won Oh-yeol's masterpiece "Dalgona Watermelon" came to the world in 1987. Dalgona Watermelon is bigger and more sweet than ordinary watermelons. "Many people suggested playing soccer with watermelon because it is much stronger than ordinary watermelon," Kwon said. "It was popular on farms because it rarely breaks even when running on unpaved roads." As a result, the seed company sold more than 10 billion won (approx. Kwon invented a multi-baked watermelon that has thin skin and can be peeled off in the same year. Now famous for its specialty in Geochang, South Gyeongsang Province, it weighs only 2 kilograms and is only one-fifth of ordinary watermelon, but it is popular overseas due to its soft juices.

As a result, many people who participated in horse riding classes bring their families back. The problem seems to be the satisfaction survey method. It is said that it is difficult to give sincere answers because customers can't make long calls during busy hours when they work. It needs to be improved. The outlook for the horse and horse riding industries is too 'future-oriented'. We need to present a future development image that reflects reality and the field, but this is not the case. If we emphasize only the industrial aspect, there will be many people who sacrifice and suffer in the middle. The government's sacrifice and role in practical ways to revitalize the horse industry are important.

The new Yongsan branch, whose opening date is about a month away, will be installed and operated as a "complex leisure type in the city" model among the new over-the-counter branch models selected by reflecting opinions from inside and outside the horse racing industry and demands from the environment surrounding the over-the-counter branch. The over-the-counter complex leisure-type branch in the city will drastically improve the image of the existing over-the-counter branch, which is somewhat negative, and above all, will implement a designated seat system on all floors of the viewing area to provide a pleasant atmosphere for horse racing. On the first floor of the ground, the use is limited to spaces such as social contribution-type cafes, and workplaces are provided to young people with disabilities.

Korea's rehabilitation horse riding began in 2001 as a social public interest project by Samsung Electronics Hiking Troupe. I participated in the rehabilitation horse riding program with a light heart that allows children with brain lesions to have a different experience as an event, but the rehabilitation effect for children with disabilities was more than expected. Children with brain lesions participating in the rehabilitation horse riding program through the rehabilitation medicine department not only enjoy participating and gaining confidence every hour,

In order to revitalize economic investment in agricultural and rural food industry sites and improve the corporate environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs said it plans to shift positive regulatory methods that exist in individual laws related to major industries to negative regulatory methods or actively promote regulatory improvement to a level comparable to negative regulatory methods. Currently, there are 162 regulatory affairs related to the revitalization of economic investment in the agricultural and food sectors under 38 laws, including the Farmland Act. Of these, 73 (45%) will be applied as negative regulatory methods that allow all regulations other than those prohibited, or similar regulatory improvements will be promoted.

When there was a big event that will go down in history, and the case became public, I was embarrassed to think about how our Republic of Korea would be seen on the world stage, but I am proud to think about all of our people who overcame it wisely. What is unfortunate, however, is that the horse industry is still difficult in the aftermath of the incident, even though it has been a year of passing by, writing new history. This is because the thorny path of the horse industry, which began when a horse was at the center of last year's historical event,

Fortunately, the "Measures to Improve the Employment Structure of Horse Managers," signed last year by the two major labor unions, the Korean Horse Association, Euljiro Committee, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, will hold a working-level meeting with the Horse Racing Working Committee on a quarterly basis to discuss horse racing plans and pending issues related to practical affairs. It is hoped that communication between the Korean Horse Association and horse racing-related organizations will be facilitated and the voices of the field will be properly reflected in the system.

Kwon, who became a Korean master in the agricultural sector, is developing six paprika varieties for the first time in Korea and looking for an export path. "All paprika grown in Korea is imported. We also now have to develop new varieties and export them overseas. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (Minister Lee Dong-pil) said that although the requirements for designation of special horse industries are currently based on the provisions of the Horse Industry Promotion Act, the barriers to the requirements are too high, the government plans to significantly ease the designation requirements in consideration of the breeding conditions of each region in order to revitalize the horse industry.

Successive gourds reflect the changing of family structure from a large family to a nuclear family," Kwon said. "At first, they were not popular because they didn't look like watermelons." It usually takes six to 10 years to create a new breed. "Dirt never lies," Kwon said. "We give back as much as we put into it," Kwon said. "We must develop varieties without fail." Kwon Oh-yeol, the leader of the group, was born in Yecheon, North Gyeongsang Province, the son of a watermelon farmer. After graduating from Yeungnam University with a major in horticulture, he has been cultivating and studying seeds. After working as a seed technician in 1996, he earned a doctorate in agriculture from Baejae University in Daejeon in 2006.

Last year, they wore struggle vests and held rallies on the opening day of the season. Since then, members of the Korean Racing Authority chanted slogans such as "withdrawal of horse racing innovation," "guarantee of job security," and "guarantee of survival rights" in front of the main gate of the society on snowstorms. I want to stop shouting such slogans. It was not just last year's event. Kim Nak-soon, the 號 of the Korea Racing Authority, set sail. We hope that the Korean Racing Authority will clean up all the irregularities with the previous administration and create a developing Korean Racing

Seoul Racecourse has improved the working conditions that senior managers and senior workers have been in poor condition over the past 100 years. It's not that I'm not going to work or do less, but that I should work while keeping laws, regulations, and systems. It means that the employment of horse managers, the right to survive, and safety from industrial accidents should be premised, and the Pukyong Racecourse should also come within the boundaries. Anyway, another year has begun. This year, I hope the monster of "horse racing innovation" will be calmed down.

Unfortunately, the death of two horse racing managers in Pukyong led to public opinion that the job insecurity, excessive competition systems, and poor working conditions of horse racing workers should be improved. In the process, the managers in Seoul drove them to the dichotomy logic that they worked less and took more salaries because employment was stable and competitiveness was low. The history of Seoul and Pukyong is different, and the working experience and average age of horse racing workers are not discussed at all, and the media reported the logic of horse racing that Seoul is high cost,

In particular, I hope that the government, horse racing society and local governments can create a cooperative system to improve domestic racing horse capabilities to advance the horse racing industry. And I hope that the government and the National Assembly will join forces to seek the integration of the Horse Association Act and the Horse Industry Promotion Act from a new perspective, considering the reality that laws and budgets are still not fully supported. Through this, we need to remove obstacles that are holding back the development of the horse industry and wisely contain areas that conflict with other laws.

In response, the KRA Yongsan Branch relocation promotion committee (Yang Jong-hak, co-chairman Kim Ki-sook, hereinafter referred to as the promotion committee), which supports the relocation of Yongsan branch, argues that politicians have turned some residents' complaints into infringement of their right to learn and distorted and spread only biased contents to residents to induce opposition signatures. It also pointed out that some district officials and district councilors are engrossed in opposition to the opposition of ignoring the local community, swept away by political logic. In fact, residents who oppose the relocation are suspected of hatching and brainstorming at the instigation of certain political forces. In particular, there were suspicions that a lawmaker of a political party, K, received various data from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and provided it to the opposition.

In addition, Yongsan-gu formed a delegation of district councilors, residents' representatives, and officials from Yongsan-gu, led by the head of the resident life support bureau, and visited the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and KRA on the 23rd to deliver the proposal and signature list.Yongsan-gu is currently making administrative efforts to prevent the relocation of the new Yongsan branch, saying that the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' guidelines on the approval procedures and requirements for the opening of the over-the-counter branch do not fit the fundamental purpose of the comprehensive plan for the development of the gambling industry.

However, as this has drifted amid the indifference of related organizations, I hope that the inauguration of the new horse society will be an opportunity to open a new horizon for the horse industry. In 2017, the Korea Society of Animal Resources and Science changed its name to the Korea Society of Animal Science and is becoming an active participant in the development of livestock in Korea. In accordance with the policy to expand the horse industry special zone, which the Korea Society of Animal Resources and Research intends to designate additionally in 2018,

The Korean Horse Trainer Association, which I am in charge of, did not have much activity in 2017. It is true that activities have been restricted due to various conditions. I hope that the 2018 martial arts year will be a year where we can remove all of these things one by one and pursue new changes. I will increase the number of members of the Korean Horse Trainer Association and make it a year where we can have a focal point. Now, the field of horse trainers also holds a very important position in the horse industry. It plays a key role in both horse racing and horse racing.

As news of the relaxation of the requirements for designation of special zones for horse industries was reported, officials of each local government predicted that the designation of a number of special zones for horse industries will allow them to perform organic functions, and that the special zones for horse industries will be subdivided into "special zones for production and development" and "use and distribution" taking advantage of regional characteristics. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries plans to expand the scope of installing new and renewable energy related facilities such as solar and bio-energy within the scope of not significantly damaging the agricultural promotion zone to revitalize the restaurant industry, improve the requirements for business group approval in a negative form, and increase agricultural competitiveness by resolving the national power shortage and developing and distributing new and renewable energy.

Currently, horseback riding is in an endless fog, and horse racing is overcast with dark clouds. The media and broadcast reports of bad events related to the horse industry played a part in this. It is time to think a lot about how to overcome this crisis in the horse industry. Horse racing is a youth horse racing, and horse racing is putting a lot of effort into finding a way out as an international race, but compared to that effort, the effect is not that great yet. However, I think there will be consequences if you keep trying.
