The Exhibition received help & sponsorship from Leeds PhotoVisual (thanks to the late Brian Barfoot, a sadly missed member of the photographic community), and West Midlands Arts. Many thanks to the numerous individuals who purchased prints and helped to fund production costs.

Particular thanks to Paul Hill & Peter Goldfield, their photographic workshops proved to be crucial when I took a step away from commercial photography. Fay Godwin, Peter Catrell & particularly John Blakemore have also been an inspiration.

Phil Lea has to be thanked for very many heated discusions about the images while either out in the landscape or more frequently drinking copious quantities of real ale and fine wines, and Jainie Cowham for her support in final selection, mounting, framing etc over a particularly hot and heavy Bank Holiday weekend.

Last but not to be forgotten Colin Oliver, with whom I first visited the Black Country to take photographs, thankyou all.
