian Games. We were able to win a medal. After the Olympics, we can go out and guide another player and share our know-how, which is huge. It's a fact that Samsung has developed a lot in horseback riding

The Seoul Association of Teachers' Association (Chairman Kim Jeom-oh) convened an emergency meeting at around 9:30 a.m. before voting to participate in the event, and all executives of the Association of Teachers' Association appeared to be waiting at the voting booth. "The emergency meeting was held by the Association of Teachers' Association of Korea, which expressed its neutral position, but I kept in touch with the emergency committee of the Association of Education and Education of Korea, and in particular, the Association of Education requested to reconfirm whether they would participate or not even if they submitted a power of attorney to the emergency committee at around 8:30 a.m. and faxed the list of people who submitted a power of attorney to the organization.

Most of the students have exercised since they were young and still take time out of school. All special sports students don't do it like Jeong Yu-ra. I have a friend who goes to college now. I go to Hanyang University and take classes all day on Mondays and Tuesdays. That's why I couldn't come today. Tomorrow, he takes classes and comes to exercise after 3 p.m. He decides what he will work out, registers himself, and comes to exercise even if it's late in the afternoon. Most of those athletes are like that. Few athletes quit school. I want to say that not all special sports athletes are like Jeong Yu-ra.

TEST008

The runners applied for qualified horses separately from domestic and foreign horses according to their willingness to participate in the race. As the situation turned out, the horseracing society decided that it was an abnormal registration that appeared to be collusion and canceled the race, saying that the fairness of the race was undermined in the mountainous areas. The horseracing society announced that it would run a unified mountainous race from February to overcome the crisis of falling horse racing sales. In response, the Maju Association has opposed that it is premature to improve the capabilities of domestic horses, and that the integrated mountain races are seriously damaged by the Maju's avoidance of buying domestic horses.

Eighty percent said it was right. One person, Choi Soon-sil, threw the horse racing world into chaos. How good is it for us to ask a horseback riding man to apologize to the president. And I fully understand their news conference on the fact that Choi Soon-sil suffered damage. Isn't it unfair from their point of view that Park Won-oh, the executive director, came down and said something while the referee was watching? Not long ago, there was an equestrian event for the chairman's boat in Sangju, where the general meeting of the players' association was held.

TEST008

Seoul Racing Association, consultations were held between the Korean Racing Authority and the emergency committee on the 28th, but it was reported that they failed to narrow differences over the implementation of the integrated race, which is an issue among the horse racing innovation measures. As a new executive department has to be formed at the end of February, the key is how to overcome the limitations of the new emergency committee's temporary organization. Several races were canceled in the first week of February, but due to the expansion of Jeju cross-race, the race itself will not be too difficult. Tensions have spread in the horse racing world that concerns could emerge as a reality as the new emergency committee of the Seoul Racing Authority announced an exercise of the right to refuse to participate in the first week of February due to the cancellation of the three races in the Korean Racing Authority.
